        운동선수들의 언어,물리적 체벌유형과 기분상태 비교

        본 연구에서는 운동선수들의 언어·물리적 체벌과 기분상태를 비교분석하는 것이 주된 목적이다. 서울 및 수도권 속해 있는 고등학교 운동선수를 모집단으로 설정하고 연구 대상은 총 463명이며 남자선수는 252명 여자선수는 211명이였다. 수집된 자료를 분석하기 위하여 요인 분석(Factor Analysis), 신뢰도분석(Reliability analysis), 빈도분석(Frequency Analysis), 다변량 분산분석(MANOVA), 일원분산분석(one-way ANOVA)을 하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 남 여 운동선수들에게 체벌을 가하는 가해자는 각각 선배, 지도자, 부모 순으로 나타났고, 체벌의 형태는 언어적·물리적 체벌, 언어적 체벌, 물리적 체벌 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 남 여 운동선수들의 체벌에 따른 기분상태는 혼란, 활력, 분노에서 차이가 나타났고, 남자선수들이 여자선수들에 비해 긍정적 기분상태는 높고 부정적 기분상태는 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 언어적 물리적 체벌은 주로 선수와 관계된 선배, 코치·감독, 부모님 등에 의해서 받고, 남자운동선수들은 언어·물리적 체벌을 받고서도 비교적 긍정적 기분상태를 유지하나 여자 운동선수들은 언어·물리적 체벌을 받으면 대체로 부정적 기분상태를 유지하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to determine the type of perpetrators of punishment directed against sports athletes and how the different types of psychological states such as depression, energy, confusion, rage, and anxiety influence these athletes. The subjects for this study were a total of 500 high school sports athletes from Seoul metropolitan area and they were chosen by random sampling. For the analysis of the data, information from a total of 463 participants was actually used (male-252, female-211). For the participants, there were 7 questions related to their background information, 4 to their types and experiences with punishment and also questions related to their psychological states (POMS). The collected data were analyzed tested for reliability using factor analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, MANOVA, one-way ANOVA. Here are the conclusions based on the results. Firstly, the perpetrators of punishment against male/female athletes were according to the order of upperclassmen, coach, and parents, and there were more punishment directed against male athletes compared to female athletes. Secondly, in terms of their psychological states, there was a difference between for confusion, energy, and rage for the male and female athletes, with males rating high for confusion, energy and rage.

        A Study of the Sources of Stress Experienced by Athletes During Their Sports Career and Their Coping Method

        본 연구는 여자구기 선수 263명을 대상으로 합숙?연습 시?시합 전?후에서 경험하는 주요 스트레스 원인과 해소방법을 개방형 질문을 통해 귀납적 방법으로 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째 여자구기 선수들의 스트레스의 원인은 훈련과 시합에 대한 부담?학업 및 진로걱정?부정적인 대인관계?운동에 따른 개인적인 손실?실패 및 처벌의 두려움 등의 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 여자구기 선수의 스트레스 해소방법은 가까운 사람과의 대화?취미 및 문화 놀이 활동?무보건 휴식?다량의 음식 섭취?유흥 활동?많은 연습 등의 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 나타난 스트레스 원인은 현재 당면한 현실적인 문제에 대한 고민으로 인한 것이 가장 많았다. 해소 방법으로는 가장 가까운 주면 환경에 있는 지인들을 통해 해소한다. 여자구기 선수들의 지도자들은 각각의 스트레스에 대해 이해하고 이에 따른 일반적인 적용이 아닌 선수 개개의 적절한 해소 방안을 찾아 줄 필요성이 있다. 그렇게 한다면 선수들은 스트레스로 인해 연습과 시합에 영향을 받아 경기력에 나쁜 영향을 받거나 부상을 당하는 것을 최소화 할 수 있다고 사료된다.

