        신축성 전자패키징용 강성도 국부변환 polydimethylsiloxane 기판의 탄성계수

        In order to apply to stretchable electronics packaging, locally stiffness-variant stretchable substrates consisting of island structure were fabricated by combining two polydimethylsiloxane elastomers of different stiffnesses and their elastic moduli were characterized as a function of the width of the high-stiffness island. The low-stiffness substrate matrix and the embedded high-stiffness island of the stretchable substrate were formed by using Dragon Skin 10 of the elastic modulus of 0.09 MPa and Sylgard 184 of the elastic modulus of 2.15 MPa, respectively. A stretchable substrate was fabricated to be a configuration of 6.5-cm length, 0.4-cm thickness, and 2.5-cm width, in which a high-stiffness Sylgard 184 island, of 4-cm length, 0.2-cm thickness, and 0.5~1.5-cm width, was embedded. The elastic modulus of a stretchable substrate was increased from 0.09 MPa to 0.16 MPa by incorporating the Sylgard 184 island of 0.5-cm width to Dragon Skin 10 substrate matrix. The elastic modulus was further improved to 0.18 MPa and 0.2 MPa with increasing the Sylgard 184 island width to 1.0 cm and 1.5 cm, which were in good agreement with values estimated by combining the Voigt structure of isostrain and the Reuss structure of isostress. 신축성 전자패키징에 응용하기 위해 강성도가 서로 다른 polydimethylsiloxane 탄성고분자인 Sylgard 184와 Dragon Skin 10을 사용하여 섬(island) 구조가 삽입된 강성도 국부변환 신축성 기판을 형성한 후, 강성도 국부변환부의 폭에 따른 기판의 탄성계수를 분석하였다. 기판 기지로는 탄성계수가 0.09 MPa인 Dragon Skin 10을 사용하였으며, 기판 기지 내에 삽입되는 강성도 국부변환부는 탄성계수가 2.15 MPa인 Sylgard 184로 형성하였다. 신축성 기판의 형상은 길이 6.5 cm, 두께 0.4 cm, 폭 2.5 cm이었으며, 중앙부에 길이 4 cm, 두께 0.2 cm, 폭 0.5~1.5 cm인 강성도 국부변환부를 삽입하였다. 폭 0.5 cm의 Sylgard 184를 Dragon Skin 10에 삽입함에 따라 기판의 탄성계수가 0.09 MPa에서 0.16 MPa로 증가하였다. Sylgard 184의 폭을 1.0 cm 및 1.5 cm으로 증가시킴에 따라 기판의 탄성계수가 0.18 MPa와 0.2 MPa로 증가하였으며, Sylgard 184 강성도 국부변환부의 폭에 따른 기판 탄성계수의 변화는 등변형률의 Voigt 구조와 등응력의 Reuss 구조를 조합하여 예측한 값과 잘 일치하였다.

