고성능 연산 증폭기의 설계 자동화

Based on a new search strategy using circuit simulation and simulated annealing with local search, a technique for design automation of high-performance operational amplifiers is proposed. For arbitrary circuit topology and performance specifications, through discrete optimization of a cost function with discrete design variables the design of operational amplifiers is performed. A special-purpose circuit simulator and some heuristics are used to reduce the design time. Through the design of a low-power high-speed fully differential CMOS operational amplifier usable in smart sensors and 10-b 25-MS/s pipelined A/D converters, it has been demonstrated that a design tool developed using the proposed technique can be used for designing high-performance operational amplifiers with less design knowledge and less design effort.

김해자와 송경동 시에 나타나는 ‘부끄러움의 정서’ 연구

김해자와 송경동의 시에서 특징적으로 읽어낸 것은 ‘부끄러움’의 정서이다. 두 작가의 텍스트에서 형상화된 부끄러움은 크게 두 단계에서 나타난다. 첫째는 타자와의 관계에서이며 둘째는 자아 성찰에서이다. 첫째로 타자와의 관계에서 유발되는 부끄러움의 정서는 ‘빚짐’과 ‘부채감’에서 비롯되는 것이다. 서정적 화자는 자신의 삶이 타인의 생을 담보하여 살아감을 인식하고 그에 따른 빚짐과 부채감을 느끼며 ‘부끄러움’의 정서로 심화된다. 한편, 이때의 타자는 하위주체로 분석할 여지가 있다. 둘째는 문제적 개인으로서 자기 인식의 때이다. 엄격하게 말하자면 루카치의 문제적 개인은 세계와 개인의 관계에서 내적 갈등을 느끼는 근대 사회 소설 속 주인공을 주로 말하며, 골드만의 문제적 개인은 교환가치가 지배적인 사회에서 사용가치를 추구하는 예술가를 말하며 이들이 창조한 주인공이 문제적 주인공이 된다. 한편, 서정시의 서정적 화자를 단순히 주동 인물과 동일한 개념으로 분석하는 것은 다소 무리가 있겠으나, 김해자와 송경동의 시는 서술시로써의 성격이 강하며 체험시의 경향이 짙다. 이런 맥락에서 두 시인의 특정 시편들을 개성론적 시관으로 분석한다면 서정적 자아를 작가의 퍼소나로 상정할 수 있을 것이다. 이 관점에서 본다면 서정적 화자의 정서를 분석하는 작업은 화자에게 반영된 작가의 내면인식을 읽는 좋은 방법이 될 것이다. 이런 맥락에서 문제적 개인 개념을 끌어와 시인(화자)가 ‘부끄러움’을 느끼는 지점을 파악하고 어떠한 방식으로 형상화되었는지 알아보고자 한다. 김해자와 송경동의 시에 형상화된 부끄러움의 정서 속에서 우리는 그들의 지향점을 읽어낼 수 있다. 김해자는 여성 노동자들이 겪어온 억압의 계보를 몸으로 떠안는다. 미싱공장, 콜센터, 노래방에서 일하는 여성 노동자들의 삶과 고통, 감정을 형상화하며 ‘여성-노동자’로써 감내했어야 할 이중, 삼중의 억압을 그린다. 이후 “버버리 곡꾼”의 형상을 통해 죽은 이들과 살아남은 이들을 위로한다. 김해자가 형상화한 부끄러움은 종국에 타인을 위로하는 구음으로 발현된다. 송경동의 시에서 특징적으로 읽는 것은 서정적 화자가 부끄러움을 인식하는 것은 역사와 자연 속에서 주로 발생한다. 역사 속에 서있는 주체로써 암울한 현실과 이상의 괴리 속에서 고민하는 주체이며, 순환하고 포용하는 자연 속에서 폭력적이고 배제를 일삼는 현대 자본주의에서 자유로울 수 없음을 인식하는 주체이다. 이런 맥락에서 후대를 위해 희생된 이들을 떠올리며 느끼는 부끄러움으로부터 현실 변혁 의지를 다잡는다. 그 영향으로 송경동은 ‘르포르타주의 언어’를 이용해 창작된 경향이 강한 것으로 보인다. What is characteristically read in the poems of Haeja Kim and Gyeongdong Song is the "sentiment of shyness". The shyness configurated in the two authors appears in two steps at large. The first is in the relationship with others, and the second is in self-examination. Firstly, the sentiment of shyness caused by the relationship with others originates from "being in debt" and "feeing in debt". A lyrical speaker is aware that he lives his life as security of others" lives, and he feels in debt, which is deepened into the "sentiment of shyness". On the other hand, others here admit of analysis as subordinate subjects. The second is the time of self-awareness as an individual in question. Strictly speaking, Lukacs"s individuals in question are mainly the main characters in modern social novels who feel inner conflicts in the relationship between the individual and the world, and Goldman"s individuals in question are artists who seek for the utility value in the dominant society of the exchange value. Meanwhile, Analyzing the lyrical speaker of lyrical poetry simply into the same concept as a protagonist has a little problem, but the poems of Haeja Kim and Gyeongdong Song are strong in the nature of narrative poems and heavy in the tendency of experiential poems. In this context, if we analyze the specific poems of the two poets as the poetic viewpoint of individuality, we will be able to postulate a lyrical self as the persona of the author. In this viewpoint, the work of analyzing the sentiment of the lyrical speaker will be a good way to read the author"s inner awareness reflected to the speaker. In this context, I bright about the concept of the individual in question, grasp the point where the speaker feels shy, and would like to know how it was configurated. We can read their directing points in the sentiment of shyness configurated in the poems of Haeja Kim and Gyeongdong Song. Haeja Kim embraces the pedigrees of oppression that woman labors suffered. Configurating the lives, pains, and feelings of woman labors who worked in sewing machine factories, call centers, and singing rooms, she describes the double and trifle oppression that woman labors endured. Then, through the configuration of "Burberry keener", she comforts the dead and the survived. Finally, the shyness that Haeja Kim configurated is manifested into a oral sound that comforts others. Reading what is characteristic in the poems of Gyeongdong Song is that the lyrical speaker"s being aware of shyness occurs mainly in history and nature. He or she is a subject standing in history, a worrying subject in the gap of a dark reality and ideal, a subject who is aware of not being free in the modern violent and exclusionary capitalism. In this context, the author strengthens the will to change the reality from the shyness felt recalling the victims for the later generation. By this influence, Gyeongdong Song shows a strong tendency to write poems using the "Reportage language".

