        Cr 합금주철-주강의 원심주조 복합재 제조에 관한 연구

        N/A Bonding of outer metal(low Cr-alloyed cast iron) and inner metal(cast steel) by centrifugal casting process is difficult to obtain ideal bonding because melting point of inner metal is higher than that of outer metal. Bonding is depended on mold rotary speed, melt pouring temperature, pouring position and pouring speed. Optimum bonding conditions were obtained at the range of bonding ratio 95% and mixing ratio 20% by using bonding map. Increasing of mold rotary speed expanded perfect bonding range but optimum bonding range was narrower at 1300rpm than 1000rpm according to mixing of two layers. In the case of outer metal surface temperature was lower than 110℃ when mold rotary speed was 1000rpm, perfect bonding could not be obtained even though inner metal pouring temperature was up to 1650℃. Bonding zone of two different metal made by casting process was dominated by fusion bonding. By testing the mechanical properties of bonding zone, the critical casting condition in bonding map could be obtained and the sound fabrication of composite material could be possible.

        응급실을 내원한 노인 자살시도자들의 임상적 특징

        연구목적 한국에서 자살률의 높은 상승은 주로 남성과 노인에 집중되어 있다. 특히 65세 이상 노인 인구에서의 자살률은 OECD 가입 국가들 중 가장 높았다. 이 연구는 응급실에 내원한 노인 자살시도자들의 인구사회학적 특징과 임상적 특징을 알아보기 위하여 실시되었다. 방 법 2013년 6월과 2015년 7월까지 인제의대 일산백병원의 응급실을 방문한 총 336명의 20세 이상 성인과 노인 자살시도자들을 대상으로 실시되었다. 자살시도자들의 의무기록을 후향적으로 분석하여 노인과 성인의 사회인구학적, 임상적 특징을 비교 분석하였다. 결 과 연구기간 동안 71명의 노인, 265명의 성인 자살시도자들이 응급실을 내원하였다. 노인 자살시도자들의 자살방법은 약물중독, 몸맴, 자상, 투신 순이었으며 성인보다 상대적으로 높은 치명도를 나타내었다. 또한 과거 정신과 장애는 노인 자살시도자들보다 성인 자살시도자들에서 더 흔하였다. 결 론 본 연구 결과는 응급실을 내원한 노인 자살시도자들의 임상적 특징을 제시하고 있으며, 이를 통해 노인 자살시도자들이 높은 치명도를 보이는 자살시도방법을 사용하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 향후 효과적인 노인 자살방지 프로그램 개발을 위한 더 많은 연구가 필요할 것이다. Objectives : The purpose of this study was to find out the clinical and sociodemographic characteristics of elderly suicide attempters visiting emergency room, compared to non-elderly adult suicide attempters. Methods : We enrolled suicidal attempters who were treated in the emergency room of the Inje University Ilsan Paik Hospital between June 2013 and July 2015. We conducted a retrospective chart review of 336 suicidal attempters, and compared sociodemographic and clinical characteristics between elderly and non-elderly adult suicide attempters. Results : During the study period, 336 patients visited the emergency room of the medical center after suicide attempts. Among these, there were 71 elderly(21.2%) and 265 non-elderly adult(79.8%) suicide attempters. The suicidal methods among elderly were poisoning(73.3%), hanging(19.7%), cutting(5.6%), and jumping(1.4%). Those in non-elderly were poisoning(73.2%), cutting(17.0%), hanging(6.8%), and jumping(3.0%). The elderly suicide attempters had the tendency to choose more dangerous methods and showed higher lethality compared to adult suicide attempters(20.6% vs. 1.9%, ${\chi}^2=34.565$, p<0.05). On the other hand, premorbid psychiatric disorders had been more commonly diagnosed in non-elderly adults than elderly suicide attempters(49.8% vs. 26.8%, ${\chi}^2=12.024$, p<0.05). Conclusions : The results provide evidence of different sociodemographic and clinical characteristics of elderly suicide attempters compared to non-elderly ones visiting the emergency room. Through this study, it can be seen that the suicide attempt in the elderly tends to be severer than in the non-elderly, but only a small portion of them seek for help from psychiatric intervention. Further study is required to provide effective suicide prevention programs for elderly population.

