The purpose of this study is to reveal the utopia concept of Maitreya beliefs inherent in the building of the temple Keumsansa. In order to grasp fundamental order and concept of religious architecture, it is needed to understand internal viewpoint of religion which is unrealistic and idealogical phenomenon from the belief organization. As a result of this study, the relationship of Maitreya Hall as representation of Maitreya-Hasang belief and Bangd?ng commandment-pulpit representation of Maitreya-Sangsang belief is based in the nondual understanding. And, the meaning of Maitreya beliefs inherent in My?ngbu Hall is founded in the role of mediators between Maitreya and Buddha.

In this study, it was started with the research for improving the housing plan of the elderly and the aged housing environment. The spatial extent of the study is in Haedoji Village, Yeongdo, Busan, and the time ranged from the mid-1950s, when the Korean war broke out and the refugees started to settle, to the present as of August 2017. As Result, the size of the residential space per capita was overcrowded at 9.2㎡ in the 1970s and 1980s, when the number of families was high, but since 2010, the size of the residential space currently living alone with only one elderly or couple was 29.2㎡. In the future, it can be judged that the size of elderly housing can be expected to be envisioned within about 35~40㎡ in consideration of the diversity of housing including table space in the 2LDK type.
상하이(上海) 티엔쯔팡(田子坊)의 형성과 공간 변용 연구

This study is targeted at Tianzifang among city regeneration district in Shanghai in China attempts to analyze physical, characteristics of space appeared on Tianzifang after middle of 20th. For this study, we had three times site survey and experimental study. As a results of this study, Tianzifang, residential District, formed in 1920’s hold together with factories and modern buildings through the period of innovation in Shanghai, and a singular residential district added artistic creating space with cultural and commercial function. Thus, Tianzifang was changed as mixed-used residential district. Tianzifang is a specific case that was regenerated as ‘Horizontal’ high-density commercial culture district in contrast of vertical high-density commercial area.
연속섬유 시트의 부착에 의한 피복 콘크리트의 박락(剝落) 방지 효과에 관한 연구

There are a lot of reports about the cover concrete falling by the reinforcement bar corrosion which is generated by deterioration factors, such as, CO₂, chloride ion, sulfuric acid etc. through the cover concrete and crack of it. This study is about one of the reinforcement methods, continuous fiber sheet method, adapted to degraded RC structures. The performance of Dry Type Vinylon Sheet Method and Dry Type Composite Method which take relatively short time and are cheap to practice was evaluated by tensile test, tensile-shear test and push out test. The performances were compared with the existing Wet Type Vinylon Sheet Method. The predictive model based on the elastic dynamic was proposed. Weatherability of continuous fiber sheet methods was verified by the accelerated deterioration test.
독일시대 미스 반 데 로에 건축에서 기둥의 구축적 특성에 관한 연구

This Study aims to analyze and clarify the tectonic characteristics of Columns in Mies van der Rohe's german works. In chronological order, it includes his early traditional houses, avant guardian projects and glorious buildings such as Barcelona pavilion. By analyzing his works in this time, the following conclusions could be made. Mies van der Rohe sought a tectonic constructivity that was novel in its relation to structure and ornament, one that confronted with the era of mass production. Based on the three elements of classic base, rational column, and romantic skin, the connection between base and upper structure reinterprets classical tradition and spacial sensitivity, while that between column and skin displays a modern unification of structure and ornament through mass-produced elements. Above all, the inverted relation between structure and skin reflects Mies's efforts to meet the demands of various conditions and programs and modern aesthetics, a connection that was well explained by the concept of poetical tectonics. And finally, in the process of his trying of various experimental study in germany, We can find germinated seeds of USA works.
연안역에 입지하는 APT의 거주환경 만족도에 관한 연구

본 연구는 해양건축물 또는 워터프런트 개발계획에 있어 특히 워터프런트에 입지하는 주거단지 계획에 역점을 두어 사용자의 측면에서 기존 워터프런트 주거단지의 거주환경 만족도를 조사, 분석 하였다. 또한 동일 주거단지 내에서도 각층별, 방위별, 위치별 쾌적성에 대해 분석하여 가장 선호하는 층, 방위, 위치 등에 관한 근거를 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 1) 만족도의 순서는 남향, 남동향, 동향, 남서향의 순으로 나타났으며 남향, 남동향의 선호 경향이 절대적으로 우세한 것으로 나타났다. 2) 전체 응답자의 67%이상이 향보다는 외부로의 조망이 좋아야 한다고 응답하여 워터프런트 주거단지에 있어서는 주망에 대한 중요성이 매우 크다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 3) 경관 선호도를 분석한 결과는 안벽형 워터프런트, 호안형 워터프런트 및 하천형 워터프런트의 세가지 Type의 경관별로 약간의 차이는 있었으나 공통적으로 고층부 경관이 가장 높은 선호도를 보였으며 저층부 경관이 상대적으로 가장 낮은 선호도를 보여주었다. Regrading the developmental plans for the coastal areas and marine architectures, this study deal with the overall planning of apartment complexes in waterfront areas focusing upon the analysis of their comfort and convenience factors from the perspective of the potential residence. It also analysis the intra-complex comfort and satisfaction conditions in terms of their floor-by-floor, directional, and location factors. The results of the study are as follows: 1) The order of respondents' preference on directional factor has been found to be: South>Southeast>Southwest>East>others. 2) 67% of the people surveyed on scenery responded that outward view is considered more significant than the directional factor. 3) A comprehensive analysis of floor zone-specific view preference shared that there were only minor differences among quay wall, arc, and river-seashore types. The impact of the characteristics of the marine environments turned out to be a greater point of consideration; showing that the other of floor-preference is: high-level>ultra-high level>middle level>low level.
