BF인증제도의 문제점에 관한 관련 집단별 중요도 비교분석

The barrier-free living environment(BF) will continue to expand in the future due to the increase in the elderly population and the expansion of social diversity. Experts related to BF certification say that although BF certification has been mandatory for public buildings since 2015, problems in the BF certification process require many systems. The creation of Barrier Free environment is expected to expand not only to buildings but also to streets and parks in the future. To this end, it is necessary to re-establish the current BF certification system as a concrete and predictable design guideline, as well as to spread consensus that it is aimed at creating a convenient living environment that everyone can enjoy together, breaking away from being simply recognized as a regulation. This requires preliminary certification, improvement of certification procedures represented by the current BF certification process, establishment of the rating and qualification of certification personnel, and maintenance of the certification system itself. This study can expect to play a role as the basis for improving this BF certification system.

The barrier-free living environment will continue to expand in the future to increase the elderly population and realize welfare. Since 2015, BF certification is mandatory for public buildings ordered by national and local governments, and a living environment free of obstacles has been realized in earnest. However, the problems presented in the actual BF certification process suggest that a lot of system improvement is necessary. First of all, the BF certification system itself is not established in detailed regulations, etc., and the level of recognition is low for related stakeholders. In addition, despite the preliminary certification procedure before the main certification after completion of construction, the additional operation cost burden occurs as it is operated formally. In the future, it is necessary to improve these practical issues.

In this study, a method using equivalent transformation for estimation of the axial load capacity of tapered piles is proposed. While preexistent methods for estimating the axial load capacity of tapered piles have been based on the effect of soil state and taper angle, a new design method is proposed considering cone resistance $q_c$ and equivalent transformation in sand. Through tapered pile simplified by using equivalent transformation, a new method fur quick and easy estimation of the axial load capacity of tapered pile is proposed for practical use. In order to verify the proposed method, calibration chamber test and field test were conducted. In calibration chamber test, comparison of estimated axial load capacity with measured one showed that the standard deviation and COV (Coefficient Of Variation) of estimated $Q_t$ is $0.05{\sim}0.121$, $0.04{\sim}0.05$ respectively. For field test, axial load capacity by proposed method shows 2.5% under-estimation in comparison with measured value. As a result, it is found that proposed method produces satisfactory predictions for tapered piles.
VxWorks 환경에서 효과적인 퍼징 테스트를 위한 보안취약점 분석대상 모니터링 기능 설계

산업제어시스템에서 사용되는 소프트웨어의 보안취약점을 테스트하기 위한 방법으로 퍼징(Fuzzing)이 사용되고 있다. 퍼징 시스템은 크게 퍼징 대상을 테스트하는 퍼저(fuzzer)와 퍼징 대상을 모니터링하는 모니터링 모듈로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 VxWorks 환경에서 효과적인 퍼징을 제공하기 위해 요구되는 퍼징 대상 모니터링 기능을 정의하고 모니터링 모듈을 설계한다.
국내 사례분석을 통한 하천오염도와 지반오염원의 상관관계에 관한 연구

본 연구는 선행연구들의 하천 유역 오염물질 및 오염도 분석결과를 바탕으로 하천 오염도와 지반 오염물질 간의 상호관계에 대해 분석하였다. 크게 도시 및 산업지구 인접 하천인 낙동강, 태화강, 안양천과 농·축산지 인접 하천인 영산강, 미호천으로 구분해 연구하였으며, 대상 오염원은 중금속 오염물질로 한정하였다. 도시 및 산업지구 인접 하천의 경우 중금속 오염물질 함유량이 일치하여 상관성을 보였으나 농·축산지 인접 하천의 경우 불일치하여 상관성을 밝히기 어려웠다. 도시 및 산업지구 인접 하천의 경우 점오염원의 영향을 많이 받기 때문에 지반오염에도 직접적인 영향을 미친 것을 알 수 있었고 농·축산지 인접 하천의 경우 점오염원보다 비점오염원의 영향을 많아 하천오염도와 지반오염의 상관성이 적은 것으로 나타났다. This study measured for comparison and analysis the correlation of River pollution and Soil contamination, based on the results of previous research, and then in order to increase the efficiency of study, heavy metals which cause serious side effects was limited to the case among pollutants. This study focused on the rivers that near the Urban and industrial districts, for example, Nak-Dong river, An-Yang river, Tae-Hwa river and the rivers that near the farmland or pasture, for example, Yeong-San river, Mi-Ho river, then compare and analyze the degree of actual pollution as gathered the results of Previous research. Correlationship about pollutants of river near the Urban, industrial area and drainage basin its river has been proven, and this expected because of the strong influence by point pollution source. On the other hand, I can found the opposite relationship where the river near the farmland or pasture, and this probably because of the influence by nonpoint pollution source.

Torsades de pointes associated with a prolonged QT interval is a life-threatening arrhythmia, which may be induced by any of the following: drugs, electrolyte imbalances, severe bradycardia and intracranial hemorrhage. Torsades de pointes is characterized by beat-to-beat variations in the QRS complexes in any ECG leads with rates of 200~250 per minute. Fluoroquinolones are widely used and well tolerated antibacterial agents. However, prolongation of the QT interval leads rarely to Torsades de pointes as a significant adverse effect. So, it should be used with caution in high-risk patients for developing Torsades de pointes. We report one case of 67-year old man with contact burns who experienced Torsades de pointes, which probably resulted from the use of levofloxacin, and no further episode occurred after its withdrawal.