        리도카인을 함유하는 마이크로에멀젼 겔의 피부침투성 및 in vivo 마취효과

        Several topical preparations containing lidocaine, a widely used local anesthetic agent, have been developed and marketed recently for the treatment of premature ejaculation. In this study, microemulsion(ME)-based hydrogels containing lidocaine were prepared by dispersing ME to hydrogel bases such as Carbopol, sod. alginate, and sod. carboxymethylcellulose. Lidocaine-containing ME was thermodynamically stable over 6 months and had a diameter ranging from 10 to 100 nm. In vitro skin penetration of lidocaine from ME-based hydrogels followed apparent zero-order kinetics. ME-based hydrogel showed higher drug penetration during fifteen minutes after application than alcoholic hydrogel, reference preparation. Tail flick test in rat was introduced to compare in vivo local anesthetic effects of different hydrogels, and the results showed that ME-based hydrogels are superior to other hydrogels. In optical microscopy, recrystallization of lidocaine was observed within 5 min after application of reference hydrogel, but there was no change in ME-based hydrogels even after 30 minnute. These results indicated that ME-based hydrogels had some advantages in skin penetration, anesthetic effect and physical stability compared with alcoholic hydrogels. Finally it is possible to conclude that ME-based hydrogels containing lidocaine is a good topical drug delivery system for the treatment of premature ejaculation.

        Robot ethics that deals with ethical issues associated with the robot is in an area of practical ethics. By the way, these kinds of problems with the practice ethics is not entirely different. Gradual development of robot technology has made intelligent service robot which has human emotions and intelligence. For that reason, Robot ethics which deals with the matters of responsibility is increasingly needed. In this study I investigated practical ethical norms which are related to the intelligent service robot. For this study I have investigated intelligent service robots base on the theory of evolution and practical ethical issues which are related to intelligent service robots base on the theory of evolution.

        초등교사의 도덕과교육 수업전문성 향상을 위한 교수내용지식(PCK) 탐색 실행 연구

        초등교사의 도덕교육 전문성에 대한 요청이 있다. 교사의 전문성은 수업에 있으며, 초등교사의 도덕교육전문성은 도덕수업의 전문성에 있다. 슐만(Shulman. L. S)이 제시한 교수내용지식(Pedagogical Content Knowledge)은 많은 연구를 거쳐 교사 전문성의 핵심 요소로 자리 잡고 있다. 도덕과 교육에서의 초등 교사들이 형성하여 가지고 있는 도덕과 교수학습과 관련된 교수내용지식은 ``수업 전 준비 지식``, ``수업내용 재구성 지식``, ``수업방법 재구성 지식``으로 구성된다. 지식 중심의 다른 과목과 달리 인지적·정의적·행동적 영역이 통합된 인격체를 형성하는 도덕과에서는 수업 전까지의 과정과 다양한 학생여건과 수업여건 등을 반드시 고려해야 한다. 또한 수업 과정에서의 학생과 상황을 고려한 내용과 방법의 재구성이 필수적으로 요구된다. 도덕과 교수내용지식으로서 제시된 세 가지 지식은 이러한 상황 적 요구 속에서 교사들이 형성해 온 것으로, 초등교사의 도덕과 수업 전문성의 핵심적 교수내용지식이라고 할 수 있다. Moral education of elementary school teachers have asked for expertise. Professionalism of teachers in the teaching and moral education of elementary school teachers` expertise is in teaching professionalism. L. S. Shulman proposed by the pedagogical content knowledge through a lot of research as a core element of teacher professionalism digit catches. Pedagogical content knowledge in moral education and moral formation, and is significant in the process of teaching and learning. Elementary school teachers have formed a moral pedagogical content knowledge. It consists of three kinds of knowledge; ``knowledge before class preparation,`` ``teaching content reconstruction content knowledge``, ``teaching methods reconstruction knowledge``. Unlike other classes of knowledge-based cognitive affective·. behavioral areas that form an integrated personality and moral lessons until the student`s courses and a variety of conditions and the course conditions and should be considered. Presented as a moral and pedagogical content knowledge in these circumstances formed three kinds of knowledge that has meaning, morals and lessons of elementary school teachers pedagogical content knowledge is the core of expertise.

        초등 도덕교육에서의 도덕이야기 수업모형 개선 방향 탐구

        The instructional model of moral narrative is attempt to development of student`s character and virtue through moral narrative, which suggested the direction and change of human life. The instructional model of moral narrative has a lot of merit. that is, it is possible to take child-centered class and inspire student`s interest through narrative. but several problems were founded at this model. This study attempts to improve of the instructional model of moral narrative based on the critical analysis about that. The process is following that. First, examined theoretically the instructional model of moral narrative. Second, reflected critically several issues in relation to the instructional model of moral narrative. Finally reorganized the model of moral narrative based on such issues.
