스포츠이벤트 활성화를 위한 자원봉사자의 활용방안

The purpose of this study lies in groping for an application program of volunteers as a program for the activation of sports event. The result of this is as follows; As an application program to perform sports events successively, First, we have to maintain well-qualified volunteers with the understanding of volunteers resource. For this, it needs to be connected with domestic and foreign volunteer-related groups, to get information from them, and to set up a volunteer leader band. Also we should get information on the members of the course of physical education, sports-science, recreation-related dept., or related groups, and then educate them so that they may he volunteers at various sports events. Second, considering each volunteer`s character and ability, we should arrange them to proper places. As sports event requires various range of volunteers, it is important to put a right man in a right place that each volunteer can act to the best of their ability; this has a great effect on reparticipation of them. Third, we should not forget to appraise volunteers after events. The value of their activities is a very important element to improve the quality of sports event; a positive appraisement about the participation gives a momentum to prepare for the next event. Fourth, we should train or retrain the volunteers. In the management of volunteers, training is essential for them to show their best. Fifth, we should improve the related regulation and system to support volunteers; sports have the possibility of accidents in their characteristic, but proper maintenance for the training and management can lead out an active participation of volunteers. We can also lessen the burden of volunteering by the minimal system for financial support. Events will spread out in various ways, and especially sports event will show steady and rapid development. Among many programs for the event activation, the application of volunteers is regarded as a very inspiring and effective one. In my opinion, it is required to study this from the various aspect of volunteers when we consider an increasing demand for sports event volunteers.

합리적 스포츠 경영 정보화를 위한 선행 과제

Recently, Korean government make desperate efforts for applied program and database construction for rationalized sports management. But in the construction of sports network, program developers are non-specialist for sports. Therefore construction of database and development of applied program are not systemically established, and have a deficit. So users look away the programs. For the information of joint ownership not the information for information, we must solve the preceding problem before the systemic plan and strategic establishment. The objects of this study that are on the basis of content of recode investigation and account service are follows. First, we must support and extend the system project. Second, popularization of special human wear is needed keenly. Third, special organization must be constructed. Fourth, investment of long-term judgment must be got accomplished. Fifth, organization of management information should be established systemically. Sixth, high quality of sports information must be got accomplished. Seventh, development of discriminatory applied software are needed. And lastly introduction of herb form are suggested.

The Purpose of this Study, focused on the sports equipment industry in Japan, is to look into that field closely and understand the shift and the trend of the sports equipment market as well. The results from this study are as follows: 1. The fast-growing big sports industry which includes such like golf, ski, and marine sports get stagnant by economic depression, equipment oversupply and price fall compacted with the past brisk market. 2. The American sports equipment industry`s advance into Japan and the joining of the new sports business make Japan`s sports equipment market have make excessive competition. Especially, There is a tendency divided in two shown as a small number of picked items` pro-shop(classified by sports items, such like golf, ski, tennis, baseball, etc,) and the specialized and large-sized sports equipment agencise. 3. The ski equipment business, as a result of the excessive price breaking, make a worse profit than ever and the people`s trust in brand sink severely. On the contrary, snow board business is highlighted as a promising market in the sports equipment industry. 4. According to the size and the component percentage of sports equipment market, golf business is found to occupy the sports equipment market generally.

해양스포츠 관광의 진흥 방안에 관한 연구

This study is researched for the purpose of setting the triangular position in the Korean marine sports which have a blessing marine resources with meeting the newly 21th Century marine era. First, it must be driven the public relations or upbringing a leader through the marine sports courses, the experience boarding and offering the reflex materials for planing the supply of the marine sports activity. Second, it is promoted the expansion of the natural affirmative infra facilities according to the environment aspect and the development of the marine park in the establishment of the marine sports places. Third, it is needed the trying to develop the educational program such as marine sports free-courses, marine camp or marine sports to the tour package goods for developing the marine sports program. At last, the formation structure of the marine sports events is firmed according to the faculty such a tour plan and the tour marketing in holding the marine sports events.

스포츠이벤트유치 및 개최와 지역사회발전간의 관계

This study is focused on the problem about the expecting sport-policy at the period of localization after our country introduces self-governing system. Now, Does the attraction and holding of sport event affect local community development ? I am going to grasp their relationship through Japanes exemples. 1) In the type of reginal adhesion, local residents realized their district sport-action to select sport as district chief event. 2) In the type of event, there were following effects of increasement of local reputation, cultural exchange between residents and another local resisdents, propaganda and sale of indigenous products and formation of local common sense. 3) In the type of specration-invition, Attraction of sport event had an effect revenue and local nomination. 4) In the type to use image, there were some effect to enlarge income from sightseeing, to understanding sport and to develop it`s technology and popularization of sport program based on local specturity. To mention above, I can find social, economical, cultural effects in consequence of local sport event. 1) Participant`s estimation on the event(The degree of satisfaction, idea of revisiting etc.) 2) Estimation on the organization and management of event. 3) Estimation on what effect sport event had on local sport promotion policy. 4) Estimation on the local character and present condition of sport event and it`s problems. After sport event, we have to do four eseimations.

자치단체의 스포츠 정보 서비스 추진 방향에 관한 연구

Sports information is classified for regional residents to provide directly various and useful informations about sports easily. The results of fundamental driving direction that these contents could be made by database and informations be searched on internet are following; The first, they are classified with eight parts, sports administration, sports consultation, sports facility, sports programs, sports director, sports organization, sports events, and sports articles in classification and contents of sports information service. The second, information service using internet or homepage and cautious things in opening it to public is suggested in practicing information service for autonomous groups to provide regional residents with contents of eight parts.

스포츠법학 적용 접근에 관한 연구 시론

The purpose of this study is to examine studying sphere of sport-law and look into forwarding problems. I found following conclusions among background of sport emerging as right, studyrange of sport-law, its project. I think that background of sport emerging as right came from enactment and pronauncement `Draft Recommendation or the European Sport for All Charter(The Council of Europe, 1975)` and `International Charter of Physical Education and Sport(UNESCO, 1978)`. 1) A range of sport-law is divided following, (1) sport-right. (2) sport-accident and lawful responsibility. (3) content-analysis of sport-law. 2) As studying subject of sport-law, First, we have to deeply analyze how to realize and satisfy people`s practical right of sport to be guaranteed by relation2d sport-law, also bring a solution. In the field of sport, I think we should discuss constitution ii effectivness and establish the grounds of laws first of all. Second, To solve the problems of sport accidents and it`s responsibility. In the national level a necessary action must be taken and leaders, participators, operators, studying persons have to study the foreignal examples and judicial precedents and the experts are necessary in the line of speciality. Third, In order that the nations regard sport as their basic right, explanation of sport-law should be various and profound. We should analyse the contents of related sport-law and examine closely them in historical view. Because This sport-law is not solved by only Physical Education and Sport, Sport-law have good relation with not only general law, philosophy, history, social science, psychology, medical science, pedagogy but also sport- medical science, sport psychology, sport-social science.

The purpose of this study was to examine the present condition of training system of the recreation instructor methods and to present the problems and development. The results of this study are as followings: 1. In order to specialize the recreation instructor; it is necessary to establish the system of educating the recreation classified by to target (sex, age, area, etc.) 2. The educating recreation instructors has to be enriched through constructing the system that can use the expert advisor of every expert development. 3. The contents of text for education of recreation instructors are judged as inappropriated timely and socially, it is necessary to complement and develop teaching materials meeting the need timely and socially, begin concerned about the characteristics of expert department.
