        일본 산업도자 마케팅에 관한 연구 : 미노(美濃)를 중심으로

        Japan had achieved high growth of economy, growing more and more prosperous since 1945. However, Japan started to suffer a gradual decline affected by an oil crisis resulting from the Middle East war and finally entered a stagnant phase. As for ceramics, there is a growing sense of crisis and the ceramic manufacturing industry is in great confusion owing to the introduction of private-m anaged ceramic enterprises located in JoJu, Gwangdong, China. However. Japan doesn't give up and tries to cultivate designers of talent and to present more new products in spite of a serious depression. This thesis is to suggest an avenue to success and prosperity of Korean cera rnicindustry, increa sing competitive power on the world market by studying business strategy, mach ine applica tion methods the actual states of ceramic ware and sales tactics of medium and smallsized enterprises in Mino, Gifuken, Japan

        도자기 결정유(結晶釉)의 기초 조합 원리에 관한 연구

        In the Asian regi on and other parts of the world a like, hum an sstarted to make vessels from earth at similar tim es regardl ess of ag es and races. Thi s was done sporadically in many parts of the world. Human s esse ntially crafted ves sels 111 an effo rt to survive, ins tead of seeking arti st ic appreciat ion, as they underwent the process from ea rthen vessel making process to the finding of natural glazes . With the development of glazes. the culture of ceramics could grow rapidly, but, most of g laze raw materials are minera ls collec ted from natural resources : thu s every combination of them using the same data creates slightly different colors . Likew ise. s ince na tura l raw material s are produ ct s that take a long time to be made, even a per son, who has his own glaze data. cannot ensure the com ponents of raw materials completely. Thus, g iven the rea lity, this research not only adopted mineral formulation formulae and H. A. soge l form ula as the basis. but also found out the follow ing crys ta llization cause s in the proces s of reviewing the crea tion proces s of crys ta llization glazes as a way of comparing the s tatus of experimental outputs. The A area requi red 1110rc orthoclase th an the 13 area. This is beca use to create crys tallization requires plenty of glass components . Likewise. the reason that the volume of flux(CaO, IVlgO, Baa, and 2nO) grew is becau se it required a glaze sur face with great flexibility to create crystallization. 13 creat ed man y bubb les, while A had bubb les almost disappear. This suggests that with the glaze surface heavily melted, it is easy for crysta llization to move. In connection with the crea tion of crystallization glazes, caution should be exe rcised to restrain the use of alumina and A-Quartz aimed at not hindering the creation of crystallization. Likewise, since flux is excess ively used to facilitate cry stallization. the weakened glaze surface may melt and flow causing damage to the fire stone board; thus experiments should be conducted to adjust the addition of flux to the minimum.

        제품성 투명유약의 안정적 조합원리와 수화팽창(후기균열) 해결 방안에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this research is to get the correct combination of stable transparent glaze in order to pursue corporate interests, and also to minimize defects in the industries for tableware and mass production. It is not the glaze used in college for ceramic sculptures or unknown glaze combinations you can find on the Internet. The ability to make stable glaze is based on know-how and practical experience. Therefore, for people who are going to work on industrial ceramics, it will be valuable to have this basic knowledge and indirect working experience. This research is based, on-site at a Japanese company which handles diverse and stable glaze, so the result of the following experiment, or sampling error, may be minimal. Raw materials used in this experiment are produced in Korea, not in Japan, therefore they can be purchased easily and cheaply. They can also be converted into common raw materials.

