        일체주조법, 레이저용접법, 납착법, 방전가공법에 의해 제작된 임플란트 보철물의 적합도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to measure and compare the strains produced by screw-tightening implant frameworks fabricated by aye different fabrication methods; (1) one-piece cast using plastic sleeve, (2) one-piece cast using gold cylinder, (3) laser welding, (4) soldering, and (5) electrical discharge machining, and also to measure and compare the strains produced when the order of screw tightening was changed A research model incorporating eighteen strain gages was made to measure the fit of implant frameworks in three dimensions. Three implants aligned in an arc were fixed on the top ends of the L-shape aluminum bars of the research model, and standard abutments were joined to the implants with abutment screws. Five types of implant framework were placed on the abutments and screwed by a torque wrench using 10 Ncm. Under the conditions of this study, the following conclusions were drawn: 1. The electrical discharge machining group showed the smallest magnitude of strain, followed by the soldering group, the laser welding group, the one-piece cast group using gold cylinder, and the one-piece cast group using plastic sleeve. However, among the magnitude of strain for the remaining groups except the electrical discharge machining group, there were not significant differences. 2. When the order of screw tightening was changed, there were not significant differences in the magnitude of strain. 3. In comparison with the electrical discharge machining group, the laser welding group and the one-piece cast groups showed greater horizontal distortion and the soldering group showed greater horizontal and vertical distortion.

        Au-Ag-Cu-Pd합금과 복합레진간의 접착결합강도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of various metal surface treatments and adhesive systems on the flexural bond strength of composite resin to Au-Ag-Cu-Pd alloy. The specimens were divided into nine groups by the combinations of surface treatment methods and adhesive systems. The types of surface treatment in this study were alumina blasting only, alumina blasting-Sn plating, alumina blasting-heating and three kinds of adhesive system used in this study were Silicoater system(Heraeus Kulzer GmbH,Germany), Superbond C & B(Sun Medical Co.,Ltd.,Japan) and Cesead opaque primer(Kurary Co.,Ltd.,Japan). After surface treatments and adhesive systems were applied, each specimen was built up with Dentacolor composite resin (Heraeus Kulzer GmbH,Germany). Four-point flexural bond strength was measured by Instron universal testing machine (Model 4301,U.S.A.) and modes of failure were observed by SEM(JEOL,SSM-840A,Japan). The obtained results were as follows: 1. The group that was bonded with Superbond C & B after alumina blasting-heating shelved the highest bond strength with significant difference among the groups, except the group with Cesead opaque primer after alumina blasting-Sn plating(P<0.05). 2. In the groups bonded with Cesead opaque primer, there was significant difference only in the bond strength between the alumina blasting-Sn plating group and alumina blasting group, where the former showed a higher bond strength(P<0.05). 3. In the groups bonded with Silicoater system, there were no significant differences in bond strength regardless of the surface treatment method(P<0.05). 4. In SEM evaluation, the groups of high bond strength, especially bonded with Superbond C & B after alumina blasting-heating and Cesead opaque primer after alumina blasting-Sn plating, revealed mainly cohesive-adhesive failure, whereas the others showed the tendency of adhesive failure.

