In this paper, it was implemented an image transmitted system, which applied the turbo code, which has excellent error correcting ability. When realtime data, secret data and image data were transmitted, it were occured of the data errors by the noise. In image processing system, it were outputed of converting data through the video decoder of NTSC image signal from a CCTV or video camera. Converting digital image information was outputed in the two image fields. It were composed of the EPLD logic circuit which choose one of the fields to reduce the image data. So the digital image data were reduced to 1/2. It were implemented of the Turbo code encoder and decoder using the DSPs which could calculate the real numbers. From the proposed turbo code encoder and decoder , it was implemented of the turbo code and its interleaver was designed with the block interleaver.

예비체육교사들의 교육봉사활동 정서적 경험 이해

교육봉사활동은 교직 양성과정의 새롭고 뜻있는 제도로서 예비교사의 전문성을 발달시키고 교육문화를 다양하게 체험할 수 있다는 교육적 가치와 방법으로서의 중요성이 인정되고 있다. 그래서 이 연구는 교육봉사활동에 대한 연구를 진일보(進一 步)하여 교육봉사활동에 대한 총체적(holistic)인 관점을 견지한 채, 예비체육교사들의 교육봉사활동 정서적인 경험과 정서적 경험이 교사교육 관점에서 어떠한 의미가 있는 지를 심층적으로 이해하고 해석하고자 한다. 이 연구의 자료 수집은 2014년 3월에서 7월까지 이루어졌으며 구체적인 방법으로는 심층면담 그리고 교육봉사활동 보고서나 교육봉사일지 등과 같은 문서자료를 수집하였으며 수집한 자료는 Spradley(1979)가 제안한 영역분석, 분류분석 방법으로 이루어졌다. 예비체육교사의 교육봉사활동 정서적 경험은 교육현장의 문화에 대한 실제적이고 실천적 지식을 발견하는 과정에서의 ‘희(喜): 정체성의 내공쌓기’, 단순 보조교사와 현직선생님들과의 소통부재로 인한 ‘로(怒): 시간 때우기와 역할부재’, 교육현장의 재개념화와 피드백의 부재로 인한 ‘애(哀); 혼자만의 고립된 섬’, 꿈을 자리매김하고 더성장할 수 있었던 과정의 ‘락(樂): 가르침과 배움의 공존’으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to examine the emotional understand on the educational volunteering program of the Pre-service P.E Teacher’s Experience. The collected data included documents, reports, reflective record and interview data. According to spradley(1979) s analysys process, all the collected materials were described, analyzed and interpreted in the following procedure: being. First, The Emotional Experience on the Educational volunteering program of the Pre-service P.E Teachers was joy: gaining inner-ability of themselves-to be changed children behavior positively, to make effective and useful discrimination & wisdom of the school culture, to follow Pre-service P.E Teachers in a friendly way. Second, The Emotional Experience on the Educational volunteering program of the Pre-service P.E Teachers was anger: to pass the time and absence of role due to recognition as teaching assistant and absence of communication. Third, The Emotional Experience on the Educational volunteering program of the Pre-service P.E Teachers was sorrow: the lack of a reliable infrastructure , the lack of place for communication Fourth, The Emotional Experience on the Educational volunteering program of the Pre-service P.E Teachers was pleasure: to develop together from learning and teaching and firm up a dream as a teacher. It is important to construct stepstone in program of the Pre-service P.E Teacher’s Experience. but reinforce positive emotionality and eliminate negative emotionality.