        3D CAD/CAM의 산업도자기 실무 응용 사례

        본 연구는 도자기 산업체에서 관심을 갖기 시작한 3D CAD/CAM의 현대적 설비들이 기업간 특성을 고려하여 실제 산업현장에서 어떻게 활용될 수 있는지, 특정 기업의 실천 예를 통해서 각 기업 간 활용예의 자료를 공유하고자 하는데, 그 목적을 두고 있다. 도자기산업에 활용할 수 있는 3D CAD용 소프트웨어 중에서 모델링을 우선시하여 성능을 향상시킨 ‘Rhinoceros’를 선택하였고, ‘Rhinoceros’로 디자인된 모델을 중저가의 보급형 CAM용 CNC 밀링머신으로 데이터를 이관하여 엔드밀을 사용하여 원형을 깎아서 만들고, 완성된 원형을 이용하여 수작업으로 롤링머신용 석고틀을 제작하여 롤링머신으로 완성한 기물을 초벌 소성한 후, 장식처리를 하고 내화갑소성을 주 적재방식으로 하여 재벌소성까지 완성한 실천현장의 실물 도판을 제시하여 소고해 보고자 한다. 아울러 본 연구에 사용할 원형은 좌우대칭형의 내화갑 소성용 ‘면기’ 디자인이 주된 내용으로 다루어지며, 실제제작에 사용한 디자인 데이터를 그대로 반영하여 활용하였다. The purpose of this study is to share the examples of using materials of certain companies in how to use the modern facilities of 3D CAD/ CAM which are starting to attract ceramic companies, at the actual industrial site considering the characteristics of companies. I am going to study suggesting the actual figure of the site through selecting capacity improved "Rhinoceros" prioritizing the modeling among softwares for 3D CAD which can be used at the ceramic industry, moving the data of designed models by "Rhinoceros" to CNC milling machine for CAM, making a model through cutting with the endmill, manufacturing the hand made plaster frame for the rolling machine using the completed model, producing the primary plastic, doing the decoration, and completing the secondary plastic using the loading method of sagger. In addition, the model which will be used in this study, is going be dealt with "noodle bowl" design and reflect the designed data through checking the problems beforehand together with 3D simulation.

        알칼리토류(土類)성분의 치환에 따른 산업용 청화백자의 발색 연구

        This study was to find out color formation and change of blue and white porcelain's glaze available for industrial and general purposes. As a basic composition method of each area influenced by the substitution of raw materials of alkaline earths of basic oxides, an experiment was processed from selecting carefully chosen raw materials for this study. As a study method, by selecting random locations in nine places of A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, and I in each area of the seger method (fig. 1) centered on mol rates of alumina and silica, the test was processed. If the result is arranged, it is like the next. In each area of A, B, D, and F, on the whole, a specimen of blue and white porcelain was made in a state that cracks were created. In area C, a specimen was made in a state of lack of melting. In area G and F, a matt-style specimen with soft surface was made. In area E and I, a specimen with high transparency outstanding in a blue and white under drawing was made. Also, through this experiment, from the fact that color formation of blue and white was influenced a lot according to the substitution of alkaline earths deciding the gloss nature near colorlessness in grand feu, a specimen changed from blue to dark green could be found too. Lastly, it is expected that component rates and specimens between raw materials used in this test will be data available in color formation analysis of blue and white in the future. 본 연구는 산업 및 일반용으로 사용 가능한 청화백자유약의 발색과 변화를 알아보기 위하여, 염기성산화물 알칼리토류 원료의 치환에 따라 영향 받는 각 영역의 기본적인 조합방법에 대한 것으로서, 본 연구를 위하여 엄선된 원료만을 선정하여 실험을 진행하였다. 연구방법으로는 알루미나와 실리카 몰(mol)비를 중심으로 하는 제겔식(釉性狀 그림 1)의 유약(釉薬) 질감을 구별하기 쉬운 각 영역에 A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I의 9곳에 대하여 임의의 위치를 선택하여 따랐으며, 연구의 결과를 간단히 정리하면 다음과 같다. 각 영역 A, B, D, F에서는 대체적으로 균열이 생성된 상태의 청화백자 표본이 생성되었고, C영역에서는 용융이 부족한 상태의 표본이 만들어 졌다. 그리고 G 와 F영역에서 표면이 부드러운 매트성 표본이 만들어졌으며, E와 I영역에서는 밑그림 청화가 돋보이는 투명성이 높은 표본이 만들어졌다. 또한 본 실험을 통해서 소성 시 무색에 가까운 유질을 결정하는 알칼리토류 성분의 치환에 따라서도 청화의 발색에 적지 않은 영향을 미치면서 청색에서 암녹색으로 변화되는 표본도 발견할 수 있었다. 끝으로 본 실험에 사용한 각 원료간의 성분 비율과 표본이 향후 청화의 발색분석에 활용할 수 있는 자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

      • 혈압 특성 추출을 통한 딥러닝 기반 오실로메트릭 혈압 추정

        Oscillometric blood pressure measurement is a widely used method for estimating systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP). The traditional Maximum Amplitude Algorithm (MAA) method has a fixed ratio to estimate SBP and DBP, resulting in different blood pressure estimates depending on various physiological factors. In this paper, we extract five blood pressure features from oscillograms obtained from a self-designed and fabricated oscillometric sphygmomanometer and propose a DBN-DNN-based regression model to learn the relationship between SBP, DBP, and the extracted features. In this paper, blood pressure data provided by IEEE DataPort is used to train the deep learning model and AccuPulse NIBP Simulator is used to test the blood pressure measurement of the fabricated sphygmomanometer.