        섬(Island) 구조로 이루어진 강성도 국부변환 신축성 기판의 변형 거동

        In order to develop stretchable substrate technology for stretchable devices, locally stiffness-variant stretchable substrates were processed with two polydimethylsiloxane elastomers of different stiffnesses and their deformation behavior was characterized. Low-stiffness substrate matrix and embedded high-stiffness island of the stretchable substrate were formed by using Dragon Skin 10 of the elastic modulus of 0.09 MPa and Sylgard 184 of the elastic modulus of 2.15 MPa, respectively. A stretchable substrate was fabricated to a configuration of 6.5 cm length, 0.4 cm thickness, and 2.5 cm width. The elastic modulus of a stretchable substrate was increased from 0.09 MPa to 0.13~0.33 MPa by embedding a Sylgard 184 island of 1 cm width and 1~6 cm length into the center part of the Dragon Skin 10 substrate matrix. The elastic modulus of a stretchable substrate was improved to 0.16~0.2 MPa by embedding a Sylgard 184 island of 4 cm length and 0.5~1.5 cm width and to 0.1421~0.154 MPa by embedding a Sylgard 184 island of 2 cm length and 0.5~1.5 cm width. With increasing the tensile strain of a stretchable substrate, deformation restriction of the locally stiffness-variant Sylgard 184 island was further enhanced due to substantial increase in the strength difference between Sylgard 184 and Dragon 10 at large strain. 신축성 디바이스용 강성도 국부변환 기판기술을 개발하기 위해 강성도가 서로 다른 두 polydimethylsiloxane 탄성고분자를 사용하여 섬(island) 구조로 이루어진 강성도 국부변환 신축성 기판을 형성하고 변형 거동을 분석하였다. 기판 기지로는 탄성계수가 0.09 MPa인 Dragon Skin 10을 사용하였으며, 섬 구조의 강성도 국부변환부는 탄성계수가 2.15 MPa인 Sylgard 184를 사용하였다. 신축성 기판의 형상은 길이 6.5 cm, 두께 0.4 cm, 폭 2.5 cm 이었다. Dragon Skin 10 기지에 폭 1 cm, 길이 1~6 cm인 Sylgard 184의 삽입에 의해 신축성 기판의 탄성계수가 0.09 MPa에서 0.13~0.33 MPa로 증가하였다. 길이 4 cm, 폭 0.5~1.5 cm인 Sylgard 184 강성도 국부변환부를 내재시킴에 따라 신축성 기판의 탄성계수가 0.16~0.2 MPa로 증가하였으며, 길이 2 cm, 폭 0.5~1.5 cm인 강성도 국부변환부를 내재시킴에 따라 탄성계수가 0.142~0.154 MPa로 증가하였다. 신축성 기판의 변형률이 증가함에 따라 Sylgard 184와 Dragon Skin 10의 강도 차이가 현저히 증가하는데 기인하여 강성도 국부변환부의 변형억제 효과가 향상되었다.

        The local fair which was created competitively in 1990`s may face the danger of abolition if it fails to respond to the needs of the time of economic results. Industrial festival of a format, called ‘exposition,’ which is easy to represent economic results into quantitative index has been recognized as an introspection on existing festivals and as its alternative. The ‘Hampyeong World Butterfly Festival·Insect Expo’ and ‘Ulsan World Onggi Expo’ are cases that attempted hosting and changeover for maximization of economic results on the basis of successful existing festivals. Also, the ‘Jeonju International Fermented Food Expo’ was a newly established exposition which aimed for vitalization of regional economy, but it was designed as a festival exposition in the beginning stage that attempted changeover to the industrial exposition in 2008. This study researched the changing process of festivals into exposition and the effect of changeover process of newly established expositions on the organization and program. Aiming for the industrial exposition causes changes in program that emphasizes sales, strengthened trading, and exhibition, and changes to secure professionalism and effectiveness also take place in the organization as well. As a result, this change is a process of meeting the needs of the time of emphasizing the economic results and this change will continue to increase in the future as well.

        분쇄방법 및 품종에 따른 쌀 식빵의 품질특성

        본 연구에서는 건식 제분용 쌀 품종인 설갱과 일반 쌀 품종인 삼광에 대한 건식 및 습식제분 쌀가루의 원료 특성을 비교하고 제빵 특성을 살펴보았다. 설갱 쌀가루의 조단백질과 조지방 함량이 각각 6.20%와 0.24%로 삼광에 비해 높았고, 아밀로스 함량은 18.81%로 낮았으며, 조단백질, 조지방, 아밀로스 함량 모두 건식제분 시 습식제분보다 높았다. 손상녹말 함량 및 수분흡습지수는 건식제분이 습식제분에 비해 14.4% 및 2.46 g/g으로 높았고, 수분용해지수는 1.31 g/100 g으로 낮았으며, 품종에 따른 차이는 없었다. 녹말 형태는 삼광은 다각형 이었지만 설갱은 둥근 형태였으며, 습식제분 시 미세한 입자가 많았다. 제빵 시 비체적은 삼광습식과 설갱 건식이 각각 2.90 및 2.86 mL/g으로 유사하였다. 구운 후 초기 경도는 삼광이 823.06 g 및 설갱이 597.29 g으로 설갱이 경도가 낮았고, 제분 방법에 따라서는 습식제분이 건식제분에 비해 낮았다. 건식제분 쌀가루 특성은 밀가루와는 차이가 있었지만 제빵 특성은 유사하게 나타났으며, 쌀가루 제조 시 건식제분에 적합한 설갱 품종이 제빵용으로 적합할 것으로 판단된다. The current study investigated the effect of rice cultivars (Samkwang and Seolgaeng) and milling methods on various characteristics of rice bread. In dry milling, all component characteristics, except the water solubility index, were higher. In terms of the morphology of starch, Samkwang exhibited an angular shape, while Seolgaeng exhibited a round shape. Wet milled flour yielded fine polygonal starch compared to dry milled flour. In regard to the quality characteristics of bread, both wet milled Samkwang and dry milled Seolgaeng showed closely similar specific volumes of 2.90 mL/g and 2.86 mL/g, respectively. Hardness was in the range of 555.50 – 597.29 g for Seolgaeng and 776.78 – 823.06 g for Samkwang. Thus, although the flour characteristics were different, dry milled Seolgaeng, the rice flour of which is economical to produce and has baking characteristics similar to that of wheat flour, appears to be preferable.

