        고차원 자료의 재현성과 표본 수

        임상시험을 위한 표본 수 산정방법에 대해 지금까지 많은 방법이 개발되었고 현재 국내외 임상시험 기관에서 이 방법들을 토대로 표본 수를 산정하고 있다. 하지만 마이크로어레이칩 을 이용한 실험에 필요한 표본 수 산정에 대한 연구는 아직 미비하여 제대로 이용되지 않고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 마이크로어레이 실험에 필요한 표본 수를 산정하는 데 있어 실제 마이크로어레이 자료의 재현성에 대한 정보를 이용하여 그 지침을 제공하는데 있다. 재현성 비교에서는 5가지 검정방법 즉, Fold change, Two-sample t-test, Wilcoxon rank-sum test, SAM, LPE 방법 별로 재현성을 측정하였다. 발현 값의 표준화 방법에 있어서는 MAS5, RMA 두 가지로 세분화 하였으며 반복수에 따라 상위 20개 또는 100개 유전자에 대한 일치성도 측정하였다. 또한, 표본수를 산정하는데 있어 기존에 제시한 방법에 현실적인 정보를 이용하여 좀 더 세분화하여 실험에 필요한 표본수를 산정해 보았다. A number of methods have been developed to determine sample sizes in clinical trial, and most clinical trial organizations determine sample sizes based on the methods. In contrast, determining sufficient sample sizes needed for experiments using microarray chips is unsatisfactory and not widely in use. In this paper, our objective is to provide a guideline in determining sample sizes, utilizing reproducibility of real microarray data. In the reproducibility comparison, five methods for discovering differential expression are used: Fold change, Two-sample t-test, Wilcoxon rank-sum test, SAM, and LPE. In order to standardize gene expression values, both MAS5 and RMA methods are considered. According to the number of repetitions, the upper 20 and 100 gene accordances are also compared. In determining sample sizes, more realistic information can be added to the existing method because of our proposed approach.

        친빈곤적 성장을 통한 사회통합적 지역개발 방안 연구

        The purpose of this study is to provide a scheme of socially cohesive regional development strategy at local level. For that, this study uses the concept of pro-poor growth considering the positive relationship between economic growth and social equity to find the suitable strategy of socially cohesive regional development in regard to reducing poverty group during economic growth. As a result, this study concludes with some suggestions to facilitate the strategy, such as (1) cultivating work-integration social enterprise, (2) considering gender mainstreaming, (3) enhancing social welfare system, (4) organizing local-based citizen association, (5) constructing multi-regional development council, and (6) developing regional stewardship.

        다짐후의 흡수력 조절 시험을 이용한 노상토의 함수비에 따른 변형특성 평가 : Ⅰ. 거동

        함수비는 노상토의 탄성계수에 큰 영향을 미치는 환경인자이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 3종의 노상토에 대해 불포화토인 노상토의 특성에 맞추어 흡수력 조절이 가능하도록 개조한 공진주/비틂전단시험기를 이용하여 흡수력 및 함수비에 따른 탄성계수의 변화를 측정하였다. 흡수력이 증가할수록 함수비는 감소하였으며, 시료 내부에 작용하는 유효응력이 증가하여 탄성계수는 증가하였다. 또한, 동일한 노상토에 대해 다양한 다짐함수비로 함수비 변화를 이용한 시험결과와 흡수력 조절 시험결과와 비교를 하였다. 조립질의 노상토에서는 최적함수비의 건조측에서 두 시험결과의 차이가 크게 나타났는데, 흡수력을 조절한 경우가 다짐함수비를 조절한 경우에 비해서 탄성계수의 증가율이 크게 나타났다. 한편 압력판 추출시험을 이용하여 각 노상토의 함수특성곡선을 산정하여 2002 AASHTO 설계법에서 제시한 함수특성곡선과 비교하였다. 최대탄성계수로 정규화 시킨 정규화 탄성계수 감소곡선은 함수비 또는 흡수력의 크기에 관계없이 대부분 일정하였으며, 따라서 함수비에 따른 탄성계수 구성모델을 산정할 때 최대탄성계수를 이용하여도 무방하리라 판단된다. In a pavement structure, moisture is an environmentally driven variable that can significantly affect the resilient modulus of subgrade soils which are usually unsaturated. In this study, the variations of deformational modulus with post compaction moisture content were investigated for three subgrade soils using resonant column and torsional shear (RC/TS) testing equipment which was modified to control the suction. A series of tests was performed to evaluate the modulus values using specimens compacted at various moisture contents and compared to the results obtained by post compaction method by suction controlling. Pressure plate extractor test was also adopted to determine the soil water characteristic curve (SWCC) of each specimen and these were compared with SWCCs proposed by AASHTO 2002 design guide. As the suction increased, the moisture content was decreased and the modulus was increased at the whole strain range due to the increase of effective stress among soil particles. During the drying procedure of coarse grained subgrade soils, the modulus values in suction controlling specimens were significantly different from those in specimens compacted at various moisture contents. The normalized modulus reduction curve was almost unique independent of suction pressure or moisture content. Hence it would be possible to develope the modulus-soil moisture model for subgrade soil using maximum modulus at small strain.

