조선 생산 공정 데이터의 관리 효율화를 위한 네트워크 구조화 및 분석

전체 생산 프로세스를 이루는 각 단위공정과 공정 사이의 선후관계 데이터의 저장 및 관리에 있어 완전성과 무결성을 유지하는 것은 효율적인 생산 계획 및 통제를 위한 전제 조건에 해당한다. 조선 생산 공정의 경우 개별 단위공정의 방대한 양과 종류에도 불구하고 Relational DB 관리 형태의 비효율성으로 인해 통합적인 관리의 미흡함이 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한 개의 호선 공정에 대해 개별적으로 나뉘어 있던 전체 단위 공정을 선후관계에 따라 연결하여 AON(Activity-On-Node) 네트워크로 모델링하였다. 또한 이렇게 생성된 공정 데이터 네트워크는 일반적인 유향그래프(Directed Graph)의 특성을 가지기 때문에 Network Science 및 Graph Theory 분야에서 도출된 알고리즘의 적용이 가능해진다. 본 연구에서는 해당 알고리즘들을 이용한 분석을 실시하고 그 결과가 생산 계획 및 통제라는 맥락에서 유의미한 정보를 제공할 수 있는지에 대한 연구를 수행하였다.

Recently, the speed of change related with enterprise management is getting faster than ever owing to the competition among companies, technique diffusion, shortening of product lifecycle, excessive supply of market. For the example, the compliance condition (such as delivery date, product quality, etc.) from the ship owner is getting complicated and the needs for the new product such as FPSO, FSRU are coming to fore. This paradigm shift emphasize the rapid response rather than the competitive price, flexibility and agility rather than effective and optimal perspective for the domestic shipbuilding company. So, domestic shipbuilding companies have to secure agile and flexible ship production environment that could respond change of market and requirements of customers in order to continue a competitive edge in the world market. In this paper, I’m going to define a standard shipbuilding production management system by investigating the environment of domestic major shipbuilding companies. Also, I’m going to propose a unified ship production management and system for the operation of unified management through detail analysis of the activities and the data flow of ship production management. And, the system functions for the strategic approach of ship production management are investigated through the business administration tools such as performance pyramid, VDT and BSC. Lastly, the research of applying strategic KPI to the digital shipyard as virtual execution platform is conducted.
The Measurement of Construction Error Technology for Deformable Modular System by Image Processing

Modular structures are growing into a promising fi eld in the construction fi eld. However, the error between bolting, which occurs during on-site construction of a modular system, is one of the biggest drawbacks of a modular structure and is a serious problem that must be resolved. If this error keeps occurring, it can weaken the strength of the overall modular structure and can cause further damage. Therefore, precise measurement of displacement errors is required to reduce construction errors of modular systems. In this paper, we propose a measurement technique based on vison-based images without using displacement meter such as LVDT. This technique is consist of raspberry-pi cameras which is much more economical than displacement meters. Through image processing algorithm, displacement and angle can be measured. As a result, it is judged that the error rate for bolting can be minimized during construction of a modular system by measuring an error range of up to 0.24% through this technique presented in this paper.
줄눈 보강을 통한 면내 방향의 조적조 사인장 전단강도 평가

All over the Republic of Korea, there are many masonry buildings which have been built since 1970s. When the earthquake at Po-Hangoccurred, this is the main cause of huge damage because the masonry buildings have not seismic capacity. When masonry buildings arefailed, two type of the failure modes can be shown, which are in-plane mode and out-plane mode. In-plane mode can have seismic capacityin masonry so diagonal shear test is performed in this study. The purpose of this study was to find the best way to reinforce the materialsthrough the diagonal shear test. Through the test, shear stress and shear modulus of elasticity will be calculated, referred to the ASTM E519-02. The variables in this test are 3 wire, three types of wire meshes, polypropylene strap and different types of brick. Each variable isapplied to the same condition of the 1.2m × 1.2m masonry walls which are made by ASTM E 519-02. Compared to each variable withshear stress and shear modulus of elasticity, the best way of reinforcing method to have seismic capacity will be proved in this study. 2017년 포항 지진 발생으로 인한 조적조 피해가 대두되면서 조적조 건물의 내진성능에 관한 연구가 필요하게 되었다. 지진에 의한 조적조 파괴는 면내방향과 면외방향으로 나눌 수 있으며 면내 방향 파괴는 조적조의 내진성능에 중요한 부분을 차지한다. 본 연구는 줄눈 내 여러 가지 보강재료를 삽입하여 면내 방향의 사인장 전단강도시험을 수행하였다. ASTM E 519-02를 참조하여 전단응력과 전단 탄성계수를 계산하고 그 결과를 토대로 가장 좋은 보강방법을 제시하고자 한다.
