본 논문에서는 하이퍼큐브에 삽입된 메쉬를 기반으로 하는 분산 상호 배제 알고리즘에 요청 집합내의 노드가 고장일 경우에도 상호 배제를 성취시켜 주는 결함 포용 분산 상호 배제 알고리즘을 제시하고, 그것의 성능: 최소 왕복 지연, 평균 블록킹 지연, 그리고 임계자원 액세스당 메세지 갯수를 평가하였다.

본 논문에서는 분산 온라인 멀티미디어 시스템을 위한 확장된 rate monotonic 알고리즘을 제안한다. 확장된 rate monotonic 알고리즘에서는 태스크를 3개의 클래스로 분류한다. 첫번째 태스크 클래스는 정상율보다 높은 가상율을 가진다. 확장된 rate monotonic 알고리즘은 높은 가상율을 기반으로 태스크들을 스케줄한다. 이것은 분산 온라인 멀티미디어 시스템을 위해 종단간 지연을 짧게 하고 우수한 서비스 질을 얻기 위해서 첫번째 태스크 클래스에 짧은 지연과 지터를 허락한다. 두번째 태스크 클래스는 정상율에 따라 스케줄된다. 세번째 태스크 클래스는 정상율보다 낮은 가변율을 가진다. 주기적 태스크의 스케줄에서 마감시간 위반의 가능성이 존재하면, 세번째 태스크 클래스는 가변율에 따라 스케줄된다. 이것은 미디어질을 희생하여 마감시간 위반을 해결하고 시스템 성능을 개선한다. 본 논문은 결정적 스케줄링 모델과 시물레이션을 통하여 확장된 rate monotonic 알고리즘을 평가한다.

While culture and arts education led by the government achieved qualitative growth past 10 years, art instructor support project, probably the most fundamental project, exposes many problems in selection process. They might be solved by recruiting a proper number of instructors every year to build circulation structure, integrating subject practice set at examinations, and establishing evaluation index for body and rhythm, and expression practice. Dance education might be renewed as a true art education by subdividing examiners into dance practice, dance theory and dance education, avoiding duplicated appointment of each screening examiner and 2-year-successive appointment of the same examiner, and implementing judgement evasion system.
여자무용수의 전공별 신체적 특성, 신체조성, 심폐체력, 근력, 요추 골밀도 및 혈중 지질

The purpose of this study was to providing a profile of physical characteristics, body compositions, cardiopulmonary fitness, muscle strength, bone mineral density (BMD) and blood lipids on women dancer`s style. We selected eleven university students who major in Korean dancers, 12 Modern dancers and 12 Ballet dancers. A series of comparative students of three dance groups were made through the body composition test, cardiopulmonary fitness, isokinetic knee muscle strength test, lumbar bone mineral density and blood lipids accumulations. Results of this study, foot size of Ballet dancers was small than Korean and Modern dancers on characteristics of physical morphology, and Ballet dancers was lower on percent of body fat than Korean and Modern dancers. There was a significant differences on brachioradialis, brachialis, waist, and hip circumference between the dancer`s style. Maximum oxygen uptake (VO2max) of Modern and Ballet dancers higher than Korean dancers. There was a significant differences on knee extension and flexion muscle strength at 60°/sec between the dancer`s style. Knee flexor and extensor muscle strength of Modern and Ballet dancers higher than Korean dancers. Knee extension and flexion muscle strength of Modern dancers higher than Korean and Ballet dancers at 180°/sec and 240°/sec. And BMD of lumbar 2 (L2) of Ballet dancers was higher than Korean dancers. BMD of lumbar 3 (L3) and lumbar 4 (L4) of Modern and Ballet dancers was higher than Korean dancers. Futhermore, there was a no significant differences on blood TC, HDL-C, LDL-C levels between the groups, but blood TG level of Ballet dancers was lower than Korean dancers.