        청소년들의 신체활동참여형태에 따른 신체적 자기개념과 학교생활적응의 관계

        본 연구에서는 최근 자주 바뀌는 입시제도와 급격하게 변화하는 신체적 변화에 따라 우리나라 인문계고등학교 학생들은 신체적 자기개념과 학교생활적응에 있어 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다는 인식하에 신체활동 참여유무와 형태에 따른 신체적 자기개념과 학교생활적응에 관해 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상으로는 서울소재에 속해 있는 인문계 고등학교에서 640명의 자료를 SPSS/win program V. 12.0을 사용하여 빈도분석(Frequency analysis), 요인분석(Factor analysis), 신뢰도 분석((Reliability analysis), t-검증(t-test), 상관분석(Correlation analysis), 3-way 다변량 분산분석(MANOVA), 중다회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 실시하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 신체활동참여 유무에 따른 신체적 자기개념 및 학교생활적응에 있어 참가집단이 비 참가 집단에 비해 신체적 자기개념을 긍정적으로 평가하고 학교생활적응도 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 신체활동참여 형태에서는 신체적 자기개념인 체지방과 자신감은 운동시간에서, 외모와 근력은 운동기간에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 학교생활적응인 교사적응은 운동 빈도, 운동 시간에서, 환경적응과 친구적응 그리고 생활적응은 운동시간에서만 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 볼 때, 신체활동 참여가 신체적 자기개념과 학교생활적응의 지각에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치기 때문에 학생들을 스포츠센터에서의 규칙적인 신체활동참여가 아니라도 시간이 허락하는 범위 내에서 교내·외 신체활동을 30분 이상 참여하도록 유도할 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of physical activity on physical self-description and school adaptation on Korean highschool students who`s experiencing psychological difficulties due to rapidly changing physiological and academic conditions. Six hundred forty high school students from 4 different districts in Seoul area completed questionnaires, and, using the SPSS/win program (ver. 12.0) frequency analyses, factor analyses, Reliability analyses, t-tests, correlation analyses, 3-way MANOVA, and multiple regression tests were performed. The results showed, first, there were significant differences in the levels of physical self-description, and school adaptation between the participated and non-participated groups. The participants who experienced the physical activity positively evaluated their physical self and showed better school adaptation. Secondly, body fat and muscle strength variables of the physical self-description was influenced by the length of participation. Also, the participation frequency and time influenced the teacher adaptation, and the participation had positive influences on the environmental, friend, and school life adaptations. According to this study, students tend to perceive that any form of physical activities plays a positive role in improving their bodily self-description and in enhancing their school performance. Thus, it is recommended that students should participate in various physical activities at least 30 minutes a day in and outside of school.

        노인들의 신체활동 유무,부적정서,경제적 수준과 정신건강 간의 관계

        최근 노인 학대 인식의 날을 맞이하여 보건복지부는 1년간 전국의 65세 이상 노인 6745명을 대상으로 학대실태조사를 하였다. 결과를 보면, 전체 노인의 14%가 학대를 받은 경험이 있었으며, 그 중 정서 학대가 67%, 방임이 22%, 경제적 학대가 4.3%로 나타나 노인 문제에 대한 국가 차원에서의 관심이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 노인들을 대상으로 신체활동 유무·부적 정서·경제적 수준과 정신건강간의 관계를 살펴보고자 한다. 수도권에 거주하는 65세 이상의 남녀 142명으로부터 얻은 자료를 토대로 타당도, 신뢰도, 카이제곱, Pearson 상관관계, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 신체활동 무 보다는 신체활동 유에서 간이정신진단검사-90-개정판의 9가지 요인들과 유의한 상관관계가 더 많이 나타났으며, 경제수준과 불안과는 부적상관, 부적정서와 신체화, 대인예민증, 우울증, 불안, 적대감, 편집증, 전체심도지수는 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 정신건강수준을 알 수 있는 변수들 간 상대적 영향력에 대한 평가에서는 부적정서, 신체활동유무, 경제수준 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 볼 때, 노인들의 정신건강을 위해서는 일상생활 속에서 느끼는 부적정서를 최소화하고 신체활동 권장을 통하여 스트레스, 불안, 고독감, 외로움 등을 해소할 수 있는 생활환경을 조성하는 것이 필요하다. Cronbach`s alpha·Chi square·Pearson correlation·Got following conclusion through hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Interrelation that symptom checklist-90-revision 9 factors of revised editions from physical activity more than non physical activity, and was expose that negative correlation, negative emotion and summarization·Somatization·Interpersonal Sensitivity·Depression·Anxiety·hostility·Paranoid Ideation·Global Severity The measurements to relative leverage of all variables that inform the level of mental health ranked in order of negative emotion, having physical activity, economic level. According to this results, the physical activity should be introduced not to have a emotional problems in normal lives for elderly people.

