출신고교에 따른 무용전공자의 자아탄력성이 소진감 및 무용지속의사에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study of college students majoring in dance in high school, the self-resilience burnout, dance continuance is to analyze the impact. Dance majors, and 383 were included in the study. Using regression analysis, the following results were obtained. First, the art school and general school self-resilience all had a negative effect on burnout. Second, the art school and general school self-resilience all had a positive effect on dance continuance intention. Third, the art school and general school burnout all had a negative effect on dance continuance intention.
예술고등학교와 일반고등학교 출신 무용전공자의 인지적 유연성 및 소진감 차이

이 연구의 목적은 무용전공 대학생의 출신고등학교에 따른 인지적 유연성과 소진감의 차이를 규명하는 데 있다. 또한 이 결과를 바탕으로 무용지도 현장에서 학생 관리에 실증적 기초자료로 제공하는 데 있었다. 연구대상은 전국의 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 무용전공자들로서 383개의 자료가 사용되었다. 자료처리를 위한 통계방법은 t-test를 실시하였으며, 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 출신고교별 인지적 유연성의 차이를 검증한 결과, 예술고등학교 출신자가 일반고등학교 출신자에 비하여 인지적 유연성을 더 크게 지각하였다. 구체적으로 예술고등학교 출신자가 다양성선호유연성과 복잡성선호유연성 모두 일반고등학교 출신자 보다 높았다. 둘째, 출신고교별 소진감의 차이를 검증한 결과, 예술고등학교 출신자가 일반고등학교 출신자에 비하여 소진감을 적게 인지하였다. The purpose of this research lies in determining the difference between dance major university students` cognitive flexibility and exhaustion based on high school backgrounds. Another objective of the research is to provide basic empirical resources for student management in dance education. Research subjects are dance majors in four-year universities nation-wide and 383 research data was collected from the study. The T-test was used to test the hypothetical statistics from the collected data. The findings are as follow: (1) The difference found that cognitive flexibility of students from arts high schools were more apparent than that from regular high schools. Students who graduated from arts high schools, in particular, have high regards for diversity preference flexibility and complexity preference flexibility. (2) Another finding from the research proved that arts high school graduates perceived less exhaustion than those from regular high schools.

Chopper and sensors failures resulting from electric shock and mechanical vibration generated by rail irregularities are the serious problem deteriorating the performance in the electromagnetic suspension systems. Thus, this paper proposes a reliable output feedback control scheme for the electromagnetic suspension systems in the present of chopper, gap sensor and acceleration sensor failures. The designed controller is an extended version of a novel design technique which has the design method of the output feedback controller using dynamic compensator. The benefits of this scheme are demonstrated through the simulation and experimental results for proposed controller against chopper, gap sensor and acceleration sensor failures of electromagnetic suspension system.
인공호흡기를 통하여 기관지 확장제를 분무한 시점에 따른 심장수술환자의 활력징후와 폐기능의 비교

Purpose: To examine effects of application of bronchodilators after endotracheal suction on peak air way pressure (PAP), lung compliance (Cdyn), oxygen saturation (SpO2), heart rate (HR), blood pressure (BP), and respiration rate (RR) in cardiac surgery patients. Method: Data were collected from October 2007 to March 2008. Participants were patients who were treated with bronchodilators through mechanical ventilators in the SICU. At each suctioning, bronchodilators were applied immediately, and at 5, 10, and 15 minutes after suctioning. Besides PAP, Cdyn, SpO2, HR, BP, RR, data on the frequency of side effects were also collected at 15, 30, 60 minutes after nebulization. Data were analyzed using the SAS program. Results: For application of bronchodilator right after suctioning and after, 5, 10 and 15 minutes, PAP and Cdyn did not show any significant differences although PAP was persistently decreased for 15 to 30 minutes and Cdyn increased at 15 minutes and decreased gradually after nebulization. Besides SpO2, HR, BP, and RR, frequency of side effects did not show any significant difference. Conclusion: Bronchodilators can be applied at any time. However, the positive effects of bronchodilation right after suctioning on PAP and Cdyn, as also shown in previous reports, indicate it is a more efficient clinical process to maintain an adequate airway.
