<변강쇠가>는 서종문에 의해 본격적인 연구가 이루어지면서 현재 작품 성격과 그 미적 특질, 구조, 개작자의 의식 등 전반적인 이해의 바탕이 마련되었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 대부분의 논의가 강쇠의 죽음을 기준으로 작품의 구조를 나누고 그 서사를 갈등구조로 파악하는 것이 일반적이다. 때문에 작품의 구조를 이원화하고, 결말에 대해 전망의 부재 또는 비극으로 보았다. 아울러 옹녀가 작품의 결말에서 증발된 것으로 보고 옹녀의 청상살도 강쇠의 죽음으로 작품 안에서 그 기능을 다한 것으로 보았다. 이러한 시각은 작품의 본질을 파악하는데 걸림돌이 된다. 작품을 읽다보면 일정한 구조적 통일감이 작용하고 있음을 알 수 있기 때문이다. 본고에서는 그 통일감이 강쇠가 아닌 옹녀를 중심으로 작품의 구조를 파악했을 때 나타나는 것임을 밝히고자 하였다. 즉 <변강쇠가>는 무수한 남성을 보낸 옹녀가 또다시 변강쇠라는 사나이를 만나 살림을 차리고 그가 장승죽음을 당하자 그를 치상함으로써 또 한번의 청상살을 겪는 과정을 보여주는 무수한 <옹녀전> 중 하나의 사례라고 할 수 있다. 그와 더불어 <변강쇠가>에서 보여주는 남녀의 만남과 결합은 재자가인의 환상적 결합이 아니라, 지극히 구체적인 당대의 하층 남녀의 것이다. 이는 같은 하층 부류인 춘향이나 흥부의 처와는 또 다른 하층의 삶, 그 가운데에서도 가장 고단한 삶을 살아가는 남녀의 사랑이다. 먹고 자고 일하는 것이 삶의 전부이고 그 일조차도 가장 비루하고 천한 것으로, 피곤한 몸을 굴리지 않으면 살 수 없는 삶이다. 이것이 <변강쇠가>가 다른 전승 판소리와는 또 다르게 확보하고 있는 역사성이라 하겠다. Full-scale study of <Byun-Gangsoi Ga(변강쇠歌)> got accomplished by Seo-jongmun. Now, the characteristic of work and the aesthetic characteristic, the adapter`s awareness and etc. elucidate by and large. Nevertheless, most of discussions divide structure with bases at death of Gangsoi and grasps of narrative like structure of complications. So, they grasps text that is dualistic structure, absence of prospect or hardly catastrophic. It`s discussed. And with they regard as Ongnyu`s gone at an end, Ongnyu`s "Cheongsang-fate(靑孀살)" did a role in text, by Gangsoi`s death. But, there`s a definite unity of structure. The purpose of this study is to make source of the unity clear. It`s able to grasp the structure around Ongnyu. Namely, <Byun-Gangsoi Ga(변강쇠歌)> is the one case of <Ongnyu Jeon(옹녀傳)>s without number that shows, Ongnyu who was bereaved of innumerable males, go through "Cheongsang-fate(靑孀살)". Ongnyu mets Gangsoi and married, taken charge of funeral rites. It`s one more case of "Cheongsang-fate(靑孀살)". The meeting and the coupling in Text show as in the concrete as love of man and woman who are the lower class of the day. It is different with same class of the day as Chunhyang and Heungboo` wife. As they worked like dogs, their life is harder and harder. And Their love is the love of man and woman in lowest class. Working and eating, sleeping, it`s almost all of their life. If they don`t work, there`s just death. It`s distinguishing historicity of <Byun-Gangsoi Ga(변강쇠歌)>, what`s different from the other transmission-Pansori Literature.

Maria Edgeworth`s Castle Rackrent is a work where diverse conflicting factors including ethnicity, race, class, and gender, all collide, transgressing each boundaries. Edgeworth`s education was, due to her father, mainly focused on French Enlightenment philosophy. As a consequence, her work does show not only a satire and criticism of the Anglo-Irish Ascendancy but her nostalgia for the feudalistic, chivalric codes, courtly love, and romance idealism, the aspects prevalent in French romance. The paper examines the collapse of romance idealism and the aristocratic ideology in Castle Rackrent, which still remains in the work due to Edgeworth`s ambivalent attitude toward it. It also deals with the Irish new generation represented by Jason and Judy who still reveal their desire for feudalistic values despite their supposed progressive attitude, which leads them closer to anti-romantic figures. Along with Jason and Judy, the Rackrent ladies turn out to be, despite their apparent wealth and social status, the subversive power of the feudalistic, patriarchal status quo. They function as an allegorical “Banshee,” a spirit that announces death in an aristocratic family. The paper closely traces the collapse of romance idealism as embodied in the death of Sir Condy, the significance of the survival of Jason, Judy, the Rackrent ladies in the midst of the collapse of feudalism, and Thady`s acrobatic double-dealings between two conflicting ideologies. It traces romance idealism that still remains in the work, colliding and competing with the anti-romantic aspects, which shows Edgeworth`s ambivalent attitude toward both.
음낭 질환의 초음파 및 씬티그라피에 관한 방사선학적 연구

N/A Recently ultrasound and scintigraphic study are most useful modality for diagnosis of scrotal diseases. They are able to determine the nature, anatomic extent of the lesion, and possible to differential diagnosis of the scrotal lesion. The ultrasound and scintigraphie findings were analyses in 59 patients of ronfirmed scrotal disease at Seoul Red Cross Hospital from June 1986 to Aug. 1989. The results were as follows. 1) Miost patients were below the 30 years old age (69.4%), and most prevalent age was 11-30 Yrs. in trauma, 31-40 Yrs. in inflammation, and 51-60 Yrs. in mass lesion of scroturn. 2) The diagnostic accuracy of scrotal disease was 94.9% in ultrasound and 729 in scintigraphic study. The ultrasound study showed high accuracy in all kind of scrotal disease, but scintigraphy showed only high detection rate in inflamrnatory disease. 3) Scrotal ultrasound is first choice of study for the diagnosis of scrotal lesion, and useful determine the cystic or solid lesion and anatornic extent of disease. However it cant he differentiate the acute epididymitis with acute testicular torsion. 4) Scrotal scintigraphy is useful study for the diagnosis of acute painful scrotal disease, and showed specific findings in acute epididymitis and acute torsion for differential diagnosis. 5) In consideration of age, history and clinical findings of patient, appropriate study will be chosen firstly in ultrasound and scintigraphy, and combined ail of findings of these studies will be helpful for the accurate diagnosis and adequate treatment of scrotal disease.

Entre 1`non et la phrase. 1`quivalence est loin d`tre total. Donc il n`est pas possible, au total, de dfinir un 8nonc par les caractres grammaticaux de la phrase. Les critt`res qui permettent de dfinir 1`identit dune proposition ne valent pas pour dcrire 1`unit singulire d`un nonc. On peut supposer que I`individualisation des noncs relive des memes critres que le reprage des actes de formulation. Mais 1 non plus, on ne saurait tablir une relation bi-univoque entre 1`ensemble des noncs et celui des actes illocutoires. Il ne faut pas non plus confondre Ie rapport entre un nonc et ce qu`il nonce. avec le rapport entre une proposition et son rfrent. Il n`est pas non plus superposable au rapport qui peut exister entre une phrase et son sens. On voit que la description de ce niveau nonciatif ne peut se faire ni par une analyse formelle, ni par une investigation smantique, ni par une vrification,mais par 1`analyse des rapports entre 1`nonc et les espaces de diffrenciation, 05 il fait lui-meme apparaitre des differences.