일반대학 예비체육교사들의 교직과정 경험에 대한 생태학적 고찰

일반대학 예비체육교사들의 생존, 조화, 변화를 기반으로 한 생태학적인 관점을 통해서 교직과정 경험을 분석 및 확인함과 동시에 교사교육자로서 교사교육 운영에 대한 반성과 새로운 교사교육 프로그램을 마련하는 것이 이 연구의 목적이다. 자료 수집은 2015년 5월에서 2016년 4월까지 이루어졌으며 구체적인 방법으로는 소감문이나 에세이와 같은 문서자료와 심층면담의 방법을 활용하였다. 자료분석은 정한호 (2008)의 생태학적 접근방법을 수정 보완하여 생존, 조화, 변화의 세 단계로 일반대학 예비체육교사들의 교직경험에 대해 고찰하고 분석하였다. 연구결과, 일반대학 예비체육교사들은 생존의 관점과 관련하여 ‘기울어진 체육관’, ’소극적인 행·재정적 서비스‘의 어려움이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 일반대학 예비체육교사들은 조화의 관점과 관련하여 생존의 어려움을 극복하고 해결하고자 ’D.I.Y(Do it yourself)‘. ’학습공동체 형성‘을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 일반대학 예비체육교사들은 변화의 관점과 관련하여 ’교사의 정체성‘을 형성하였으며 학생들의 발달 수준에 맞게 가르치며 체육에 대한 통합적 안목을 갖춘 교육학 전문가로서의 ’체육과 핵심역량을 확장‘한 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this research was to analyze the teachers courses experience of Pre-Service teachers in Physical Education in order to improve the Pre-Service curriculum in Non-College of Education . This research was an attempt to analyze teachers courses experience of the Pre-Service teachers in Physical Education from an ecological perspective that is based on survival, harmony, and change. Reviews of Pre-Service participants, in-depth interviews were the key data used in the current research. The results are as follows. Pre-Service Physical teachers in Non-College of Education in the survival point of view recognized as ‘inclined gym’, ‘ services of executive and financial assistance with passive line’. Pre-Service Physical teachers in Non-College of Education in the harmony point of view had to get out difficulties and troubles ‘Do it yourself’, ‘Learning community building’. Pre-Service Physical teachers in Non-College of Education in the change point of view informed as ‘teacher s identity making’, ‘expanding core competencies’.

수업컨설팅을 통한 초등교사의 체육내용교수지식 형성

이 연구의 목적은 수업컨설팅을 초등학교 체육교과에 적용함으로써 초등교사의 체육내용교수지식이 어떠한 과정을 거쳐 형성되는 지를 총체적으로 이해하고 심층 적으로 파악하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 수업을 개선하고자 하는 실천의지를 가진 컨설 턴티 3명과 체육교과에 대한 전문성을 보유한 3명의 컨설턴트 교사를 연구참여자로 선정하여 수업관찰, 심층면담, 문서자료를 바탕으로 자료를 수집하였다. 또한 귀납적 범주분석을 통한 내용분석으로 결과를 생성하였다. 연구 설계와 과정을 통해 얻어낸 결과, 수업컨설팅을 통한 초등교사의 체육내용교수지식은 맹아적 단계, 학문적 낭만 주의 단계, 정확성 추구단계, 체육적 소양단계를 거쳐 체육내용교수지식을 형성하는 위계적 방향성을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 참여자가 개인이 가진 6가지 체육내용교수 지식은 모두 유기적으로 융합, 연계되어 각기 다른 모습으로 발현됨을 알 수 있었고 연구 참여자 개개인 또는 수업의 주제와 내용에 따라 다르게 구현되고 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was to explore dynamic process P.E. pedagogical content knowledge(PCK) through Instruction Consulting at an Elementary School and in an effort to acquire accurate information on instructional consulting and get a correct understanding of the diverse and complicated mechanism of it. The subjects in this study were six people who included three consultantees and three consultants. A qualitative research method was adopted to serve the purpose. In order to achieve this purpose, data was collected through in-depth interview, instruction observation, and documentation and deducted through inductive category analysis. The findings of the study were as follows: there appeared four hierarchical stages in which the instructional consulting brought dynamic process to the PCK of the teachers: a blind stage, an Academic romanticism stage, an accuracy pursuit stage and an physical literacy stage. The six kinds of knowledge that the consultantees had were incorporated into new one, and they reconstructed and changed their PCK in accordance with the theme and content of instruction. All of them attached importance to knowledge about the P.E. curriculum, learners when they proceeded with instruction, and PCK had a lot of impact on instructional planning and development.