        생활체육참여 정도 관련변인과 학교폭력 및 학교생활적응과의 관계

        본 연구에서는 학생들의 생활체육참여 정도관련 변인과 학교폭력 및 학교생활적응의 관계를 규명하는 것이 주된 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상으로는 서울에 속해 있는 인문계 고등학교 남학생 504명을 최종 모집단으로 설정하였고, 생활체육참여 인원은 279명, 비 참여 인원은 225명이였다. 통계적 기범은 요인분석(Factor analysis), 신뢰도 분석(Reliability analysis), 빈도분석(Freouency analysis), 다변량 분산분석(MANOVA), 일원분산분석(one-way ANOVA), 상관분석(Correlation), 중다회귀분석(Multiple Regression Analysis)을 사용하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 생활체육참여 유무가 학교폭력 행동과 학교생활적응에 있어서 참가집단과 비 참가 집단에 차이가 나타났고, 생활체육참여 정도관련변인과 학교폭력 행동 및 학교생활적응 관계는 여러 참여 정도관련변인들과 부정적 또는 긍정적 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 생활체육참여가 비참여자 보다 학교폭력은 부정적 관계가 있고 화교생활적응은 긍정적 관계가 있으며, 생활체육을 간협적이라도 꾸준하게 지속적으로 참여하는 학생들은 학교생활폭력과 학교생활적응에 있어 직·간접적으로 부정적 또는 긍정적인 관계를 미치므로 스포츠센터에서의 규칙적인 생활체육참여가 아니라도 학생들에게 시간이 허락하는 범위 내에서는 교내의 점심시간, 방과 후 신체활동, 공휴일, 수업이 없는 2,4주의 토요일 그리고 일요일에 신체활동을 적극적으로 하도록 권고하고 제안한다. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between the origin of variance occurred through participation in all of sports and school violence/adaptation. The subjects were a total of 504 students from a liberal arts high school, with those participating in all of sports numbering 279 and those not participating in all of sports number 225. The tools that were used to analysis the collected data were factor analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, MANOVA, one-way ANOVA, correlation, multiple-regression analysis. Here are the following results. It was determined that those who participated in all of sports were more likely to be involved in school violence and better adapted to school than those who did not participate in all of sports. The school violence factor of alienation had an relationship on the all of sports participation factors. In conclusion, it was determined that there is a relationship between the factors of school violence/adaptation and all of sports participation and also there is a direct relationship in the variance, physically and psychologically, that occur during sports participation. Therefore, it is highly recommended that during, vacations, weekends, holidays, free Saturdays, lunchtimes and other free times, students must participate actively in all of sports.

        체육학과 학생들의 흡연자와 비 흡연자의 심리적․환경적․ 인지적 특성에 따른 금연의지 비교

        The purpose of this study is to develop the way to prevent university students from cigarette smoking and to draw a guideline on future non-smoking campaign for physical education fresh of university students. To do so, it investigated the differences in psychological, environmental, and cognitional characteristics between smoking and non-smoking university students. A total of 75 students, were surveyed and observed for two years using questionnaires. The data were analysed by a number of statistical methods which include frequency analysis?t-test?chi-square?factor analysis?pearson correlation and hierarchical multiple regression. The results showed that there existed a meaningful difference between smokers and non-smokers in their attitude to smoking?a number of smoking friends?past smoking experiences?a number of smoking sibling and satisfaction of in-school non smoking policy. The results also suggested that the factors which have a relative effect on will power to quit smoking were a negative attitude?a number of smoking friends?a positive attitude and the non-smoking policy in order.

