There is a growing interest in project management knowledge, project management information systems, and process improvement to systematically project execution in public sectors, achieve high performance and value, and increase the effectiveness of the overall industry. In particular, the software industry is a knowledge-intensive industry centered on professional manpower. This study examines the effect of the project managers competences of regional SW promotion agencies on and project performance and the moderating effect of the level of project management maturity. We collected data using a questionnaire to the project managers of regional SW promotion agencies. In this study, a structural equation model was used to analyze the relationship between project managers’ competences and performance. In addition, a multi-group structural equation model was used to analyze the moderating effect according to the high and low project maturity. As a result of the analysis, it was found that only contextual competence among the competences of the project manager had a positive effect on project performance. It was found that technical and behavioral competence did not have a positive effect on management and completion performance. It was found that the moderating effect according to the maturity of business management of local institutions was not significant.
기업의 ESG 활동, 녹색 혁신과 기업성과 간 관계 연구: 중국 제조기업을 중심으로

In recent years, ESG activities (Environment, Social and Governance) have been paid more and more attention by enterprises and their stakeholders in various countries. China is the largest developing country in the world. The ESG performance of Chinese listed enterprises helps to understand the shortcomings of their sustainable development ability and further enhance the firm value. Moreover, the interaction effect between green innovation investment and ESG activities is of great significance for enterprises to balance the resource allocation between the two factors in the future. Taking listed Chinese manufacturing companies from 2011 to 2020 as an example, this study investigates the influence of ESG activities on financial performance and non-financial performance, and tests the moderating role of green innovation. Our results show that: (1) ESG performance has a negative impact on financial performance; (2) ESG performance has a positive impact on non-financial performance; (3) Green innovation can positively adjust the negative impact of environmental activities on financial performance. However, it will enhance the negative impact of governance activities on financial performance. The interaction effect between green innovation and social activities on corporate financial performance is a substitution effect; (4) With the improvement of green innovation level, the positive impact of ESG overall performance and environmental performance on corporate reputation will also be suppressed.
서비스스케이프가 외식산업 직원의 직무만족 및 고객지향성에 미치는 영향

This study examined the influence relationship between servicescape, job satisfaction, and customer orientation in domestic food service industry. Also, it exammined mediating effects of job stress on servicescape and job satisfaction. A survey was conducted during July 2023 for empirical study, and 263 samples out of the 300 were considerred valid. A factor analysis was conducted to extract three factors from independent variables, servicescape; ‘function-convenience’, ‘safety’, and ‘pleasantness’. The mediating variable is ‘job stress’. while the dependent variables are ‘job satisfaction’ and ‘customer orientation’. There are eleven hypotheses, of which six were accepted. In this study, job satisfaction was positively affected by the servicescape’s ‘safety’ and ‘pleasantness’. Job satisfaction affects customer orientation, whereas the servicescape’s ‘safety’ indirectly affects job satisfaction by the mediating effect of job stress. As a result, a structural relationship between servicescape, job satisfaction, and customer orientation in fastfood restaurant was confirmed. In addition, it complements previous research theories by verifying mediating effect of job stress. There are academic and practical implications for foodservice companies that expect to develop detailed servicescape strategies. 본 연구는 국내 외식기업의 서비스스케이프와 직무만족, 고객지향성으로 이어지는 구조적인 영향 관계가 어떠한지와 직무스트레스가 서비스스케이프와 직무만족 사이에서 매개효과에 대해 살펴보았다. 실증연구를 위한 설문은 2023년 7월에 진행되어, 총 회수된 300부 중 263부를 유효표본으로 채택하여 분석에 이용하였다. 요인분석 결과 서비스스케이프는 기능편의성, 안전성, 쾌적성 3개의 요인으로 추출되었다. 직무만족, 고객지향성, 직무스트레스는 각각 하나의 요인으로 추출되었다. 분석 결과 총 11개의 가설 중 6개가 채택되었다. 구체적으로 서비스스케이프의 하위차원인 안전성과 쾌적성은 직무만족에 영향을 미쳤으며, 직무만족은 고객지향성에 영향을 미쳤고, 안전성은 직무스트레스의 매개효과를 통해 직무만족에 간접적인 영향을 미친 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구는 패스트푸드 외식기업의 서비스스케이프와 직무만족, 고객지향성 간의 구조적인 관계를 검증함으로써 선행연구의 이론을 재확인하고, 외식산업에서 직무스트레스의 매개효과 분석을 통해 선행연구의 이론을 보완하는 학문적 시사점을 제시한다. 또한 외식기업에서 서비스스케이프의 세부전략을 세우는데 실무적 시사점을 제시할 것을 기대한다.
The Effects of Project-Based Organizational Resources on the Business Performance

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of project-based organizational resources on the business performance in the resource-based view (RBV) and dynamic capability one and analyze their relationship through an integrated model. The RBV argues that firms get competitive advantages when they have VRIN characterized resources but dynamic capability view argues that RBV has its limitation under volatility so it enables them to obtain competitive advantages in ever changing environments. This study analyzes data collected from 270 survey questionnaires on the project management related staff at the project-based organization among major companies in Korea. The result demonstrates that two project organizational resources on strategic and executional management with VRIN characteristics are found to bring positive effects on the organizational dynamic capabilities and also the dynamic capabilities such as integration & reconfiguration, organizational learning are verified to bring meaningful positive effects on the business performance. On the other hand, unlike previous studies, ambidexterity has quite a weak effect on the business performance. Therefore, we expect that the resources of the project-based organization with VRIN lead to strengthen the firm’s business performance through organizational dynamic capabilities and produce high performance through the integrated model of RBV and dynamic capability one. The study has academic meanings that widely confirm the effects and characteristics of main elements of VRIN project organizational resources on the business performance of competitive advantage through the dynamic capabilities of the organization by the regression on the precedent studies regarding the project management resources and their relationship with the VRIO characteristics. The practical implication is that it is preferentially necessary for the organization to obtain VRIN resources and organizational dynamic capabilities, especially organizational learning to have sustainable competitive advantages.
온라인 구매환경에서 제품 관여도와 연령 집단에 따른 지각된 품질이 구매 의도에 미치는 영향 : 정보원천과 소셜미디어 플랫폼 조절효과

The expansion of the online market is expected to change the purchasing environment. The purpose of this study is to examine the difference in the moderating effect of each characteristic on perceived quality and purchase intention according to the group according to product involvement and purchaser age. The first step is to identify the characteristics of online information sources and social media platforms through a literature review. Next, when perceived quality affects purchase intention, we verify the moderating effect according to the characteristics of online information sources and social media platforms. The moderating effect is verified at the stage by dividing it into a group according to product involvement and a group according to age. The following results were confirmed throughout the study: First, perceived quality significantly affects purchase intention. Second, in the relationship between perceived quality and purchase intention, the influence of the moderating effect is different depending on the high-involvement product and the low-involvement product. Third, it was confirmed that there was a difference in the moderating effect of online information sources and social media platforms in the relationship between perceived quality and purchase intention according to age. This study intends to increase consumers purchase intentions by identifying specific age groups and product groups of involvement and establishing strategies suitable for the characteristics of online information sources and social media platforms.
