The hotel industry is an imgortant factor in deciding the future of tour industry. Tour indistry grows with the hotel industry. Hotel industry is maintained by man power, The management of man power decides the future of hotel industry. The services of hotel man are commodities. The morale of hotel man decides the quality of their services which can be improved by well-organized man asement policies. The courtious services can be offered when the morale of the hotel man is well-kept, which decides the fufure of hotel industry. In this study questionaires were persented to the special class tour hotelsin cheju. 260 sheets of questionaures have been used to analyse the problems of these hotels so that new ways of solution can be presented as follows : First, as of today hotel services were ones imported from western countries, However, hotel services can be improved when they are well refleeted with the custom, tradition, and people's ways of living, not just with one 1particalar foreign country's service tradition. Second, Korean unique hotel services should be developed just ad other countries have their own style of hotel services. Govern ment authorities and scholas may need to pay attention to this fact. Hotel Management personnels may alse need to be very careful in selectiog texts for the man power management. The hotel man needs to be taught a Korean style hotel services which should be emphasized but not too much so that quests donlt feel strange at them. Third, work condition should be improved. Otherwise it would be mast impossible to expect good quality hotel services from the unsatified hotel man. Fourth, hotel man should always keep in mind that their guests are always returning, not just one but with their friends growing in number like a snowball. This cannot be expected when bad hotel servics are rememberaed by the guests. So it is most important that hotel man is satifed with his of her work, which means he or she is well-prepared for good services. In wnclusion, hotel management and financial supporters should realize that man power decides the fature of hotel industry. So good management of man power is the corner stone for the growth of hotel industry.

This study is to suggest a strategy and trend of products development by major construction companies to form a trend and to set the trend in housing market through investigation about brand image campaign for TV ad, individual design items, result of products development and special plans. It is the strategy for products development of construction companies surveyed to be divided into five kinds. First, the change from in the unit to outside. Second, centralization of design powers about products development through submit and the wining of a prize in the domestic & foreign design fair to publicize a excellent quality in a roundabout way. Third, reinforcement of service for support the habitability and design manual for secure uniform quality. Forth,investment in the environment-friendly housing and new recycling energy. Fifth, reinforcement of organizational power for improving production capability.

‌NCS 직업기초능력에 기반한 교양교과목 개편방향 연구

In this study, we started from the worries of how can be utilized in a liberal arts education the NCS professional basic ability that utilize the policy of the state in the new dimension of liberal arts education. Is not only the purpose of the liberal arts education only foster background knowledge and basic character education is because it plays an important role in employment is the trouble of the largest student school, society and the actual. Therefore, the actual direction of the reform of the liberal arts based on the NCS professional basic ability to order through liberal arts education and the side to supplement a liberal arts education the missing part in the education of majors, to achieve the educational objectives required by the industry and students be carried out on demand survey of the industry, to want to see is an important objective. As a result of the analysis, honesty, sense of responsibility, attitude and manners, virtues of toughness that industry is required, and the like aggressiveness, human resources image associated with this, in human resources and with toughness, sense of purpose, creativity and spirit of challenge, The talent of these images, via a liberal arts education, there can be more extended subject. In addition, it will be possible to train the human resources with a variety of ability and toughness if industry reform of the liberal arts have been performed through the strengthening of basic ability NCS professional needs. Finally, it is not a part that can only education in subjects only NCS professional basic ability. Through the operation of the comparison process in accordance with the wishes of the students, I can extend subject thing more. The purpose of liberal arts education is always necessary liberal arts education in order to foster critical thinking of students, to adapt to society, by creating a personality. Thus, through the changes, the change is necessary for broader general education. 본 연구는 새로운 교양교육 차원에서 국가에서 정책적으로 활용하고 있는 NCS(국가직무능력표준) 직업기초능력을 교양교육에서 어떻게 활용할 수 있을 것인가에 대한 고민에서 시작하였다. 교양교육의 목표가 단지 인성교육과 기본 소양을 기르는 것에만 있는 것은 아니며, 실제 학교, 사회 그리고 학생들의 가장 큰 고민인 취업에 있어서도 중요한 역할을 수행하기 때문이다. 따라서 전공교육에서 부족한 부분을 교양교육에서 보충하는 측면과 교양교육을 통해 학생들과 산업체가 요구하는 교육목표를 달성하기 위해 NCS 직업기초능력에 기반한 교양교과목의 개편방향을 실제 산업체 수요조사를 통해 확인하고자 하는 것이 중요한 목적이다. 분석결과 산업체가 요구하는 인성덕목은 성실성, 책임성, 예절과 태도, 적극성 등이며, 이에 따른 인재상은 인성, 목표의식, 창의성, 도전정신을 가진 인재로 이러한 인재상은 교양교육을 통해 보다 확장되어질 수 있다. 또한 NCS 직업기초능력의 보강을 통해 교양교과목 개편이 이루어진다면 산업체가 요구하는 다양한 인성과 역량을 가진 인재를 양성할 수 있을 것이다. 마지막으로 NCS 직업기초능력은 단지 교과목으로만 교육되어질 수 있는 부분은 아니다. 학생들의 선호에 맞춘 비교과과정 운영을 통해 보다 확장되어질 수 있다. 교양교육의 목적은 학생들의 비판적 사고를 배양하고 사회에 적응하기 위한 인격체를 만드는 것으로 교양교육은 꼭 필요하다. 따라서 변화를 통해 보다 폭넓은 교양교육으로 변화가 필요하다.