      • 아침식사용 죽 제품 개발을 위한 정성적 소비자 조사 연구

        본 연구에서는 청소년을 위한 아침식사용 가정대용식 죽을 개발하기 위하여 타깃 소비자인 청소년과 청소년 자녀를 가진 주부를 대상으로 정성적 소비자 인식 조사를 진행하였다. 전반적으로 주부들은 전업/취업 여부와 관계없이 죽에 대한 인식, 아침식사 관련 인식 및 준비 성향이 비슷하게 나타났으나, 청소년의 경우 아침식사 결식 여부에 따라 아침식사 및 식생활 패턴 및 죽에 대한 인식이 상이하게 나타났다. 가정대용식 죽을 개발할 때 중요한 포장재의 경우 주부들이 선호하는 포장재와 청소년이 선호하는 포장재에 큰 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 가정대용식으로 개발될 아침식사 대용 죽의 시장성을 검증하여 향후 제품개발의 방향성 설정 시에 유용하게 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Adolescence is a time of increased nutrient needs. The formation of healthy eating habits at the early stage of development is important because eating habits formed during adolescence lead to adults. The rate of breakfast fasting among teenagers is over 30 percent. Development of home-meal replacement products for breakfast targeted for teenager is a necessity. Therefore, the objective of this study was to determine the consumers’ awareness and interests towards home-meal replacement products for breakfast. A Focus Group Interviews (FGI) were conducted on teenage students (n=25) and housewives having teenage students (n=22). Two groups of consumers were purposely recruited through cooperation with middle schools located in Jeonju: those who eat breakfast on a regular basis, and those who do not eat breakfast, as well as for housewives whose kid eat breakfast and no breakfast. The current breakfast consumption patterns, usage & attitude about porridge, awareness of porridge for breakfast, and preferred packaging container were investigated. Differences in breakfast menu were observed according to their employment status of housewives. Teenagers were strongly aware of porridge as typical foods eaten when sick. Regardless of breakfast consumption status, preferred porridges were chicken, beef and seafood-based porridge, while disliked porridges was red bean porridge. As for the preference towards package, teenage students preferred the package designed to maximize the convenience and housewives preferred the pouch-type package that involves some degree of cooking.