        생활무용을 수강하는 중년여성들의 자기결정성과 생활만족도의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation between the pressure from living environment on middle-aged women who participated in dancing activities and self-determinations subfactors such as autonomy, perceived competence, relationships and life satisfaction, employing the structural equation model. Total of 258 middle aged women were participated in this study. The data were investigated using frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis. After this, confirmatory factor analysis and structured equation model analysis were conducted with AMOS ver. 18.0. The result showed that the pressure from living environment had a significantly negative influence on autonomy, perceived competence and relationship respectively. With regard to self-determinations sub factors, only autonomy had meaningfully positive influence. Therefore, this study concluded that the pressure from living environment on middle-aged women who participated in dancing activities influenced to self-determinations sub factors such as autonomy, perceived competence, relationships. In terms of life satisfaction, causal relations can only be established with autonomy factor.

        동계교양체육 참가자의 중요도와 만족도 분석에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to examine the awareness of students taking general P.E. courses in winter sports about the courses and their satisfaction level by utilizing Martilla & James(1977)"s IPA-based importance-satisfaction analysis. The subjects in this study were 449 college students. As for data analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, paired-samples test and IPA analysis were utilized. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the students investigated placed the most significance on product?price?place?promotion?people?physical evidence?process?the professional knowledge of professors?awareness of seasonal sports?the integrity of professors?their teaching effec?improvement of practical skills?the content of lectures?easy-to-understand teaching?the effect of lectures?the type of seasonal sport, improvement of theoretical knowledge and traffic convenience among the selection attributes of general P.E. courses in winter sports, In terms of satisfaction attributes, they gave the most weight to the integrity of professors?followed by improvement of theoretical knowledge?the professional knowledge of professors?awareness of seasonal sports?the effect of lectures?the teaching effects of professors?easy-to-understand teaching?improvement of practical skills?traffic convenience and the diversity of seasonal sports. Second, in the case of sustainability attributes in the quadrant I, they placed significance on the integrity of professors, their professional knowledge, their teaching effect, the effect of lectures, easy-to-understand teaching, improvement of practical skills?improvement of theoretical knowledge?the type of seasonal sport and reasonable price. Third, they gave weight to the diversity of seasonal sports among the attributes in the quadrant Ⅱ that required improvement. Fourth, they pointed out convenience of accommodations?reasonable price?program management?publicity of program schedule?publicity of lectures" safety of facilities?satisfaction with the place and satisfaction with the equipment among the attributes in the quadrant Ⅲ that weren"t top priorities. Fifth, they placed significance only in place accessibility among the attributes in the quadrant Ⅳ that would not require excessive efforts. The findings of the study indicate that the number of general P.E. courses on winter sports will be on the rise if the courses are offered in consideration of the attributes that students have chosen in importance-satisfaction analysis.

        신체적 자기개념이 자긍심 , 심리적 행복감 , 생활만족도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to discover how people can obtain the effects of Physical Self-Concept on the Self-Esteem, a mental well-being and Life satisfaction. The earlier studies about sports science show that continuous physical exercise influences human beings to develop self-concept and self-esteem. On the base of this assumption that exercise is effective not only to enhance physical strength but also to develop self-esteem by affecting physical self-concept, the study was proceeded. For the study, 450 pieces of questionnaire, which consist of 108 questions to evaluate self-esteem, emotional satisfaction and satisfaction in daily life were contributed to a group of students who are dance majors, gymnastics majors and other non-physical related majors in Universities located in Gwang-ju. This study investigated the self-esteem, mental well-being and life satisfaction by the high and low physical self concept. The data were analysed using two-way ANOVA, correlationship analysis, and post hoc comparison method using Tukey HSD. Through the questionnaire analysis, following conclusion turned out. First of all, it proves that a group of people who dance or exercise for continuous physical activities have high physical self-concept. In particular, a group of people who exercise showed higher physical self-concept. Second, a group of people who have high physical self-concept showed higher self-esteem and emotional satisfaction compared to a group of people who have less. Accordingly, it showed. that physical self-perception, self-esteem and emotional satisfaction are highly interrelated.
