기업정보화 요인과 전략적 제휴 유형선택에 관한 연구

Since the mid-1980’s, strategic alliances are dominantly hailed as an effective growth and survival strategy in the era of international market and multinational corporation. There are a number of reasons for this phenomenon. There is an increasing globalization of markets in an ever-widening band of industries, together with the development of global technologies that makes production cycles shorten and the ever-increasing demand for investment resources and information to cope with the changing environment. The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of corporation information system in strategic alliance mode, and to analyze the main factors which are affecting the choice of strategic alliance mode by Korean firms. This study can also contribute theoretical and practical suggestive points in relation to strategic alliance operations. However, it also has limits as an exploratory study due to lacks of prior studies and proper methodologies and so on. Accordingly, the phenomenon of international strategic alliances call for further studies on casual relationships between main factors and variables in this field.

The global trade environment is the core factor which dominate a company's trade infrastructure and law system, information power and so on. From this point of view, small and medium enterprises have a great deal of weight in our economy's structure and will have an important effects to the international competitiveness. In particular, Gangwon-do has grown up 11 hundred million dollars in export. The export scale continued to grow according to the rapid growth of medical instruments and Russia Region. However, the proportion of small and medium enterprises(94%) bigger than the large enterprises in Gangwon-do. The information level of companies and trade infrastructure are poorer than the other regions. Consequently, strategies have to be concentrated on the trade infrastructure for trade corporations. Hence, in order to improve the competitive power of trade corporations in Gangwon-do and become the business center in round dong-hae some plans have been drawn up in this essay. These schemes are also the part of the balance development of national economy and the construction of trade infrastructure. They will be expected to activate the trade and devote to the regional economy by Customs Services invitation in Gangwon region, Gangwon-do for the convenience in customs' administration of trade corporation.

This paper describes the focuses on how to promote trade and Clearance System between Gangwondo and the Russian Far East, in the whole Russia. For Korean government, its trade policy would be given much weight on the import from the Russian Far East in the early developing stage. This import could be compensated and increased with the counter export of Korean products like the industrial goods. Furthermore, they would make haste to invest and develop the abundant energy, marine, metal and forest resources in the Russian Far East. Their desirable strategies would be moving small scale projects into large ones, production partnerships with the foreign developed and experienced companies, and international trade for using Clearance System between Gangwondo and the Russian Far East. The long range vision and perseverance are indispensable for promoting trade and Clearance System between and between Gangwondo and the Russian Far East and both parties' win-win results and development in the end.

해상보험에 있어서 항해지연손해에 관한 보험자의 면책에 관한 연구

The reasons losses caused by delay is exempted are not fixed but various by the kinds of losses of delay. First, the physical loss is exempted in an analogous manner as inherent vice or nature of the subject matter insured is exempted because that has no the accident. Losses resulting from deteroration of cargo, when the length of the voyage has been extended, cannot be recovered under a cargo policy, although the delay be attributable to an insured peril. Secondly, the loss of market may be exempted because it is commercial loss charged to the merchant. The loss of market by delay incurs the loss of the gainings benefit and takes the form of the depreciation of value without the losses of the seas. Loss of market arising from delay in the arrival of the goods, or from delay in estimating an average damage, cannot recovered under a policy on goods. the loss of market is only the company risk, but is not the risk to be considered in the marine insurance. Thirdly, the wages and provisions of the crew and other running expenses of the vessel during a period of detention for repairs of damage caused by an insured peril cannot usually be recovered. Also the loss of expense may be exempted by the rule of direct losses compensation because it is indirect or consequential losses typically.

Port of Dong-Rae was opened as the port gateway of Gangwon province Youngdong region in 1973. But, this Port of Dong-Rae cannot cope with the role and contribute regional economy. Youngdong region Also, the Gangwon province are included in its influence district, with a high potential of industrial development by satisfying the trade policies with North-East Sea economy. Despite the geopolitical advantages, the quality of many aspects like port facilities, operations, strategy etc. are very poor. Therefore, this Article has the objective to give a proposal to enhance the situations above, and came to a conclusion like the following. First, the Port of Dong-Rae as a international port should specialize its functions to increase foreign trade. Second, they should establish a logistics network including the Dong-Rae international port. This logistics network including Dong-Rae international port can establish a joint by relating the neighboring port. Third, they should improve a traffic network including road and railroad.
