This study poses with the necessity of developing a Taewondo performance curriculum. The Taekwondo performance curriculum is a new curriculum that combines Taekwondo and performing arts majors. The Taekwondo performance curriculum is developed and implemented by some universities, but for continuous development and supplementation, diverse professionals from all levels of society should participate as curriculum developers. The process of intent, reaching an agreement and coordinating with each other is essential. Walker's naturalistic model emphasizes the process in which curriculum developers establish each other's platforms and coordinate public opinion through deliberation. This model is suitable for the participation of curriculum developers with absolutely different majors and background knowledge, such as Taekwondo and performing arts. Therefore, this study attempted to explore the implications of the naturalistic model for the development of the university Taekwondo performance curriculum. The curriculum should be developed in consideration of the specificity of Taekwondo performances and related subjects, and the deliberation group should consist of diverse professionals related to Taekwondo and performing arts. In addition, the poses point of the development of the Taekwondo performance curriculum should be a platform, and a deliberation process is needed to review the appropriate methods among the various alternatives based on the value pursued by the Taekwondo performance. When making decisions at the design, the vision of Taekwondo performance, martial arts, and aesthetics should be kept in mind. 본 연구는 태권도공연 교육과정 개발의 필요성에서 출발 한다. 태권도공연 교육과정은 태권도와 공연예술 전공이 융합한 새로운 교육과정이다. 이미 일부 대학에서 개발하여 시행하고 있지만 지속적 발전과 보완을 위해 각계각층의 여러 전문가들이 교육과정 개발자로 참여해야 한다. 더불어 참여자들이 서로 의사소통하고 타협, 조정하는 과정이 필요하다. Walker의 실제적 교육과정 개발모형은 교육 과정 개발자들이 숙의를 통해 서로의 강령에 반응하고 의견을 조율하는 과정을 강조한다. 이러한 모형은 태권도와 공연예술과 같이 전혀 다른 전공 분야와 배경지식을 가진 교육과정 개발자들의 참여에 적합하다. 이에 본 연구는 실제적 교육과정 개발모형이 대학 태권도공연 교육과정 개발에 주는 시사점을 탐구하고자 하였다. 숙의 집단은 태권도와 공연예술 관련 전문가 및 관계자들로 다양하게 구성되어야 하며 태권도공연과 관련과목이 가진 특수성을 고려하여 교육과정이 개발되어야 한다. 또한 태권도공연 교육과정 개발의 출발점은 관련 참여자들의 ‘강령’이어야 하며, 태권도공연이 추구하는 가치를 바탕으로 여러 대안 중 가장 적합한 방안을 검토하는 길고 성실한 숙의 과정이 필요 하다. 설계 단계에서 의사결정을 진행할 경우에는 태권도 공연의 비전과 무도성 및 예술성을 염두에 두어

To evaluate the effectiveness of Arctii Fructus(AF) in the treatment of allergy, studies were done experimentally. The results were obtained as follows : 1. Cytotoxicity of AF extract on the mouse lung fibroblast cells was not shown below the level of 100 ㎍/㎖ concentration. 2. In the quantification of IL-1β gene development, the amount was decreased compared to control group, gut which was insignificant. 3. Gene development of IL-4 was suppressed over 70% in the concentration of 100㎍/㎖ and also the of production of IL-4 was decreased significantly in the concentration of 100㎍/㎖ compared to the control group. 4. Gene development of Il-5 was decreased to 60% in the concentration of 100 ㎍/㎖ compared to the control group. 5. Gene development of IL-4 and IL-10 were decreased compared to the control group, but which was not significant. 6. Gene development of TNF-α was suppressed over 60% in the concentration of 10 ㎍/㎖ compared to the control group. 7. The effect of suppression of IgE production was significantly decreased in the concentration of 100㎍/㎖. 8. The effect of suppression of Histamine release was decreased significantly in the concentration of 100 ㎍/㎖. According to the above results, AF has antiallergic effects and suppression of the immune response. Thus it is suggested that aqua extract of AF could be applied to the aqua-acupuncture for suppressing humoral immune response, and further research is recommended.

none 李中梓探求理論的本源且崇尚經典,尤其精通『內經』與『傷寒論』,而且他的理論基礎都是以經典著作爲依据的.他博覽群書,去繁從簡,對各家學說及先入之見從未刪改一處,而對繁雜之述拖綱携領,指明了要旨.他具對當時默守常規,濫用『和劑局方』的做法進行了批評,而且對醫學研究不 精密的趨向,進行了慨嘆.對金元四大家偏頗的理論,通過結合自己的臨床經驗,提出了新的見解.他注重醫德,尤其是其所著的『醫宗必讀ㆍ失人情論』,在醫師的醫德修養方面,是一部少見的佳作. 李中梓治學嚴謹,學風素朴,從無編造,僅以多年的臨床實踐和 富的學術經驗,得以自信,進行了著述.批評了在處方用藥上的無融通性.李中梓主張對不斷變化病證是沒有對應的固定方子的,并主張處方用藥必須針對病機,因時因地因人而論治.在治療上堅持因人制宜.主張依照『素問ㆍ異法方宜論』所述的五方,按人的富貴貧賤之異和臟肺的矯固差異,以及理疏密的差異進行治療.他鑽研醫理,傳受醫術,揭開了很多醫學疑惑.
