This study was intended to structurally grasp relationship of taekwondo gym brand trust with attractiveness of alternative, switching intention, and re-registration intention, and then to provide practical information for the management strategy of taekwondo gyms. The study subject was the parents of trainees in taekwondo gyms. And data on 426 persons who were parents of the trainees in taekwondo gyms were utilized in the final analysis. For hypothesis test, a structural equation model analysis and confirmatory factor analysis using AMOS was carried out. As a result, it was possible to conclude as follows. First, the brand trust of taekwondo gym acted as a determining factor in increasing re-registration together with action on the decrease of the switching intention. However, there was no statistically significant relationship between brand trust and attractiveness of alternative. Second, it was shown that, as the attractiveness of alternative increased, an intention of switching to another taekwondo gym increased. On the other hand, there was no statistically significant relationship between the attractiveness of alternative and re-registration intention. Third, it was shown that the taekwondo sym switching intention perceived by the parents of students decreased the re-registration intention. According to these results, it is possible to find that brand trust strategy is required and far stronger attractiveness needs to be built than that of competitors as measures for decreasing the switching intention of taekwondo trainees and increasing the re-registration ratio.

Ferritic stainless steels, which have relatively small thermal expansion coefficient and excellent corrosion resistance, are increasingly being used in vehicle manufacturing, in order to increase the lifetime of exhaust manifold parts. But, there are limits on use because of the problem related to cosmetic resistance, corrosions of condensation and high temperature salt etc. So, Aluminum-coated stainless steel instead of ferritic stainless steel are utilized in these parts due to the improved properties. In this investigation, Al-8wt% Si alloy coated 409L ferritic stainless steel was used as the base metal during Gas Tungsten Arc(GTA) welding. The effects of coated layer on the microstructure and hardness were investigated. Full penetration was obtained, when the welding current was higher than 90A and the welding speed was lower than 0.52m/min. Grain size was the largest in fusion zone and decreased from near HAZ to base metal. As welding speed increased, grain size of fusion zone decreased, and there was no big change in HAZ. Hardness had a peak value in the fusion zone and decreased from the bond line to the base metal. The highest hardness in the fusion zone resulted from the fine re-precipitation of the coarse TiN and Ti(C, N) existed in the base metal during melting and solidification process and the presence of fine $Al_2O_3$ and $SiO_2$ formed by the migration of the elements, Al and Si, from the melted coating layer into the fusion zone.

The microstructure and hardness of CO2 laser welds were investigated in the Ti-stabilized ferritic stainless steel 409L. The observed specimen was welded in a fully penetrated condition in which the power was 5 kW and the welding speed 5 m/min. The grain structure near the bond line of the laser welds was produced by epitaxial growth. The grain size was the largest in the fusion zone, and HAZ showed nearly the same grain size as that of the base metal. The HAZ microstructure consisted of subgrains and precipitates that were less than l00 nm in size and that were located along the subgrain boundaries. On the other hand, the hardness was the highest in the fusion zone due to the large amount of small precipitates present. These were composed of TiN, Ti(C,N) and TiO2+Ti(C,N). The hardness decreased continuously from the fusion zone of the base metal. The HAZ hardness was slightly greater than that of the base metal due to the existence of subgrains and precipitates in the subgrain boundary. (Received January 13, 2010)
청소년 복싱선수들의 마음가짐과 그릿(GRIT) 경기력의 관계

연구목적: 이 연구는 청소년 복싱선수들의 마음가짐과 그릿(Grit), 경기력의 간계를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 자료수집은 편의표본추출법을 사용하여 227부가 최종 유효 표본으로 사용되었다. 자료처리는 SPSS 24.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석 그리고 매개효과분석을 하였다. 결과: 첫째, 청소년 복싱선수의 성장마음가짐은 그릿에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 고정마음가짐은 흥미일관성에 부정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 성장마음가짐은 경기력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 고정마음가짐은 심리안정수행에 부정적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 노력지속성은 경기력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 흥미일관성은 경기집중수행에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 심리안정수행에 부정적인 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 그릿은 마음가짐과 경기력의 관계에서 부분매개효과가 있다. 결론: 이상의 결과 마음가짐은 그릿과 경기력에 관여되고 있으며, 그릿이 높을수록 경기력은 증가한다는 것을 시사한다. Purpose: The purpose of this study examined the analysis of relationship among mindset, grit and performance of youth boxers. Methods: Through convenience sampling method, selected 227 survey questionnaires were used for final analysis from youth boxers. With the collected data, descriptive analysis, factor, correlation, multiple regression and mediating were performed by SPSS WIN 24.0 & Amos 24.0. Result: First, the growth mindset of youth boxers had positive effect on grit, the fixed mindset had negative effect on consistency of interest. Second, the growth mindset had positive effect on performance, the fixed mindset had negative effect on psychological stability performance. Third, the endurance of effort had positive effect on performance, the consistency of interest had positive effect on intensive performance and had negative effect on psychological stability performance. Fourth, the grit partial mediating effect between mindset and performance. Conclusion: These above results suggest that mindset is involved in grit and performance, the higher grit the higher performance.

The properties of GTA weld for ferritic stainless steel have been studied with different $O_2$ contents in Ar shielding gas at the constant welding speed. A small amount of $O_2$ (0.01~1.0%) was mixed in Ar shielding gas in order to improve the weld penetration. The fully penetrated GTA weld was acquired at 160A weld current shielded by pure Ar gas. Addition of oxygen larger than 0.1% made a full penetration at lower weld current than 160A. The small addition of $O_2$ in Ar shielding gas improved the penetration properties of GTA weld because the $O_2$ in the molten pool accelerated the flow of molten pool and changed the flow pattern from outward to inward direction. The impact energy and DBTT (Ductile- Brittle- Transition-Temperature) of the GTA weld shielded by Ar+$O_2$ (less 0.3%) was similar and the corrosion properties of GTA weld was slightly inferior to those of GTA weld shielded by pure Ar gas.

A ferritic stainless steel, STS430, and a galvanized steel for case and frame of electronic goods are welded by resistance spot welding and resistance projection welding methods. In this study, resistance spot welding has been performed to investigate the weldability of dissimilar materials such as a ferritic stainless steel and a galvanized steel. Tensile load of the spot weld without heat treatment was 196 kN and brittle fracture occurred at interface between STS430 and nugget due to the high hardness, 380 Hv, in nugget. It was found that the hardness of as-welded nugget increased with higher cooling rate during resistance spot welding by comparing with GTA weld of same materials. Heat treatment by applying second current made nugget softened. Tensile load of heat treated weld increased and reached to 303 kN and fracture occurred at base metal, a galvanized steel.

The aim of present study is to investigate the effect of welding parameters and heat treatment conditions on the formability of the $CO_2$ laser welded silicon steel sheet. It was found that there is optimum range of the heat input ($0.6{\sim}0.7kJ/cm$) and gap distance ($0.125{\sim}0.150mm$) for the high tensile strength and the avoidance of the fracture in weld metal. Also, it was essential fur the improvement of formability to perform pre- and post-welding heat treatment which cause the uniform mixture of base metal and welding consumable.

Flash butt weldability of 590MPa dual phase steel is carried out under micro metallographical examination and macro mechanical property tests. The objective of present study is to investigate the cause that brings on bond line fracture, and is to improve mechanical properties of the flash butt welded joint. The joint of flash butt welding has a superior tensile property, but has bad formability due to oxide formed at bond interface. The HAZ softening in the weld joint does not show. It was found that mechanical properties were increased with optimizing welding parameters and making application of oil dripping and post-weld heat treatment.