        진성리더십과 변혁적 리더십이 잡크래프팅에 미치는 영향 - 긍정심리자본과 조직동일시의 매개효과를 중심으로

        본 연구는 조직구성원이 인지하는 리더의 진성리더십과 변혁적 리더십이 조직구성원들의 잡크래프팅에 어떤 영향을 미치는지, 또한 그 과정에서 어떤 변수들이 매개역할을 하는지 규명하는 것이다. 더불어 진성리더십과 변혁적 리더십이 변수에 미치는 영향력의 차이를 알아봄으로써 진성리더십의 효과성 및 중요성을 입증하는 것이다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 K금융그룹의 지주사, 은행, 카드 등 3개사의 조직원 420명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집한 후 구조방정식 모형 분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과, 진성리더십은 모든 부분에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 변혁적 리더십은 긍정심리자본에만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 긍정심리자본과 조직동일시는 진성리더십과 잡크래프팅 관계를 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났고, 변혁적리더십과 잡크래프팅관계는 긍정심리자본만이 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 진성리더십이 긍정심리자본에 미치는 영향력이 변혁적 리더십보다 큰 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 진성리더십과 잡크래프팅과의 관계를 실증 분석함으로써 진성리더십의 효과성 및 그 중요성을 입증하였고, 변혁적리더십과 진성리더십의 영향력의 크기를 살펴봄으로써 진성리더십의 중요성을 강조하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the leader’s authentic leadership and transformational leadership affect a job crafting of the members and to investigate which variables mediate the leadership and job crafting’s relationship. Also, the study tried to demonstrate an importance of authentic leadership by examining the difference in influence between the authentic leadership and the transformational leadership. For this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 420 people from K financial group and then hypothesis were verified through the Structural Equation Modeling method. The results of the hypothesis testing are as follows. First, authentic leadership has a direct impact on job crafting, positive psychological capital, and organizational identification but transformational leadership has a direct impact on positive psychological capital only. Second, both positive psychological capital and organizational identification mediate the relationship between authentic leadership and job crafting. However, only positive psychological capital mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and job crafting. Third, authentic leadership is a stronger influence of positive psychological capital than transformational leadership. An implications of this study is as follows. First, this study proved the effectiveness and importance of authentic leadership by empirically analyzing the relationship between authentic leadership and job crafting. Second, this study emphasized the importance of authentic leadership by examining that authentic leadership is a stronger influence than transformational leadership that have proven its effectiveness through many studies.

      • 2005년 여름 중국 선양 지역의 여성 스트리트 스타일 분석

        This study analyzed the women’s street styles focusing on Shenyang, an administrative city among many cities in three castles in Northeastern China, which has been considered to have the most similar style of women’s clothing styles in Korea in accordance with an analysis that it needs to understand consumers to have international competitive process with competitive edge in labor and the women’s clothing market in China has a clear local feature. In order to analyze the preferred women’s clothing style in Shenyang. I took a moving picture and a picture of adult women in the Oe market and Middle Street, which are busy streets of the region, and the results of analyzing about 400 pictures are as follows. As for the clothing styles, women in Shenyang wore a casual style most, and then, wore feminine and classic style clothes. They wore t-shirts in the style of an upper garment most, and used to wear sleeveless, top style, and sleeveless top. As for pants and skirt styles, it was proven that they wore active wears as they liked to wear pants most of all. As for trousers style, they wore straight pants most, and then cigarette pants. As for pants length, they wore pants of which length is up to an ankle. When they wear skirts, they wear skirts of which length is above their knees, and as for one-piece skirt, they usually wear H-line silhouette one-piece skirt. As for the color of clothing, they wore white for upper garment most, and then in order of red, blue, and khaki, and in order of blue, white, black, and red for pants and skirts. According to this research, it was shown that they wore clear colors which are primary colors for their clothing and tight style. In general, women in Shenyang wore practical casual style clothing as well as slim feminine style clothing.

      • 20세기 의복 스타일과 신발의 관계분석

        This study is for analyzing relationship between clothing and shoes design in the 20th century fashion through studying changes of fashion style. At the beginning of the 20th century, the length of skirts became shorten, so that shoes can be shown. For the result of that, shoes has been developed rapidly in its shape, color, material and ornament with having relations with clothes. The 1st World War made fashion to change into economical style. According to that, shoes also changed with regarding its activities and economical efficiency. In the middle of the 20th century. according to the development of mass media, the stars fashion influenced on the trends of clothes and shoes. As young generation, who leads fashion trends, prefer easy and active clothes, shoes also changed into easy style, sneakers were worn widely and platform sole was applied into various shoes. As a result of this study, shoes design was dynamically changed according to fashion style. The study on its functional efficiency is actively studied now however, the study of shoes design is not. When regarding shoes were always worn with clothes, it is impossible to think shoes and clothes are two things. and also I hope the study on relations between clothes and shoes can be more active and consistently implemented.
