이 연구의 목적은 산업사회의 비인간화 현상을 정확히 예견하고 이의 극복을 위하여 새로운 방향의 학교 교육을 제시했던 독일의 발도르프 학교의 민간교육에 대하여 검토함으로써 우리나리의 인상교육에 시사 받을만한 점들을 찾는데 있다. 연구의 과정에서는 슈타이너의 인간교육관과 발도르프 학교의 교사관, 학교교육관 특히, 민간교육의 목표, 내용, 방법을 구체적으로 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 우리나라의 인성교육에 시사하는 점으로 1) 인간에 대한 전혀 새로운 이해 방식인 정신과학으로서의 인지학 2) 자유, 사랑 존경과 같은 민간교육의 원리 3) 창조적 예술로 보는 수업론 4) 교사- 학생의 내면적 인간관계 5) 물질적 인공적 자료의 기부와 자연적 인간적 환경의 선호 6) 정신적 율동행위인 오이리트미와 감성을 일깨우는 포르맨의 한국적 적용 등이 도출되었다.

It is said that Article 237–2 is a legislative error to be abolished and all copying can not be counterfeited by legislative measures of ‘copying is conterfeiting.’ It is also strongly voiced to point out the supreme attitude of legal interpretation of the Supreme Court, which does not properly reflect the reality of computer–based document processing and use, such as changing the image on a computer screen. The Supreme Court’s recent ruling, which is the subject of a critical analysis of this paper, is drawing attention to the issue again. The purpose of this article is to clarify the current law and the interpretation of the law of the Supreme Court, and examine the argument of the interpretation by comparing and examining several precedents showing various types of behavior among the precedents of the Supreme Court up to now.

A Disposable and Sensitive Electrochemical immunosensor for Label-free Detection of Leptin from Diet-Induced Obesity (DIO) C57BL/6J Mice Model

Leptin has been focused on one of the key elements showing anti-obese effects. Diet-induce obese (DIO) C57BL/6 male mouse model fed with high-fat chow was developed to study correlation between levels of blood leptin level compared with standard and fat group. Leptin level has been calculated with screen-printed gold electrode (SCGE) coated with immobilized monoclonal anti-leptin antibody. Antibody was immobilized by chemical linker established by 4-MBA (4-mercaptobenzoic acid) coated on gold surface of SCGE. Leptin level was measured by two electrochemical analytic methods; electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). DIO group represented significant physical values (body weight, height, waist circumference and fat, organ masses) and notable electrochemical signals from EIS and CV. Our results suggest that it can be demonstrated different types of real human serum samples.

교양 태권도 수업 지도자의 매력성이 수업만족, 긍정적 감정 및 수업추천에 미치는 영향

This study aimed to understand how the elective Taekwondo course impacted the instructors’ attractiveness on class satisfaction, positive emotions, and class recommendations. By analyzing various factors, this study focused on providing a key foundation for understanding the instructors' attractiveness in the elective Taekwondo course. The researchers surveyed 360 college students in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Gyeongsangbuk-do and Jeollabuk-do province who were taking elective Taekwondo class, and 345 answers were used for analyses. Frequency analysis, EFA, CFA, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS & AMOS 23.0 version. According to results, firstly, intimacy and likability of instructors’ attractiveness had a significant influence on psychological satisfaction. In addition familiarity, likability, and intimacy of instructors’ attractiveness had a significant influence on physical satisfaction. Secondly, intimacy and familiarity of instructors’ attractiveness had a significant influence on positive emotion. Thirdly, intimacy, familiarity, and likability instructors’ attractiveness had a significant influence on class recommendations. 본 연구는 교양 태권도 수업 지도자의 매력성이 수업만족, 긍정적 감정 및 수업추천에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 교양 태권도 수업 지도자의 매력성에 대한 중요성을 파악하고 다양한 변인과 태권도 지도자 매력성 관계를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 서울, 경기도, 경상북도 및 전라북도 지역에 소재하고 있는 6곳의 대학에서 교양 태권도 수업에 참여한 대학생을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 9개의 강좌에서 각각 40부씩 총 360부의 설문지를 배포하여 345부를 최종결과 분석에 이용하였다. 자료처리방법은 SPSS 23.0 및 AMOS 23.0을 이용하였으며, 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 교양 태권도 수업 지도자의 매력성 중 친밀성, 호감성 요인은 심리적 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 유사성, 호감성, 친밀성 요인은 신체적 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교양 태권도 수업 지도자의 매력성 중 호감성, 친밀성 요인은 긍정적 감정에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교양 태권도 수업 지도자의 매력성 중 호감성, 친밀성, 유사성 요인은 수업추천에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

중국 태권도 지도자의 감성적 리더십이 수련만족 및 소비자행동에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to figure out the influence of the perceptual leadership of Chinese Taekwondo coaches on the training satisfaction and consumer behavior of trainees in the Chinese Taekwondo market, so as to provide basic data for the study of perceptual leadership of Chinese Taekwondo coaches in the future. The subjects of the study select the trainees from the eight Taekwondo gymnasiums respectively. Total 355 samples were applied after the actual analysis in the final. The material analysis of the study adopts the SPSS 22.0. The analysis results show that, firstly, the self-cognition ability and social cognition ability of Taekwondo coaches in the perceptual leadership have a significant influence on the psychological satisfaction of trainees. Secondly, the ability of self-cognition and self-management of Taekwondo coaches in the perceptual leadership have a significant influence on the psychological satisfaction of trainees. Thirdly, the ability of self-management and self-cognition of Taekwondo coaches in the perceptual leadership have a significant influence on the psychological satisfaction of trainees. Fourthly, in the perceptual leadership of Taekwondo coaches, only the ability to deal with relationships has a significant influence on word of mouse and re-entry rate. 본 연구는 중국 태권도 시장에서 중국 태권도 지도자의 감성적 리더십이 수련생의 수련만족 및 소비자행동에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 향후 중국 태권도 지도자의 리더십 연구를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 중국 강소성에 위치한 8개의 태권도 도장 수련생을 모집단으로 선정하였으며, 각 태권도 지도자의 도움을 얻어 6개월 이상 태권도를 수련한 수련생을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 자료를 수집한 후 최종 355부를 실제 분석에 이용하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 태권도 지도자의 감성적 리더십 중 자기인식 능력과 사회적 인식 능력이 수련만족의 하위요인인 심리적 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도 지도자의 감성적 리더십 중 자기인식 능력과 자기관리 능력은 수련만족의 하위요인인 사회적 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 태권도 지도자의 감성적 리더십 중 자기관리 능력과 자기인식 능력은 수련만족의 하위요인인 신체적 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 태권도 지도자의 감성적 리더십 중 관계관리 능력은 소비자행동 중 구전의도와 재 입관의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The research aimed to investigate the effect of the participatory motivation of members in the sports center regarding their psychological happiness, self-esteem, and intention of exercise maintenance. By analyzing various factors, this research aimed to provide a basic research foundation for members in the sport center members in China. In the research, we selected members who used five sports centers located in Henan China and finally 429 questionnaires were used in actual analysis. According to results: First, outside-showing, fun, health, social, and to skill acquisition of participation motivation had significant influence on confidence of psychological happiness. In addition, fun, outside-showing, social, health, and to skill acquisition of participation motivation had significant influence on the pleasure of psychological happiness. Second, fun, skill acquisition, and social of participation motivation had significant influence on self-esteem. Third, fun, social, and outside-showing of participation motivation had significant influence on intention of exercise maintenance.
