중국 은행직원의 감정노동행동의 선행변수 : 개인, 직무, 조직특성 중심으로

본 연구는 감정노동행동의 다섯 차원(기초표면행동, 심화표면행동, 기초내면행동, 고객응대내면행동, 고객관점내면행동)과 이 것을 설명하는 선행변수로서 개인특성들(내적통제위치, 자기효능감), 직무특성(고객과의 상호작용특성의 감정표현 지속성, 빈도, 강도, 다양성), 조직특성(상사지원, 동료지원) 등과의 관계를 중국 은행직원을 대상으로 조사하여 실증분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 구성원의 감정노동행동 중 기초표면행동에 대해서는 감정표현빈도가 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 구성원의 감정노동행동 중 심화표면행동에 대해서는 자기효능감, 감정표현빈도가 유의한 정(+)적 영향 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 구성원의 감정노동행동 중 기초내면행동에 대해서는 자기효능감, 감정표현빈도 동료지원이 유의한 정(+)적 영향 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 구성원의 감정노동행동에 중 고객응대내면행동에 대해서는 자기효능감과 동료지원이 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 반면, 감정표현강도가 유의한 부(-)적 영형을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 마지막, 구성원의 감정노동행동에 중 고객관점내면행동에 대해서는 자기효능감, 빈도, 동료지원이 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. The review of previous researches on the area of emotional labor models serves as the starting point of the development of a hypothetical model. The research model includes independent variables such as Personal Characteristics(i.e., Internal Locus of Control, and Self-efficacy), Job Characteristics(i.e., Duration, Frequency, Intensity, Variety), and Organizational Characteristics(i.e., Supervisory support, Co-worker support). In addition, dependent variables involve Basic Surface Acting, Challenged Surface Acting, Basic Deep Acting, Basic Deep Acting, Perspective Taking Deep Acting, Positive Refocus Deep Acting as the sub-dimensions of emotional labor. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of personal, job, and organizational characteristics on emotional labor behavior. The results suggested that (1) frequency of interactions have positive effects on basic surface acting, (2) self-efficacy and frequency of interactions have positive effects on challenged surface acting, (3) self-efficacy, frequency of interactions, and co-worker support have positive effects on basic deep acting, (4) self-efficacy and co-worker support have positive effects on perspective taking deep acting. intensity of emotional expression have negative effects on perspective taking deep acting, (5) internal locus of control, self-efficacy, frequency of interactions, and co-worker support have positive effects on positive refocus deep acting.

韓國華人華文文學的混種性 : 以1990年代出版《韓華》雜志爲中心

본 논문에서는 지난 몇십년의 역사적 기간 동안 한국에서 살아 온 한국화인들의 문학적활동에 대한 연구를 주된 내용으로 하고 있다. 한국 화인들은 경계넘기와 다문화적 상황에 놓여있었으며 한국에 거주하면서 한국어와의 혼종적 언어환경 속에서 그들의 역량을 발휘하여 라는 잡지를 통해서 활동을 해왔다. 한국화인들은 명백히 한국에서 독특한 사회적지위를 가지고 있는 것으로 보이는데, 이는 한국이라는 국가의 지정학적인 위치가 동아시아에서도 상당히 독특하다는 점을 고려했을 때 복합적으로 한국화인들의 지역적 혼종과 문화적 역할에 영향을 미쳤다고 볼 수 있다. 지금 시점에서 한국화인들을 연구하는 것은 국내의화인에 대한 관심의 증대에 비추어볼 때 보다 시급하고 당면한 과제로서 연구되어야 할 충분한 문제점과 시사점을 내포하고 있다고 여겨진다. 이에 언어적 혼종, 문화적 혼종, 그리고지역적 혼종이라는 세 가지 측면에서 한국화인들의 혼종성을 고찰하는 것이 중심이 된다. In this study, we are mainly focused on Chinese Korean Diasporas living in Korea for the past few decades, who have been worked on their own literary magazine to express their feelings and difficulties of living in Korea as foreigner. Especially Chinese Korean people have experienced crossing borderlines and multi-cultural situation, thus they have linguistic hybridity and cultural hybridity in themselves. Furthermore, Chinese Korean Diasporas have improved their Korean language and used their ability to write things only to prove the hardness to be living in Korea. It is very much obvious that Chinese Korean Diasporas have unique social position in Korean society. Korea itself has been situated very special status in East Asia throughout the history. It is crucial to know and understand Chinese Korean Diasporas' history of past few decades with their magazine based on the social and some of legal changes in Korea and this could lead us to reach present circumstances of Chinese Korean Diasporas and the future terms of them.

중국의 뷰티 팝업숍 서비스는 이미 전성기발전시기에 들어섰다. 본 연구는 중국 에스티로더 팝업샵을 예를 들어 새 소매모델하에서의 뷰티샵 인터랙티브 마케팅방식에서의 사용자 체험을 기초로 일종의 온라인과 오프라인을 융합하는 시스템 인터랙티브 디자인 과정을 세우고 기업이 마케팅 서비스의 지속가능한 발전을 이루도록 돕는다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구에서는 설문조사와 인터뷰 조사로 사용자 체험의 핵심 요소를 조사하고 고객 여정 지도를 이용해 사용자의 통증점 (접촉점)을 확인하고 새 시스템 흐름의 디자인을 완성한다. 실험검증을 통해 이 과정은 디자이너들에게 새로운 시각을 제공한다. 비교적 높은 시효성과 실용성을 가지고 있고 또한 오프라인 소매와 온라인소매의 협동 최적화와 업그레이드를 촉진하여 기타 기업에 팝업스토어 써비스의 이론지지와 실천적의거를 제공해준다. The beauty industry of China POP-UP store service, has entered the peak development period. This paper takes China Estee Lauder POP-UP store as an example, based on the user experience of interactive marketing mode in Beauty POP-UP store under the new retailing model. The paper aims to establish a system interaction design process integrating online and offline to help enterprises complete the sustainable development of marketing services. To achieve this goal, this study uses questionnaires to investigate the key elements of user experience, customer journey map to determine the user pain points, and completes the design of the new system process. This process can provide designers with a new perspective through experimental verification, with high timeliness and practicability. It also promotes the collaborative optimisation and upgrading of physical retail and online retail and provides theoretical support and practical basis for other enterprises.