초등 교사들의 체육수업컨설팅 참여유형 분석

이 연구는 초등 교사들이 체육수업컨설팅에 어떻게 참여하고 있으며 그러한 유형이 어떠한 지에 대해 총체적인 관점에서 심층적으로 이해하고 분석함과 동시에 보다 효과적인 체육 수업컨설팅의 방향에 대해 제안하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 체육수업컨설팅 참여경험이 있는 16명을 연구 참여자로 선정하였으며 심층면담, 문서자료를 바탕으로 자료를 수집하였다. 또한 Spradley(1979)가 제시한 영역분석, 분류분석, 성분분석을 통해 체육수업컨설팅의 참여유형으로 개념화하여 연구결과를 도출하였다. 연구결과, 소통과 상생을 통해 새로운 앎에 대한 탐구와 성찰적 기회를 형성할 수 있었던 ‘줄탁동시형’, 헌신과 관망을 통해 개별중심의 형식적인 배움의 과정에 봉착하게 한 ‘절름발 이형’, 요식행위와 견마지로의 활동을 통해 배움과 상생의 간극이라는 현실적 충격과 외톨이 식의 사유를 제공한 ‘주먹구구식형’, 엉뚱한 코멘트와 외면으로 인해 발전적이고 협동적인 피드백 제공 부족과 동상이몽이라는 컨설팅의 부정적인 인식을 초래한 ‘공행공반형’으로 체육 수업컨설팅의 참여유형이 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to explore teacher’s participation style of Instruction Consulting at an Elementary School and to acquire accurate information on instructional consulting and get a correct understanding of the diverse and complicated mechanism of instructional consulting. The researchers selected 16 participants by purposeful sampling. For data collection, in-depth interview, self-reflective question, documents data, e-mail and telephone contact were used. For data analysis, domain analysis, taxonomic analysis and componential analysis were conducted. Validity and reliability of the data analysis were obtained from review and triangulation with participants. The researchers founded that there were four styles of teacher’s participation culture of the participants at an Elementary School: ‘community of constituent teaching and learning’, ‘lame’ style, ‘Rule-of-Thumb’ style, ‘no behavior-no gain’ style between consultants and consultantees.

반성적 수업을 통한 중등예비체육교사들의 사고유형과 씨름의 메타인지 지식 형성

이 연구는 반성적 수업을 통해 중등예비교사들의 사고 유형은 어떠한 가와 씨름에서의 메타인지 지식들은 무엇인지에 대해 내부적인 관점에서 심층적으로 이해하고 분석함과 동시에 보다 효과적인 교사교육프로그램을 향상 및 발달시키는데 그 목적이 있다. 이 연구를 위해 5명을 연구 참여자로 선정하였으며 심층면담, 참여관찰, 문서자료를 바탕으로 자료를 수집하였다. 또한 Spradley(1979)가 제시한 영역분석, 분류분석, 성분분석을 통해 중등예비교사의 사고유형과 씨름의 메타인지 지식 형성으로 개념화하여 연구결과를 도출하였다. 연구결과, 반성적 수업을 통한 중등예비교사의 사고유형은 크게 2가지 ‘기술 및 전술적 반성’, ‘정책적·문화적 반성’으로 범주화 되었다. 또한 씨름에 대한 중등예비 교사들의 메타인지 지식은 ‘게임수행 의사결정 지식’, ‘공격 패턴을 만드는 지식’, ‘수비 패턴을 만드는 지식’으로 범주화되었다. ‘게임수행 의사결정 지식’에는 ‘불확실성 만들기’, ‘상대방의 패턴 읽기’, ‘긍정적 심상 형성’으로 나타났으며, ‘공격 패턴을 만드는 지식’에는 ‘공격기술 개발 및 루틴 형성하기’, ‘개별화된 전략’, ‘수비 패턴을 만드는 지식’에는 ‘맞춤형 수비강화’, ‘틈새 찾기’로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to explore reflective thinking styles of the middle pre-service teachers and meta-cognitive knowledge in Ssireum. Reflective thinking is alternative to improve and solve out the problems of teacher’s education. The researchers selected 5 participants by purposeful sampling. For data collection in-depth interview self-reflective question documents data e-mail and telephone contact were used. For data analysis domain analysis taxonomic analysis and componential analysis were conducted. Validity and reliability of the data analysis were obtained from review and triangulation with participants. 행동기반안전관리 프로그램이 안전행동, 안전 분위기 및 만족도에 미치는 영향

