Kano 모형에 기반한 항공서비스품질 분류와 잠재적 고객만족 개선 지수(PCSI Index)에 관한 연구

This study aimed to investigate the allowable range of customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction level. To that end, we first classified the components of airline service quality into five elements based on Kano model (i.e., attractive quality, one-dimensional quality, must-be quality, skeptical quality, and indifferent-quality) and then computed the customer satisfaction coefficient suggested by Timko(1993). Potential Customer Satisfaction Improvement(PCSI) Index was also calculated in order to find out potentially improvable customer satisfaction using current satisfaction level of quality elements classified by Kano model. To achieve the purpose of this study, survey targeted a group of young adults who have flown during the last one year. The survey was conducted between August 15 and September 15, 2012. Out of 550 questionnaires, a total of 496 questionnaires excluding the unreliable were used for the final analyses. The results are as follows: First, classifying the elements of airline service quality using Kano model, five factors were confirmed as attractive quality elements such as ``consideration for individual request,`` ``variety of in-flight food and beverages,`` ``variety of in-flight duty-free items,`` ``latest aircraft,`` and ``variety of discounted air fairs``. Second, examining the extent of satisfaction that can be improved when customer gratification is heightened from the current satisfaction level through PCSI Index, it was confirmed that all elements are improvable. Among the improvable elements, it was found that the current satisfaction level for booking and ticketing service is at the bottom.

A bench scale slurry bubble column reactor (SBCR) with active-Fe based catalyst was developed for the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis (FTS) reaction. Considering the highly exothermic reaction heat generated in the bench scale SBCR, an effective cooling system was devised consisting of a U-type dip tube submerged in the reactor. Also, the physical and chemical properties of the catalyst were controlled so as to achieve high activity for the CO conversion and liquid oil (C_{5+}) production. Firstly, the FTS performance of the FeCuK/SiO₂ catalyst in the SBCR under reaction conditions of 265?C, 2.5 MPa, and H₂/CO=1 was investigated. The CO conversion and liquid oil (C_{5+}) productivity in the reaction were 88.6% and 0.226 g/g_{cat}-h, respectively, corresponding to a liquid oil (C_{5+}) production rate of 0.03 bbl/day. To investigate the FTS reaction behavior in the bench scale SBCR, the effects of the space velocity and superficial velocity of the synthesis gas and reaction temperature were also studied. The liquid oil production rate increased upto 0.057 bbl/day with increasing space velocity from 2.61 to 3.92 SL/h-g_{Fe} and it was confirmed that the SBCR bench system developed in this research precisely simulated the FTS reaction behavior reported in the small scale slurry reactor.

Fischer-Tropsch synthesis (FTS) was carried out in heat-exchanger typed reactor with cobalt metallic foam catalyst. Considering the heat and mass transfer limitations in the cobalt catalyst, a Co-foam catalyst with an inner metallic foam frame and an outer cobalt catalyst was developed. The Co-foam catalyst was highly selective toward liquid hydrocarbon production and the liquid hydrocarbon productivity at 203?C reached to 52.5ml/(kg_{cat}{cdot}h), which was higher than that obtained by the Co-pellet. Furthermore, the heat-exchanger typed reactor was developed to efficiently control the highly exothermic reaction heat. The reaction heat generated in the FTS reaction on the cobalt active site was easily transferred to reactor wall by the metallic foam in the catalyst and the transferred reaction heat was directly removed by the hot oil which circulated the wall side of the heat-exchanger typed reactor.
후진 이부성형술의 경조직과 연조직 측모 변화 예측에 관한 연구

Purpose: The purpose of this setback genioplasty study is to develop a prediction method for the calculated osteotomy angle using horizontal and vertical changes as well as to evaluate the proportion of hard and soft tissue changes. Methods: Twelve patients who had received setback genioplasty with other maxillofacial surgery were examined. Three lateral cephalograms were taken just before surgery, immediately after surgery, and 3 months later surgery. A reference line was established to the reference point of the inner most point of the lingual symphysis cortex, incisor tip, and 2nd molar cusp tip. Measuring was conducted from pogonion (Pg), menton (Me), labrale inferius (Li), Mentolabial fold, soft tissue pogonion (Pg'), and soft tissue menton (Me') to the reference lines. Results: In setback genioplasty, the skeletal Pg moved posteriorly 5.07 mm. The ratios of soft tissue to hard tissue movement were 36% posteriorly and 62% inferiorly at Pg', 67% posteriorly and 104% inferiorly at Me', and 34% anteriorly and 164% posteriorly at Li. In reduction & setback genioplasty, skeletal Pg moved posteriorly 4.63 mm and skeletal Me moved superiorly 3.63 mm. The ratios of soft tissue to hard tissue movement were 76% posteriorly and 18% superiorly at Pg', 68% posteriorly and 42% superiorly at Me', and 44% anteriorly, 124% posteriorly at Li. The calculated mean slope angle, based on ${\Delta}H/{\Delta}V$ ratio, was 61.25 and the measured mean slope angle was 60.17. Thus, the calculated and measured slope angles have a similarity. Conclusion: In setback genioplasty, soft tissue moves posteriorly and inferiorly. In particular, at the Me' and Pg', the inferior movement of the soft tissue is greater than the posterior movement. Also, the predictable results (measured slope angle) after operation can be achieved by the calculated slope angle. Thus, the relationship of soft and hard tissue changes must be considered as the results are predictable.

슬러리 기포탑 반응기는 열 및 물질 전달의 용이성, 낮은 운전비용 및 장치의 간단성의 장점을 가지고 있어서 Fischer-Tropsch 반응, bio-reaction 등에 많이 응용되고 있다. 특히, 반응물은 기체 상태로 반응기에 투입이 되는데, 이 기포입자의 상승하는 힘을 바탕으로 기상/액상/고상이 균일하게 혼합되게 된다. 많은 연구자들이 이러한 기포탑 반응기의 성능을 개선하고자, 다양한 반응기 디자인에 대하여 보고하고 있다. 특히 반응기 내부에 tray를 설치함으로써, 기포 포집율을 증진시기고 액상의 역류를 최소화시키는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는, 다양한 기공크기를 갖는 tray를 활용함으로써 높이에 따른 기포 포집율의 변화 및 반응기 내에 기포 입자의 거동 특성에 대하여 살펴보았다.

Fischer-Tropsch 합성 반응과 같은 slurry bubble column reactor에서는 반응 속도를 증진시키기 위해서는 서로 다른 상간의 접촉 면적을 최대화함으로써 물질 전달을 원활하게 유지하여야 한다. 특히 Fischer-Tropsch 합성 반응에서는 반응물인 기체가 촉매로서 기능하는 고체 표면으로의 external mass transfer가 효과적으로 이루어져야 하기 때문에 반응기 내의 기체의 거동뿐만 아니라 고체인 촉매의 분포에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 반응기 내에 기체의 superficial velocity를 변화시키면서 기체의 hold up 뿐만 아니라 고체 입자의 분포특성에 대하여 관찰하였다. Superficial velocity가 증가함에따라 gas hold up의 경우, 일정하게 증가하다가 6 cm/sec 이상에서 그 증가폭이 감소하였다. 즉 6 cm/sec이상에서 turbulent flow regime을 형성하였다. 또한 고체입자의 분포 역시 기체의 superficial velocity가 증가함에따라 보다 균일하게 되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