수사기관에 의한 감청의 허용범위

The development of 21 century high technology and intelligence communication changed a human life radically. Especially, it made possible people to communicate regardless of time and place. As the crime becomes more violent, concealed, and specialized, this development of science, being introduced to the investigation department which has a lot difficulty in dealing with a criminal investigation and seizing real evidence. Among these, there are eavesdropping a telephone or person -to person conversation. However, this eavesdropping has a danger of interrupting the people’s freedom of communication and their privacy. Our country, also, is practicing the Protection of Communications Secrets Act about eavesdropping. However, this law of Protection of Communications Secrets Act has some problems, and the actual application of this law and the related law is very rare. In conclusion, I will recommend that we have to regulate the scope and the admissibility of the eavesdropping by reforming “The Protection of Communications Secrets Act,” instead of making a new law. In reforming the law, the foreign countries are good examples. Also, we will make a new law in order to prepare new collection evidence by researching the academic and the official together.

A dynamic model of proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC) system is designed to understand the performance of the PEMFC in residential power generator(RPG) over various balance of plant(BOP) options. In particular, since the performance of PEMFC system should be optimized for given operating ranges, it is necessary to design suitable BDP components which can support the operating ranges. The objective of this study is to develop a dynamic system model for the study of PEMFC performance over various BOP options. Therefore, a dynamic model is composed of a PEMFC stack model, a water management system model, a thermal management system model and a fuel/air supply model and the model is integrated under SIMULINK(R)environment. Basic simulation results will be presented.