In our country, the art of dance has been disregarded in terms of national policy, though it could have ripple effects on other genres and could be well linked to the genres. Moreover, there are few well-established systems to back it up. As a result of analyzing the state of assistance for dance, even Arts Council Korea, which is a leading organization to support the arts, drew up a budget for dance just for form`s sake. More efficient and sustainable policy setting is desperately required such as the introduction of performance-based assistance or a target support system.
노인 돌봄 가족을 지원하는 지역사회 서비스: 한국과 미국의 비교를 통한 정책 제언

The purpose of this study is to provide useful insights into community-level support services for family caregivers in Korea by comparing them with the services in the United States. Similar to most developed countries, life expectancy has led to rapid population aging in Korea over the last several decades. However, despite increased social needs of long-term care for the elderly, many elderly Koreans are still dependent on their family for the long-term care. Yet, existing support programs for family caregivers are very limited. As a result, family caregivers often suffer from a lack of financial resources and emotional support. In this study, we comprehensively review the extensive literature, including relevant studies and documents of community-level support services for family caregivers of the elderly at home in Korea and the United States. One of the most important differences is that compared to Korea, diverse services based on the law of NFCSP to support the family caregivers, such as counseling, organization of support group, and educating have been available in the United States since 2000. Additionally, the legal definition of family caregivers in the United State is broader than that in Korea, where family caregivers are limited to those who are related by blood or marriage. Therefore, more caregivers are eligible for support programs and benefit from the programs in the United States. The findings of the study suggest that policy makers in Korea should legislate for diverse and comprehensive services for family caregivers. Further, it is necessary to define legal terms for family caregivers more broadly to extend beneficiaries of the programs.

본 논문에서는 태스크가 요구하는 서브메쉬의 크기를 단편화된 메쉬 시스템에 맞게 조절하여 할당은 5가지 제한 서브메쉬 할당 알고리즘을 제안하고 시뮬레이션을 통하여 그것의 성능을 평가하였다. 그 결과 제한 서브메쉬 할당 알고리즘들은 시스템이 과부하일 때 태스크가 시스템에 진입하는데 걸리는 지연 시간을 감소시키므로 우수한 시스템 성능을 얻을 수 있었다.
Oregon 의료개혁의 성과와 한계 -건강보험 보장성 확대를 위한 교훈

우리나라 건강보험의 낮은 급여율과 이로 인한 국민들의 높은 의료비 부담은 보장성 강화에 대한 높은 사회적 관심과 요구를 낳고 있다. 누구를 그리고 무엇을 더 보장할 것인가와 함께 이제 문제는 보장성을 어떻게 확대할 것인가에 이르렀다. 본 논문에서는 Oregon 메디케이드 개혁과 실패, 그리고 그 과정에서의 성과와 한계를 살펴보고 그러한 경험이 우리나라 건강보험 보장성 확대와 관련하여 갖는 정책적 함의를 살펴보았다. Oregon의 경우 일반대중들을 보건의료서비스 우선순위 결정과정에 포함시킴으로써 사회적 요구와 가치관을 적극 반영하는 공적 보험 수립에 앞장서 왔다. 하지만 재정상황이나 의료이용자들의 반응에 대한 충분한 고려 없이 무리하게 추진한 급여대상자의 확대는 결국 Oregon의 의료개혁을 실패로 만들고 말았다. Oregon의 경험은 보장성의 확대 그 자체도 중요하지만 그것을 지속가능 하게 만들기 위해서는 의료시스템 전반의 개혁이 동시에 필요함을 시사한다. As individual burden on medical expense has considerably increased, much debate has recently focused on issues of extending benefit coverage of National Health Insurance. In this study, we review recent reforms of Medicaid in the state of Oregon in the US and critically evaluate the outcomes. One of the essential changes in the reforms is that the Oregon government intended to extend Medicaid to more people by covering fewer services. In addition, it incorporated various social sectors, including lay persons, in prioritizing health care services covered by Medicaid. However, our review also reveals that the reforms have not been carried out successfully yet, because of several important reasons. First, utilization rates by Medicaid beneficiaries were low partly due to increased copayment for the services. More importantly, Oregon government failed to secure a sufficient budget for providing extended services through Medicaid. The Oregon Medicaid reforms provide an important empirical case suggesting that while extension of the health care services under Medicaid and inclusion of beneficiaries are still critical, we may end up following in the footsteps of Oregon if we do not implement: 1) affordable health care services that can better serve for potential beneficiaries who are in various medical needs; and 2) long term plans for sustainable financing.
