용융 Si 침윤 방법에 의한 새로운 다공질 RBSC 제조공정이 개발되었으며, 용융 Si 침윤공정 방법으로 제조된 다공질 RBSC의 최대 3-점 파괴 강도는 18 MPa, 최대 기공율은 46% 범위이었다. 용융 Si 침윤방법으로 제조된 다공질 RBSC의 기계적 특성 및 기공율은 성형체내 SiC 입자 표면의 카본 source의 양 및 침윤시 사용된 Si의 양에 직접적으로 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 침윤시 상대 Si 양은 40%를 사용하였으며, SiC 입자 표면에 graphite와 phenol resin을 함께 코팅한 성형체를 사용하여 제조된 다공질 RBSC에서 최대 파괴강도 값을 얻었다. 상대 Si의 양의 증가는 다공질 RBSC의 파괴강도를 감소시켰으며, SiC 입자 표면의 카본 source 코팅층은 graphite와 phenol resin을 같이 사용하였을 때 다공질 RBSC의 파괴강도는 증가되었으나, RBSC 내 기공율은 감소되었다.

This study was undertaken to observe the interreleationship of protein synthesis between maternal regenerating liver and fetus by measuring the incorporation rate of L-lysine-C^14. In non-hepatectomized rats, the incorporation rate into plasma protein was faster in pregnant rats but no difference of the incorporation rate was noted in other organs; regenerating liver, kidney, heart and adrenals, between pregnant and non-pregnant rats. In hepatectomized rats (40 hrs post-hepatectpmy), the incorporation rate into liver protein revealed equally increased rate in non-pregnant and pregnant rats. The incorporaiton rate intoprotein of intact fetus was not influenced by partial hepatectomy but the number of fetal resorption was significantly increased in hepatectomized pregnant rats.
용융 Si-C-SiC계에서 $\beta$-SiC 생성기구

${\beta}$-SiC formation mechanism in Si melt-C-SiC system with varying in size of carbon source was investigated. A continuous reaction sintering process using Si melt infiltration method was adopted to control the reaction sintering time effectively. It was found that ${\beta}$-SiC formation mechanism in Si melt-C-SiC system was directly affected by the size of carbon source. In the Si melt-C-SiC system with large carbon source ${\beta}$-SiC formation mechanism could be divided into two stages depending on the reaction sintering time: in early stage of reaction sintering carbon dissolution in Si melt and precipitation of ${\beta}$-SiC was occurred preferentially and then SIC nucleation and growth was controlled by diffusion of carbon throughy the ${\beta}$-SiC layer formed on graphite particle. Furthmore a dissolution rate of graphite particles in Si melt could be accelerated by the infiltration of Si melt through basal plane of graphite crystalline.

Using various resin on the ordinary abusive paper, the characterisation of abrasives and the organization of coated double, partial and muti layers are detected. Respectively, the efficiency double layer coating with the soluble latex among the various resins was reduced by sinking behavior of grain and closing at dints when it was grinding. In the mixing of resort and soluble latex resins, the flexible was increased but the characteristics of grinding was reduced. As double layer coating soluble phenol resin was superior characteristic of grinding because of strong adhesion. The increase on decrease of the characteristics of grinding as controling quantity of H₂O was effective. At the double layer coating using epoxy resin, it be known that the more harding agents were used the better characteristics of abrasives were acknowledged. In the multi-layer coating, the properties of abrasive of the soluble phenol resin was better than that of other soluble latex and epoxy resin not only at the seining but processed with abrasive time.
Gel Aluminous Grit로 제조한 정밀연삭용 Vitrified 숫돌에 관한 연구

The ultra fine grained vitrified wheel manufactured with the gel state Al₂O₃ grit from the raw material of Al₂(SO₄)₃14-18H₂O. At this the seeds were added to inhibit the participation of the α-Al2O3 to composition of bonds by the reaction between grit and bond. The grit structure was cellular, but the particles were ultrafine of sub-micron order. Among the various frit used as bonds R1 series were the most appropriate and fining. The value of M.0.R was the highest at the specimen of 70 w/o bond contents and the 50 w/o seed contents in grit. The similar tendencies were detected with the other bonds and firing conditions. The firing could be possible at the same conditions of the commonly fired vitrified grinding wheel at 1300℃.