      • 물산업에 있어 R&D의 노동생산성 개선 효과 분석

        본 연구는 녹색성장 연관성 및 미래시장 유망성 등을 이유로 우리나라의 신성장동력산업 중 하나로 선정된 "물산업" 육성에 대한 정당성 확보를 위해 물산업에 R&D를 실시할 경우 창출되는 경제적 효과를 분석함으로써 선택과 집중에 대한 정책적 시사점을 찾는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 환경부(2008)의 "물산업 통계 특수분류"에 의거하여 1991년~2009년동안 NICE신용평가정보의 229개 기업 패널데이터를 이용하여 DSUR 추정기법으로 물산업의 R&D가 노동생산성에 미치는 효과를 분석한 결과, R&D스톡의 증가는 물관련 건설업과 하폐수처리 관련업의 노동생산성(1인당 부가가치)를 증가시키는 반면, 용수공급 관련업의 노동생산성에는 유의하지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 한편, 추정된 연구개발탄력성과 노동생산성의 연평균 증가율, 절대적인 산업규모(매출액, 부가가치, 종사자 수)를 종합적으로 고려한 분석을 실시한 결과, 하폐수처리관련업은 연구개발탄력성과 노동생산성 증가율이 높을 뿐만 아니라 산업규모도 비교적 큰 산업으로 나타났고, 물관련 건설업은 타 물산업에 비해 노동생산성 증가율은 낮지만 연구개발탄력성과 산업규모에 있어 기간산업으로서의 관리가 필요한 산업으로 분석되었다. 요컨대, 모든 부분에서 강점을 가진 하폐수처리 관련업은 현 상황을 유지하기 위해 노력하고, 용수공급 관련업은 R&D의 효율성 개선에 주력하며, 물관련 건설업은 노동생산성 향상을 위한 노력을 경주해야 할 것이다. This study aims to provide policy implications by analyzing the labor productivity improvement effects of the R&D investment in the Water Industries. To this end, this study analyzes the effects on labor productivity of the R&D stock in the Water Industries by using DSUR estimation techniques about 229 companies panel data from 1991 to 2009 years. The results of analysis show that R&D stock increase in Water-Related Construction Industries and Waste-Water Treatment Industries improves labor productivity(value added per capita), while the labor productivity of Water-Supply Related Industries is not significant. This study also conducts an analysis based on estimated R&D elasticity, average annual growth rate of labor productivity, absolute industry size(total sales, value added, the number of employees). The results of analysis, Waste-Water Treatment Industries has high R&D elasticity and high labor productivity growth as well as relatively large-scale industry. Even though Water-Related Construction Industries has low labor productivity growth, it has high R&D elasticity and it is strictly large-scale industry. In summary, Waste-Water Treatment Industries with strengths in all areas works to maintain the current situation, and Water-Supply Related Industries focused on improving the efficiency of R&D, Water-Related Construction Industries focused on improving the labor productivity.

        충북지역 공공임대주택의 주거만족도 분석

        본 연구는 물리적 요인뿐만 아니라 사회적 요인을 고려한 충북지역 공공임대주택 입주자의 주거만족도 분석 을 통해 공공임대주택의 주거만족도를 유형별로 비교해보고, 주택유형별 만족도의 특성을 파악함으로써 지역적 특성 을 반영한 공공임대주택 정책방향에 대한 기초정보를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 공공임대주택의 이론 적 고찰 및 공공임대주택 공급과 관리 현황을 파악한 후, 물리적·사회적 요인을 중심으로 공공임대주택 주거실태 만 족도조사를 유형별로 실시하였다. 물리적 요인에 대한 주거만족도 조사결과, 주택 및 아파트단지의 내부 및 외부와 주변 환경에 대한 만족도가 상이하게 나타났다. 한편, 사회적 요인에 대한 주거만족도 조사 결과, 이웃관계에 대한 주 거만족도와 단지에 대한 이미지는 주택유형별로 유의미한 차이가 존재하는 반면, 지역공동체 활동참여에 대한 만족도 는 주택유형별로 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다 The Purpose of this study is to propose policy directions for residential level improvement of residents in Public Rental Housing. In this study, the contents coverage was limited to the policy proposal on the efficient management of public rental housing by reviewing papers, understanding present situations of supply and management of Public Rental Housing and investigating residential conditions. First, the residential satisfaction of physical factors were different from by the type of public rental housing. The satisfaction of physical factors was highest in the kookmin rental housing, permanent and 50 years rental housing were lower than kookmin rental housing. Second, resident’s satisfactions of social factor such as neighborhood relationship and the image of apartment complex were differed by each housing types. However, there was no difference in satisfaction of community participation by each housing types.

        빅데이터를 활용한 COVID-19 전후 충청북도 경제적 손실추정: 관광객 신용카드 소비액을 중심으로

        This study estimated the economic loss effect of the Chungcheongbuk-do tourism industry in 2020 due to COVID-19 through a comparison of 2019 and 2020. Based on the estimated loss, the negative impact on the entire Chungcheongbuk-do region was discussed in the framework of industry-related analysis, and the size of the loss was specifically estimated in three aspects: production, added value, and employment. These results were able to provide basic data that ultimately emphasized the importance of tourism policy by identifying areas that may be affected by economic losses. It is meaningful that the reliability of the economic loss effect has been enhanced through the analysis of credit card big data, which has been limited in use. The limitations of the study were discussed, and the necessity of follow-up research was proposed.