가치관과 공직에 대한 태도가 공무원 품위유지의무에 미치는 영향: 사생활 제한을 중심으로

본 연구는 공무원의 품위유지의무를 위한 공무원 사생활 제한의 결정요인을 밝히고 그 수준을 분석한다. 즉, 개인주의, 탈권위주의, 남녀 평등주의, 공직 신뢰, 공직 특권 인식이 공무원 사생활 제한에 영향을 미치는지, 영향을 미친다면 그 상대적 영향력은 어떠한지를 실증한다. 이를 위해 연구 가설을 설정을 하고 일반 국민을 대상으로 설문조사하여 수집된 데이터를 분석하여 가설을 검증한다. 분석 결과 남녀 평등주의는 부(-)의 영향력을 그리고 공직 특권 인식은 정(+)의 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 개인주의, 탈권위주의, 공직 신뢰는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 각 변수의 영향력은 공직 특권 인식(β=0.227)이 남녀 평등주의 가치관(β=-0.217)보다 더 높은 영향력을 갖는 요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 공무원의 공직윤리로서 품위유지의무에 관련한 규정을 향후 사회적 통념에 맞추어 개정하고 보완하는데 참고자료로서 검토될 수 있을 것이다. This study reveals the determinants of the restrictions on civil servants’ privacy for civil servants’ duty to maintain dignity and analyzes their level. It demonstrates whether individualism, post-authoritarianism, gender equality, trust in public office, and the perception of public privileges affect the restrictions on the privacy of public officials, and if so, what their relative influence is. To this end, a research hypothesis is established, a survey is conducted on the general public, and the collected data is analyzed to verify the hypothesis. As a result of the analysis, it was found that gender egalitarianism had a negative (-) influence, and the recognition of public privileges had a positive (+) influence, and individualism, post-authoritarianism, and public trust did not. The influence of each variable was found to be a factor in which the perception of public privilege (β=0.227) had a higher influence than that of gender egalitarianism (β=-0.217). The results of this study can be reviewed as reference data to revise and supplement the regulations related to the duty to maintain dignity as a public service ethics of public officials in the future in line with social beliefs.

교수전문성 제고를 통한 사회체육 지도자의 경쟁력 강화

No one deny the importance of strengthening sport educator`s competitiveness through enhancement of teaching expertise. The direction of expertise, curriculum for expertise, and approaches for expertise varies depends on one`s value toward expertise of sport educator. However, this can not be a reason to explain why college curriculums could not reflect it`s own characteristics. Social needs for dept of sport and leisure studies is to provide effective sport educator who can reflects diversity of participants in sport program. Thus, it is necessary to enhance the teaching expertise of sport educator. First step is to develop curriculum based on analysis of social needs. Second step is to analyze body of knowledge for enhancement of teaching expertise. Third step is to provide enough opportunities to practice teaching in simulation or real setting. And last step is to implement in-service program for sport educator to keep developing expertise.

가정용 연료전지 시스템의 열관리 해석

A PEMFC(proton exchange membrane fuel cell) is a good candidate for residential power generation to be cope with the shortage of fossil fuel and green house gas emission. The attractive benefit of the PEMFC is to produce electric power as well as hot water for home usage. Typically, thermal management of vehicular PEMFC is to reject the heat from the PEMFC to the ambient air. Different from that, the thermal management of PEMFC for RPG is to utilize the heat of PEMFC so that the PEMFC can be operated at its optimal efficiency. In this study, dynamic thermal management system is modeled to understand the response of the thermal management system during dynamic operation. The thermal management system of PEMFC for RPGFC is composed of two cooling circuits, one for controling the fuel cell temperature and the other for heating up the water for home usage. Dynamic responses and operating strategies of the PEMFC system are investigated during load changes.