        토지이용 특성과 도시압축성의 관계분석 연구

        Although there is no unified solution for sustainable development, a compact urban spatial structure associated with persuading environmentally friendly urban form and blocking imprudent urban sprawl through inequal and compact inner city development is suggested as one of the important solution. For that, it is necessary for efficient land use. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between land use and urban compactness. For the analysis, this study creates the integrated urban compactness index based on the levels of urban inequality and decentralization for 75 major cities in Korea, and compares it with various land use patterns. The results show that land use patterns are the most important to determine the strength of urban compactness. Specifically, mixed land use has strong relationship with the high compactness. Other land use patterns, such as residential use and industrial use are as well. In the case of spatial structure characteristics, high density with large urban area tends to bring on higher urban compactness. In turn, this can lead low energy consumption due to transportation energy use reduction. This study suggests some policy implications: (1) mixed-use land use with higher residential zoning is necessary, (2) transit-oriented development(TOD) should be suggested, not only to decrease energy consumption, but also to increase urban compactness.

        Client is to give a surprise to the people through the building, through an unforgettable experience, it is necessary to use of the building they are planning and building their own highlight. In particular, the convention Stadium, Expo exhibition facilities, etc. can be said that case. Although we review and perform the process for patterning the exterior panel and optimizing the member size with using design programs such as Digital Product in the design stage, we have to draw the shop drawings and test for reflecting the structural stability and constructability and etc. with considering the site conditions. For the design and construction of the Free-Form building, Design-Engineering Manager or company coordinates the design and construction, who plays the key role in the accomplishment of project should be assigned carefully and in the implementation process of Free-Form buildings, the exterior panels such as an 3D external panel and the procurement of materials for the business capability to secure the safety of the supply of the structural stability, materials for the Frame Space consisting, verification of performance should be carefully managed.

        다범주로지스틱모형을 이용한 거주주택 유형별 주택 및 주거환경 인식 비교연구

        This study compared the perception of housing and residential environments by current housing type including single family housing, multi household housing, apartment, and multi unit housing in Seoul using ANOVA, scheffe post-hoc analysis, and multinomial logistic analysis. As a result, this study found that the perception of housing conditions and residential environment features has significantly differed among the housing type. More specifically, the conditions of apartment are relatively better compared to other type of housing. On the other hand, the conditions of multi household housing are perceived as the worst. Regarding the residential environment features, all type of housing assessed to be relatively favorable for their structural and physical conditions, but the fact that the apartment is relatively satisfactory compared to the other type of housing. Specifically, the residential environment features related to safety and residential convenience have greater difference in perception. These results show that there is a big difference in understanding the residential environments typically between apartment and non-apartment type. Through the conclusion of this study, it is identified the need for housing planning and policy to improve residential environments, specifically in old and original residential areas where mainly non-apartment type of housing is sprawled.
