In order to investigate the formation of AlN, mechanical alloying was carried out in $N_2$ and $NH_3$ atmosphere. Differential thermal analysis (DTA), x-ray diffraction (XRD) and chemical analysis were carried out to examine the formation behavior of aluminum nitrides. No diffraction pattern of AlN was observed in XRD analysis of the as-milled powders in $NH_3\;or\;N_2$ atmosphere. However, DTA and chemical analysis indicated that the precursors for AlN were formed in the Al powders milled in $NH_3$ atmosphere. The AlN precursors transformed to AlN after heat treatment at and above $600^{\circ}C$. It was considered that the reaction between Al and $NH_3$ was possible by the formation of fresh Al surface during mechanical alloying of Al powders.

환경관련 의사결정을 위한 환경영향지수 - 전력산업을 중심으로 -

전력산업은 환경문제로 인해 사업수행이 점차 어려워지고 있으며, 전원개발계획 수립을 위한 의사결정 단계에서 환경외부성을 고려하는 문제가 중요하게 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 전력계획수립의 초기단계에서 환경문제를 통합하기 위한 노력의 일환으로, 다속성 효용이론(Multi-Attribute Utility Theory: MAUT)을 적용하여 환경영향의 다속성 지수를 구성하는 접근방법을 제시한다. 먼저 연구배경과 제안된 방법론을 개괄적으로 살펴본 후, 기술적인 판단과 가치 판단에 근거한 지수구성에 요구되는 제반 가정 및 단계를 소개한다. 다음으로, 우리 나라의 전력산업에 대한 실증분석을 통해 다속성 지수를 도출한다. 마지막으로 환경지수와 화폐 간의 트레이드-오프(trade-off) 관계를 분석하여 환경의 사회적 가치(societal value)를 도출하고 연구결과의 유용성에 대해 설명한다.

영(零)의 관측치를 가진 생수소비 분석 - 반모수적 이변량 모형의 적용을 중심으로 -

상수원이 오염되고 사람들이 수돗물 수질을 불신함에 따라 이에 대한 회피 행동(averting behavior)으로서 생수소비가 급증하고 있다. 본 논문은 모수적(parametric) 모형과 반모수적(semi-parametric) 모형을 운용하여 생수소비 행태를 설명하는 이변량모형(bivariate model)을 분석하고자 한다. 주된 분석목적은 모수적 모형과 관련된 암묵적인 제약이 반모수적 모형을 통해 완화될 수 있음을 보이는 것이다. 모수적 모형에서 가정되는 이변량 정규성(normality)의 가정에 대한 검정결과, 이 가정은 통계적으로 유의하게 기각되었으며 모수적 모형 대반모수적 모형에 대한 정형검정 결과도 모수적 모형을 유의하게 기각하였다. 또한 반모수적 모형이 모수적 모형보다 생수소비행태에 대한 설명력이 더 높았다. 따라서, 반모수적 모형이 모수적 모형에서 요구되는 제약적인 가정을 하지 않으면서도 자료와 보다 잘 부합하는 결과를 가져올 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

본 연구는 한국제조기업을 대상으로 주요부품 국제소싱전략의 실체와 성과를 분석함으로써 정책적 함의를 구하고, 소싱전략의 내부화와 관련된 기존이론의 설명력을 검증하기 위한 시도에서 이루어졌다. 이를 위하여 기존이론을 중심으로 소싱전략의 내부화정도와 제품성과 간의 관계를 조절하는 소싱관련변수를 도입하여 전략적 적합성에 근거한 상황모형을 설정한 후. 상황변수가 국제내부소싱전략과 제품성과간의 관계를 중재하는 중재변수로서의 역할을 하는지를 분석하였다. 분석의 결과, 소싱관련변수인 상황변수 중에서 공급자협상력의 지표인 교체비용요인과 공급자수가 국제내부소싱전략과 기업의 제품성과관계를 중재하는 변수로 나타났으며, 제품혁신성과 공정혁신성요인은 준중재변수로서의 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결국, 한국제조기업의 경우, 기업의 내부적 환경요인보다는 외부적 환경요인(시장관련요인)이 국제내부소싱전략과 성과관계에 강한 중재역할을 하고 있다고 볼 수 있다.

This study focuses on the development and expansion process of fire-vomiting in Sanakbaekhee. Sanakbaekhee, what was called the generala art, has been handed downed from time immemorial and it included very diverse circus type, for example sword-swallow, fire-vomiting, rope-walking and so on. This study divide into four classes acording to development process of fire-vomiting. Firstly, I investigate process of the birth of fire-vomiting in the East Asia. culture of the countries bordering on Western china transmitted on the Han dynasty at the same time as fire-vomiting in AD 2. Accordingly, fire-vomiting was not created in china, but transmitted from the countries bordering on Western china. Secondly, I study the spreading process of fire-vomiting. Because fire-vomiting was played in a festival of religion as Buddhism, Esoteric Buddhism, Most people came to a festiva could see it. consequently, It has been spread out the bottom culture. Thirdly, I study the acting process of fire-vomiting. This process is seemed in old books like “Yeonhaenglok”. A magician in the Cheong dynasty performed various and amusing magic as well as fire-vomiting. Fourthly, I analyze the fire-vomiting in a play such as “kyeonggeuk”, “gabukee”, In these plays, An actors didn't vomited fire through his mouth for homself, but made use of an small instrument that could be sending out fire and smoke.

모바일 메시징의 사용 의도에 관한 연구: 한국과 홍콩을 중심으로

Korea and Hong Kong have been ahead of the rest of the world in introducing new handset and service capabilities. They were the first markets to launch 3G services and are currently the only markets to have achieved mainstream adoption of 3G, with over one-third of customers in both markets subscribing to 3G services. The mobile communications market has enjoyed impressive growth in both Korean and Hong Kong. In Hong Kong, the mobile penetration rate, namely the number of mobile subscribers per one hundred inhabitants, has reached 149 percent by early 2009. In the same time, the total number of mobile subscribers in Korea has reached 47.9 million by the end of 2009. However, the user acceptance patterns for this service have been evidently different in these two regions. Based on fieldwork in Hong Kong and China, this study attempts to explain these differences. The paper uses the information technology acceptance framework, which posits that various external factors impact on a person`s perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, and subjective norms, leading to user intention of the SMS. The results of the study are as follows: Of the characteristics make up the mobile text-messaging service in korea, person`s perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment were found to have a positive effect on use attitude. Among the characteristics make up the person`s perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment were found to have a positive effect on use intention. And use attitude influence upon having positive effects on use intention. But, Of the characteristics make up the mobile text-messaging service in Hong Kong, person`s perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived enjoyment were found to have a positive effect on use attitude. Among the characteristics make up the person`s perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, and subjective norms were found to have a positive effect on use intention. And use attitude influence upon having positive effects on use intention. This study contributes to telecommunications research by delineating the various stimuli to consider for successful technology acceptance in a global setting, which can account for differential impacts across regions. The findings of this study can assist telecommunications operators in formulating an effective region-specific strategy when launching a wireless data service in a particular environment.
