This study is the future prospect on the construction of teaching methodology for Korean grammar. The objective of this study is to prepare the ideal teaching model of grammar which enables anybody to perform grammar education in its best form under any circumstances. This provides instructors a textbook, relevant materials, and other visual materials as a complete set. I proposed to construct Ubiquitous Online Network Portal System after naming it a ``Ready-made teaching methodology for grammar``. Once done anybody can teach Korean grammar very easily whenever and wherever he or she logs on and downloads the program. The necessity of grammar education is reviewed in Chapter 2. Chapter 3 shows basic grammatical elements. And lastly Chapter 4 demonstrates 9-steps ``The ready-made teaching methodology for grammar`` as an example of the grammatical elements. Listing all the necessary materials like this for each grammatical element for both students and instructors can help domestic instructors as well as foreign ones who suffer under weak educational environments.

through Korean traditional musical instrument “Daegeum”. It makes foreigners to understand Korean spiritual world and to upgrade Korean language abilities. Following suggestions are made with the theoretical background above. 1) Korean educational field should be allowed to choose the general cultural factors without restriction. 2) The educational category selection of Korean traditional music should not be affected by the popular subject or the wide preference range of the masses. 3) The teaching method of cultural relativism which acknowledges the traditional culture difference between learners and teachers is recommended. 4) Culture learning for the better understanding of Korean language should be an education of experience and sensitivity. 5) Culture learners should express their cultural experiences and feelings through training for integration of 4 language skills. Also the field experience of culture learning through “Daegeum” verify that teaching method for Korean language through Korean traditional music can be effective. (Sun Moon University)

The purpose of this study is to examine preceding research regarding language difference between South and North Korea and then suggest the need of supplementary textbooks for the North Korean defectors to help their early settlement and for the coming era of unified Korea. First, the study tries to investigate language teaching textbooks produced by ‘Hanawon’ under the Ministry of Unification and the National Institute of Korean Language and then address some points to be added to the textbooks for North Korean defectors. Based on the conversations from ‘TV Nam-Nam Buk-Nyuh’, the study investigates the actually different usage of the two languages from the South and the North and reexamines serious situations caused by the real difference of the two languages. Last but not least, surveying problems concerning North Korean defectors from the previous research, the study seeks to find answers to the problems by referring language policy in Germany after its reunification. 목적 본 연구는 지정 주제 어휘를 중심으로 초성 게임이라는 새로운 교수법을 적용하여 실제 한국어 어휘 교육의 현장에서 활용될 수 있는 교수 자료를 제시하는 데 목적을 둔 논문이다. 이 논문은 어휘장이론을 중심으로 분류한 어휘 목록을 마련한 뒤에 실제 교육 현장에서 초성 게임을 활용하여 효과적인 어휘 복습 교육 방안으로까지 연결시켰다는 데에 의의가 있다. 방법 ‘물건 사기’ 관련 어휘를 중심으로 초급 어휘 목록을 구성하여 명사, 동사, 형용사로 품사를 크게 나누어 각각의 하위분류 및 관련 어휘로 다시 정리하였다. 다음은 이렇게 정리된 어휘 목록에서 10개의 문제어를 선정하여 최종적으로 한국어 어휘 학습에 활용할 수 있는 교수 자료로 PPT를 활용하여 초성 게임을 만들어 제시하였다. 결과 온라인 수업 환경에서 블랜디드 러닝 등의 교수 방안을 활용하려고 하였지만 내용이나 지면 관계상 내용을 축소하게 되어 PPT로 초성 게임을 만들어 녹화하는 방법으로 동영상 교구재까지만 제작하였다. 결론 한국어 어휘 교육 현장에서 어휘 장을 중심으로 분류된 어휘 목록을 초성 게임을 이용하여 교육한다면 어휘 복습을 위한 교수 자료로 흥미로운 학습 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것이다. Objectives This study aims to present teaching materials that can be used in the field of actual Korean vocabulary education by applying a new teaching method called initial consonant game focusing on the vocabulary of designated topics. Also, this is meaningful in that it prepared a vocabulary list classified based on vocabulary field theory and connected it to an effective vocabulary review education method using this game in the actual education field. Methods First of all, a beginner vocabulary list was organized around the vocabulary related to ‘Buying things’, and divided into part of speech; nouns, verbs, and adjectives, and rearranged into each and related vocabulary. Results Although I tried to use teaching methods such as blended learning in an online class environment, the contents were minimized due to limited space, Therefore, video teaching materials were even produced by making and recording initial consonant games with PPT. Conclusions In this way, If you educate the vocabulary list classified based on the vocabulary field using the initial consonant game, interesting learning effects can be expected as teaching materials for vocabulary review.

The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze speech proverbs of Korea and Japan to prepare a plan on Korean language and culture education for Japanese learners. Proverbs are considered difficult for foreign learners to study on their own because they have the culture of each country. Thus, it is significant to compare the meanings and characteristics between both Korean and Japanese proverbs to draw up a plan on Korean proverb education for foreigners of certain languages. Proverbs are one way of expression that naturally represent a culture in daily life. A proverb should be in a short sentence, delivers one`s intention accurately, be persuasive, and enable an effective expression of speech. However, proverbs are difficult to understand for foreign learners because they reflect a country`s unique culture, customs, thoughts, wisdom, way of life, and many others. Thus, it is important to come up with a plan on proverb education for foreigners to understand and correctly use proverbs. This study has arranged a Korean language and Korean culture education plan for Japanese learners by using the similarities of proverbs from the comparison and analysis result of both countries` proverbs.