This study has performed to identify the effect of safety behavior, safety climate and its satisfaction through the Behavior Based Safety Program for 5 sites of the same Company. The study result indicated that the level of recognized safety behavior, climate and its satisfaction improved by conducting observation of worker behavior, jobsite feedback, displaying feedback chart, safety training, behavior modification committee. Additionally, the participation level of safety activity and conformity level of safety rule improved. The recognized level of safety climate improved together with recognized safety value by management, safety participation of direct boss, communication with each other to be dealt with safety matter, safety training material to be contained unsafe behavior and practical hazard, understanding and conducting safety standard. In addition, The recognized level of satisfaction improved together with safety behavior and climate. As a result, this program provided an opportunities to correct worker’s unsafe behavior to safe behavior in conjunction with increasing number of observation, providing additional time to have a safety check, safety suggestion to improve work situation and a permit to work rule. It will be integrated into health and safety management system to be able to reduce industrial accident.

씨름수업에서 발현되는 초등교사의 교수유형 탐색

본 연구는 초등학교 씨름수업의 실제에서 발현되는 초등교사의 교수유형을 탐색하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 2017년 9월부터 2018년 3월까지 질적 사례 연구에 기초하여 교수유형 탐색에 다양한 경험과 현상들을 제시해 줄 수 있는 8명의 참여자를 선정하였다. 자료 수집은 기록지, 관찰 일지, 심층면담, 문서자료, 이메일 교환 등의 방법을 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 사례 기록 분석과 귀납적 범주 분석에 따라 자료 분석이 이루어졌다. 자료의 진실성을 확보하기 위하여 구성원 간 검토와 동료 간 협의, 전문가 검토가 이루어졌다. 연구결과, 씨름수업에서 발현되는 초등교 사의 교수유형은 ‘협력적 조력자형’, ‘감성적 모범형’, ‘권위적 충실형’, ‘즉흥적 방임 형’으로 나타났다. 즉, 전문가와 동료에게 배운 전문성을 기반으로 놀이중심의 맞춤형 교육과정을 수립한 후, 촉진적인 설명과 단서 제시를 통해 개념을 발견하도록 하고, 학생들과 지속적으로 상호작용하며 소통하는 ‘협력적 조력자형’, 경험과 노하우를 통한 창의적인 교육과정을 수립한 후, 명확한 수행기준 제시와 질문을 통해 동작이나 개념을 습득 하도록 하고, 맞춤형 수업을 운영하며 학생들의 성차나 개인차를 고려하는 ‘감성적 모범형’, 형식적이고 소극적인 교육과정을 수립한 후, 권위적이고 획일적이며 개별적이고 독자적인 학습과제 수행과 효율성을 강조하는 ‘권위적 충실형’, 학습과제 확인 수준의 교육과정을 수립한 후, 즉흥적이고 임기 대응의 편의성과 방임적인 수업운영을 추구하는 ‘즉흥적 방임형’으로 나타났다. This purpose of this study was to explore on the beliefs teaching style of manifestation in Elementary Ssireum Classes. For this study, Data were gathered through participant observation, in-depth interview and documentation. A case record analysis and inductive category analysis were utilized to make a description, analysis and interpretation of the collected data to explore on the beliefs teaching style of manifestation in Elementary School. Triangulation and members check, peer debriefing were established for the trustworthiness of data. research results were the follows: A ‘collaborative helper’ who communicates with students, presenting thick enthusiasm and beliefs, facilitating explanations and clues, A ‘emotional model that emphasizes faith and model, presents clear performance standards, and learns actions and concepts through questions, ‘authoritarian loyalty that emphasize the performance and efficiency with Authoritarian & uniform, individual and independent learning tasks. ‘Improvised neglect’ which seeks improvisation and convenience of term response. The teaching styles based on various factors such as personal beliefs, teaching philosophy, and educational experience have a great influence on students understanding and performance of learning tasks, students participation in classes, class attitudes, and learning atmosphere.
