A data base system for a minicomputer, designed on the basis of the concept of Relational model, is proposed in this thesis. It is a module of reentrant programs, which can serve multi-users concurrently and interactively. Relational calculus is chosen as a data sublanguage. The inverted-list file structure is used for the physical storage structuse with the technique of seperating data and their relationships, while data model records, which contain the information of the logical data organization and linkage to a physical structure, construct the data model. The retrieval is performed mainly with these.

As information technology had shown tremendous development in late 20th century, various service opportunities appeared in many industries. Also, new types of service are becoming available such as, reservation, teleconsultation, telemedicine. In health care industry, in which, many hospitals are faced operational difficulties and competing impetuously, a web site has become a effective tool to attract patients and transfer tremendous health information to the patients. This study is based on many previous researches on online service quality, try to figure out e-service quality factors of health information sites, and the factors` effect on users` satisfaction on the web site via providing knowledge and trust on the web site. As a result, usability, site aesthetic, responsiveness and security are the 4 factors to measure e-service quality of health information web site. All factors except site aesthetic have significant effects on providing knowledge, security only effects on trust on the web site.

The occurrence of COVID-19 has jeopardized many businesses and, as a result, healthcare service providers are seeking to establish an effective strategy to survive in the short term and prosper in the long term. Appling the Stimulus-Organism-Response framework to medical tourism settings in South Korea, the present study seeks to examine the effect of social media marketing (i.e., stimulus) on overseas patient satisfaction (i.e., response) via attitude (i.e., organism). Survey data from international patients, who received cosmetic service from clinics located in Busan, South Korea, were employed to examine our hypotheses. The findings suggest that social media marketing strategy impacts oversea patient attitude that overseas patient attitude affects satisfaction, and that social media marketing strategy impacts satisfaction only through attitude (i.e., full mediation effect is observed). Based on our hypothesis testing results, we provide theoretical and managerial implications, followed by limitations and future study directions.

The Government is going to enforce assessment of dental institutions in addition to assessment of medical institutions so that it can provide good-quality medical service to people having much interest in quality of medical service. But the empirical research on the assessment of dental institutions which is still in a model assessment stage, is insufficient. Accordingly, the present research aims to help dental institutions preparing the main assessment by researching an acceptance level of workers of dental institutions in a process performing assessment of dental institutions, based on the preceding researches that the perceived utility has influence on implementation intention. The present research proved the influence that job relevance, result demonstration, usability and education & training of workers and manager`s leadership of an infection management part affects perceived utility and implementation intention. As a research result, all the job relevance, result demonstration, usability have a positive(+) influence on perceived utility and implementation intention, and the influence of job relevance most affects especially. The leadership and education & training have influence on what workers get to have implementation intention after perception of utility of infection management according to the order. According to the above results, it can be understood that medical institutions preparing for assessment of dental institutions take charge of the assessment part having high relevance with work of workers and need to make a manager ordering performance of its assessment be able to foster a leadership for improving effectiveness of assessment performance.

Today, as competitions among medical institutions are more fierce in such changing environments, the top managements of hospitals are obliged to explore the ways to rationalize their hospital management for improvement of medical service quality and managerial efficiency. In such circumstances, efficient operation of the hospital information systems is perceived important, and thus, the EMR system or the core of such hospital information systems, is highlighted. Accordingly, this study aimed to find the ways to assess service and efficiency of hospital management. The model suggested by this study may well be significant in that it supplements the existing models about the relationship among information system quality, its information quality and users` satisfaction and additionally in that the intermediary effects of managerial support or self-efficacy of computer are discussed.

This study focuses on the effect of job stress on burnout and turnover within the realm of individuals` work environment. The study also examines how workplace dynamics as communication within the organization, delegation of authority, and a meritocracy-based rewards system affect and mold this relationship. In general, employees exhibit higher levels of stress and anxiety, impacting their performance within the workplace. Additionally, employees often display increased levels of stress and higher emotional demands when faced with obstacles such as role ambiguity, role conflict, and others. The result of the empirical analysis through the structural equation model is summarized as follows: Job stress due to emotional demands was a major factor in predicting an employee`s decreased levels of output and productivity. Additionally, their sense of “burnout”-or burnout factor- was the biggest cause of career and job turnover increase. Lastly, despite an employee`s level of work engagement, there is still a strong correlation between less fluent communication and role delegation in the workplace, and burnout on the job. Furthermore, we found that the level of compensation does not necessarily affect an employee`s decision or willingness to end their relationship at a particular company or organization.
사회 환경적 요인이 노인의 심리상태 및 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

This study is to depict influence of the objective environment on self-esteem and helplessness; effect of leisure, information and education, residential environment, medical care, and connectedness. Moreover, analyze the correlation between such psychological status and the life quality of seniors, along with identifying specific needs and influential matters. Consequently, this study is expected to serve as a contribution in analyzing the senior market. The result of the empirical analysis through the structural equation model is summarized as follows: The correlation between the objective environment which affects the quality of life and self-esteem, and medical care in the objective environment showed positive results on the self-esteem of seniors. Throughout the residential environment, self-esteem had the largest influence followed by connectedness, medical care respectively. In the relation between helplessness and elements related to the quality of life, information and education, residential environment and connectedness appeared to have influence on helplessness. According to the relation between the quality of life and self-esteem of seniors, it is identified that self-esteem had influence on both the affective quality of life and cognitive quality of life. Also, it is depicted through the comparison of path co-efficiency that the cognitive quality of life is more influenced than affective quality of life. In the relation between the quality of life and helplessness, the results indicated that helplessness has equal influence on both affective and cognitive quality of life.

This study seeks how the job stress factors of hospital workers affect their ``organizational commitment``, ``job satisfaction``, and ``turnover intentions`` to explore efficient human resource management methods by boosting the organizational performance and reducing factors affecting their turnover intentions. To verify the research model, a survey on job stress factors, which are characteristics of duties, role ambiguity, role conflicts, role overload, and organizational commitment, job satisfaction, turnover intentions, and demographic characteristics was carried out from May 15 to 20 in 2013 at a general hospital in Gyeonggi province. The subjects were 219 employees including nurses, nursing assistants, medical technicians, administrative and clerical workers, technical managers, and others, excluding doctors. We used SPSS and Amos statistical programs for hypotheses testing. By testing hypotheses, we offered some meaningful insights into a better understanding of some important characteristics of job stress factors.
