        여성결혼이민자 가정 아동과 일반 가정 아동의 학업성취 비교

        This study examined academic achievement of children in female marriage immigrant families (MIF) and children in general families (GF). Subjects were 78 MIF and 82 GF children recruited from Chungcheong and Jeolla provinces. Academic achievement was determined by questionnaires completed by their teachers; intelligence was measured with standardized intelligence tests. Data were analyzed by two-way ANOVA and ANCOVA. Results showed that (1) academic achievement of MIF children was lower than that of GF children in overall academic achievement and individual subject achievement. (2) The difference in academic achievement between the two groups remained after controlling for intelligence. Results of this study illustrate the urgent need for supportive policy to enhance the academic achievement of MIF children.

        유아보육·교육기관의 교사 전문성 지원 환경이 유아교사의 인공지능 기술수용의도에 미치는 영향: 스마트·디지털 기기 활용 경험에 의해 조절된 과학교수태도의 매개효과를 중심으로

        Objective: This study aims to investigate whether science teaching attitude of early childhood teachers mediates the relationship between the professional learning environment of institutions and their intention to accept artificial intelligence (AI) technology, and whether the experience of using smart and digital devices moderates the effect of science teaching attitude. Methods: An online survey was conducted targeting 118 teachers with more than 1 year of experience in kindergarten and day care center settings. Descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and The Process macro model 4, 14 were performed using SPSS 27.0 and The Process macro 3.5. Results: First, the science teaching attitude of early childhood teachers served as a mediator between the professional learning environment of institutions and teachers' intention to accept AI technology. Second, the experience of using smart and digital devices was found to moderate the effect of teachers' science teaching attitude on their intention to accept AI technology. Conclusion/Implications: This results showed that an institutional environment that supports teachers' professionalism development and provides rich experience is crucial for promoting teachers’ active acceptance of AI technology. The findings highlight the importance of creating a supportive institutional envionment for teacher’s professional growth, enhancing science teaching attitudes, and facilitating the use of various devices.

        영유아교사의 성인애착이 자기자비에 미치는 영향: 정서의 병렬이중매개효과

        Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the parallel dual mediating effects of positive and negative affects in the relationship between adult attachment and self-compassion of teachers in the early childhood education and care centers. Methods: Two hundred and six teachers participated in the survey who were recruited from kindergarten and child care centers in Seoul and five provinces in South Korea. The data were analyzed by means of frequency, percentages, Cronbach’s reliability coefficient and Pearson’s correlation using SPSS 25.0 and model 4 provided in The PROCESS macro for SPSS 3.4 version. Results: First, the teachers’degrees of anxiety and avoidance in their adult attachment were below the median scores. Those of positive and negative affects, and their self-compassion were close to the median scores. Second, there were parallel dual mediation effects of positive and negative affects between anxious attachment and self-compassion of teachers. Meanwhile, only positive affect had a mediating effect in the path of teachers’avoidant attachment and self-compassion. Conclusion/Implications: This study confirmed that it is important to raise positive affect by lowering each level of anxiety and avoidance in their attachment for teachers in order to improve their self-compassion. It implied the need to provide support for attachment stability enhancement and to pay attention to improve their self-compassion.

        대학생이 지각하는 일상에 미치는 코로나19 영향이 우울·불안·스트레스에 미치는 영향: 심리적 안녕감과 인지적 유연성의 순차매개효과

        본 연구는 대학생이 지각하는 일상에 미치는 코로나19 영향이 그들의 우울과 불안, 스트레스에 미치는 영향을 심리적 안녕감과 인지적 유연성이 각각 매개하는지, 두 가지가 순차적인 매개효과를 가지는지를 확인해봄으로써 코로나19의 영향 지각이 우울․불안․스트레스에 이르는 경로를 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전국 4년제 대학교의 대학생 297명(남 70, 여 227)을 대상으로 2021년 7월 8일부터 8월 12일까지 자기보고식 척도 문항들로 구성된 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종 수집된 297개의 자료를 SPSS 22.0과 SPSS Process macro ver. 3.5 프로그램에서 분석하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생이 지각한 코로나19 영향이 우울․불안․스트레스에 미치는 영향에 대한 심리적 안녕감의 매개효과가 통계적으로 유의하였다. 둘째, 일상에 미치는 코로나19 영향과 우울․불안․스트레스 간의 관계에서 심리적 안녕감과 인지적 유연성의 순차매개효과가 통계적으로 유의했다. 본 연구를 통해 코로나19 영향에 대한 대학생의 높은 지각 수준이 심리적 안녕감에 부정적인 영향을 미치고, 순차적으로 인지적 유연성에도 부정적으로 영향을 미쳐, 우울, 불안, 스트레스 수준 향상으로 이어질 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 대학생이 지각한 코로나19 영향이 그들의 정신건강에 이르는 과정에 대한 구조적 이해를 높였으며, 대학생이 심리적 안녕감 수준과 인지적 유연성 수준을 순차적으로 높여 건강한 삶을 실현할 수 있도록 할 필요성에 대한 시사점을 제공하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine whether the effects of COVID-19 on daily life perceived by college students on their depression, anxiety, and stress are mediated by their psychological well-being and cognitive flexibility, and whether the two have sequential mediating effects. An online survey consisting of self-report scale items was conducted for 297 college students nationwide. The final collected 297 data were analyzed using with SPSS 22.0 and SPSS Process macro ver. 3.5. The main results are as follows. First, the mediating effect of psychological well-being on the effects of COVID-19 perceived by college students on depression, anxiety, and stress was statistically significant. Second, the sequential mediating effect of psychological well-being and cognitive flexibility in the relationship between their perception of the impact of COVID-19 and depression, anxiety, and stress was statistically significant. This study confirmed that the high level of perception of college students about the impact of COVID-19 negatively affects psychological well-being and sequentially negatively affects cognitive flexibility, which can lead to an increase in depression, anxiety, and stress. This study has implications for supporting university students experiencing COVID-19 to maintain a healthy and self-fulfilling life based on personal psychological and cognitive positive capital.