Community facilities in apartment complex have been developed through construction companies' needs for housing development and differentiation combined with a intense marketing competition among housing construction companies. But, It is the fact that the construction companies have planned the community facilities without considering on residents' needs for housing environmental amenity and preference. Therefore, this study investigated the space composition and the present usage of community facilities and surveyed to get concrete information regarding the residents' satisfaction with the proposed community facilities plan. It is the conclusion that the residents request a convenient and comfortable facilities similar level with those in the outside sports complex and the operating programs.

NCS 직업기초능력과 산업체 교양교육 수요를 반영한 교양교육과정 개편 연구 - D대학의 사례를 중심으로

This study aims to suggest a reorganization method and direction of the NCS(National Competency Standards) professional basic ability-based liberal arts curriculum, developed by the industrial world. The present NCS is associated with the government's hands-on talent training direction, and colleges, which are higher vocational education institutions, are required to operate in connection with job training, based on each department. In order to implement NCS-based major education in collage, support the professional basic ability and strengthen this ability in liberal arts education, “D University” developed a demander-centered liberal arts curriculum, based on the NCS(National Competency Standards) professional basic ability. The developed curriculum reflected the conditions of liberal arts education in “D University” and the results of the study on the demand of "D University"-affiliated industries and departments for liberal arts education. This study aimed to enable the quality of liberal arts education of colleges to meet the level of professional basic ability required by the industrial world and solve a mismatch in manpower supply and demand in industrial sites, and analyzed the case of the liberal arts curriculum, which was reformed, based on the professional basic ability, to see if the curriculum suited the fundamental educational goal of higher vocational education institutions for liberal arts education and make the necessity and importance of liberal arts education recognized by improving satisfaction of demanders for liberal arts education, internally and externally. 본 연구의 목적은 산업계 주도로 개발된 NCS 직업기초능력을 반영한 교양교육과정의 개편방향과 방법을 제시하는 것으로 현재 제시되고 있는 NCS는 정부의 실무적 인재 육성방향과 맞물려 있으며, 고등직업교육기관인 전문대학의 경우 학과별 기반으로 직무교육과 연계하여 운영하도록 요구되어지고 있는 상황이다. 이를 위하여 대학교육 중 NCS 기반의 전공교육을 실시하며, 이와 함께 직업기초능력을 지원하고 교양교육으로서의 직업기초능력을 강화하기 위해 NCS 직업기초능력을 반영한 수요자 중심의 교양교육과정을 “D대학”에서 개발하였다. 개발에 있어서 “D대학”의 교양교육여건과 “D대학”과 연계된 산업체 및 대학 소속 학과의 교양교육에 대한 수요조사의 결과를 반영하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 전문대학의 교양교육품질이 산업계가 요구하는 직업기초능력수준에 부합하고 산업현장에서의 인력수급에 미스매치(mismatch)가 해소되도록 하는 것이 목적이며, 또한 직업기초능력 기반으로 개편된 교양교육과정이 고등직업교육기관의 교양교육에 대한 본질적인 교육목표에 부합하고 대내외 교양교육 수요자의 만족도를 제고하여 교양교육의 필요성과 중요성을 재인식하는 계기가 되도록 사례를 중심으로 분석하였다.
