There has been a tremendous need for dual homing cell switch assignment problems where calling volume and patterns are different at different times of the day. This problem of assigning cells to switches in the planning phase of mobile networks consists in finding an assignment plan which minimizes the communication costs taking into account some constraints such as capacity of switches. This optimization problem is known to be difficult to solve, such that heuristic methods are usually utilized to find good solutions in a reasonable amount of time. In this paper, we propose an evolutionary approach, based on the genetic algorithm paradigm, for solving this problem. Simulation results confirm the appropriateness and effectiveness of this approach which yields solutions of good quality.

미래전은 정밀 타격과 같은 첨단 군 기술에 의한 효과 중심의 마비전이다. 이러한 미래전에서 작전 주도권과 집중력 강화를 지원하기 위한 새로운 개념의 군수 역할이 요구되고 있으며 전투원 및 전투부대 중심의 집중군수가 대안으로 제시되고 있다. 이와 같은 집중 군수를 실현하기 위해서는 전 제대의 자산을 실시간으로 파악 할 수 있는 자산가시화가 선행되어야 하지만 현재 우리 군에서 사용하고 있는 군수정보체계는 제한적인 정보만을 제공하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 웹 기반 2종 및 4종 군수품 관리 시스템의 구현 방안을 제시하였다. 제시된 대안 체계 시제는 전투원 및 전투부대 중심으로 군수가 지원될 수 있도록 전투부대 중심의 업무 프로세스 통합과 군수 기능간 동기화를 추구하였다. 또한 집중 군수의 필수 요소인 자산 가시화를 제공함으로써 이를 통한 신속하고 효율적인 군수 지원이 가능함을 확인하였다. The future warfare is known as an effective centric paralysis warfare where military high technologies such as pinpoint strikes are applied. In this future warfare, for supporting military operation leadership and power of concentration in the combat, a new concept of logistic support is required and the focused logistic is proposed as an alternative. To implement this focused logistic, asset visibility should be assumed for every combat units in real time. However, current logistic information systems provide only limited information. In this study, a prototype information system for class 2 and 4 supplies is proposed for overcome limitations of current information system. The developed prototype zooms in on combat units providing business process integrations and logistic function synchronization. Also, asset visibility, the essential element of focused logistics, is presented and utilized to show the speedy and effective logistic support.

N/A The simulated annealing algorithm is known as a good metaheuristic in the area of permutation flowshop scheduling. In this work, modified simulated annealing algorithms are proposed and applied flowshop with makespan objective. The newly developed algorithms utilize candidate generation mechanisms in simulated annealing processsuch as an exchange method, a forward insertion method, and a backward insertion method. The simulation experiments are conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed candidate mechanisms and results are reported.

In this study we developed a purchasing information system as a preliminary attempt to visualize this supply chain management concept. The developed system is designed and developed under object oriented concepts utilizing OMT and UML methods.
계층분석방법을 이용한 IPv6 멀티네트워킹 표준화항목 우선순위 결정

Under limited resources such as budgets and experts, it is essential to set promotion priorities for standardization work items on IPv6 (Internet Protocol version 6) multi-networking technologies. Opinions of domain experts are surveyed and analyzed utilizing a multi-criteria decision making tool, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Weights of ten evaluation criteria are identified and applied to calculating importance degree of eight work items. According to descending order of importance degree, priorities of work items are determined. The processes and results of this study may provide not only an approach of setting promotion priorities for standardization work items but also a practical guide of implementing of a multi-criteria decision analysis.
군 정비활동을 위한 웹 기반 소모성 수리부속품 보급체인 정보체계의 설계 및 구현

Logistic support activities for weapon systems play an important role at maintenance activities in modern warfares. These activities are essential for keeping weapon systems ready at all time. However, maintenance supplies can be delayed without a proper information system. Further, increases of mean time to repair (MTTR) and unavailability of weapon systems can be occurred. In this study, a web based information system is developed for logistic chains of class 9 supplies. Utilizing web database technologies, the developed system can provide an environment for data exchange and sharing among various participants in the supply chain.