        국내산 밀가루를 이용한 사워종 분말의 첨가가 식빵의 품질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to determine potential effectiveness of sourdough starter powder (made of Korean wheat flour) in the quality characteristics of bread and in the substitution effect of a dough improver in bread baking. The bread containing sourdough starter powder was considered to be most suitable for making sourdough bread. As a result, SP 10 showed the best fermentation rate and the highest volume and specific volume. In sensory testing, SP 10 was most preferable among others. According to experimental comparison between optimal addition ratio of SP 10 and other sourdough starter powder products available in Korean domestic market, SI had the highest fermentation rate, highest volume and specific volume. Analysis of texture showed that SI was soft with the lowest hardness and the highest elasticity. Sensory test showed that SI was most preferable of all, and SP 10 was more preferable than BP. It was concluded that SP 10 was not less preferable in the aspect of preference at sensory test than other products. Hence, it is expected that sourdough starter powder made of Korean wheat flour will be possibly more popular and effective in replacing some portion of dough improver of baking.

        유아의 지적 호기심에 대한 유아의 기질, 어머니의 지적 호기심, 유아-어머니 탐구적 상호작용의 영향

        본 연구는 유아의 호기심 중 새로운 것에 대한 흥미 추구와 불확실한 것에 대해 정확히 알고자 하는 갈망과 관련한 지적 호기심의 개념 및 발달에 관심을 두었다. 이에 따라 유아의 지적 호기심을 흥미추구형과 정보갈망형 두 유형으로 구분하고, 이에 대한 유아의 기질, 어머니의 특성으로서 지적 호기심, 유아-어머니의 탐구적 상호작용이 유아의 지적 호기심에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울 및 경기지역 어린이집에서 4세와 5세 유아의 어머니 160명을 대상으로 질문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, t검정, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 어머니는 유아의 지적 호기심 중 흥미추구 지적 호기심을 정보갈망 지적 호기심에 비해 약간 높은 수준으로 인식하였으며, 두 가지 지적 호기심 수준은 각각 연령과 성별에 따라 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 둘째, 유아의 흥미추구 지적 호기심에는 유아의 적응성 기질, 어머니의 흥미추구 지적 호기심, 유아-어머니의 탐구적 상호작용이 정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 유아의 정보갈망 지적 호기심에는 유아-어머니의 탐구적 상호작용만이 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 유아의 지적 호기심 발달에 관한 논의가 지적 호기심의 세부 유형에 따라 축적되어야 할 필요성을 제기하며, 가정 및 교육현장에서 유아의 지적 호기심 발달을 효과적으로 장려하기 위해 유아 개인 특성, 인적 환경 및 경험과의 관련성을 고려해야 한다는 함의를 제공하였다. This study aimed to investigate two distinct aspects and individual difference factors of children’s Epistemic Curiosity (EC), the desire to obtain knowledge capable of either having pleasant experiences with regard to interest in novelty (I-type) or of solving uncomfortable conditions of informational deprivation (D-type). The data from 160 mothers of children aged between four and five years, in Seoul and Gyeonggi provinces were analyzed using t-test, correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study were as follows: First, mothers reported the children’s I-type EC was slightly higher than their D-type EC, and the level of I- and D- type EC of children did not differ much for age or gender. Second, I-type EC of children was affected positively by their adaptability temperament, mother’s I-type EC, and child-mother exploratory interaction, whereas only the child-mother exploratory interaction had a significant impact on their D-type EC. The results of this study indicated that the theoretical and practical discussions of children’s EC should hereafter consider the detailed types of EC, and include experiential factors such as exploratory interaction as well as the individual characteristics of children and mothers.
