      • Flux법에 의해 제조된 압전 세라믹(PZT)의 첨가물 효과

        The electrical resistitivty and piezoelectric properties have been studied for Lead Zirconate-Titanate (PZT) with Nb₂O?? dopant, fabricated from conventional mixed-oxide powders and molten salt synthesis. The resistivity and electromechanical coupling factor(K??) were increased with increasing Nb contents. The reason for increasing of the electrical resistivity below the Curie Temperature(Tc). It is believed that the p-type electrical conduction in PZT is caused by the lead vacancies. The electromechanical coupling factor(K??) and piezoelectric constant d?? were improved by Nb?? additives. This behavior can be explained as a compensation effect and Nb?? can serve as a donar and contribute electrons to the conduction process. As a result, the optimized Nb₂O?? dopants on the PZT specimens were 0.75wt%.

      • 合成온도에 따른 Ni-Zn 페라이트의 磁氣的 特性

        A topic of this study is focused on the magnetic properties of Ni-Zn ferrite dependent on heat treat-ments(60, 80, 95℃) and frequency. Ni-Zn ferrite powders were synthesized by wet-direct method using FeCl₂·6H₂O, NiCl₂·6H₂O and ZnCl₂ as starting raw materials. As a summary, the initial permeability, loss factor and magnetic reluctance in the frequencies of 10 KHz∼10MHz for the specimens by prepared on the 60(℃) heat treatment and sintering condition at 1100(℃) for 3 hours were 7, 1∼5×10?? and 14.7(AT/wb), respectively. The highest highest figure of merit (??×Q) at the 400(KHz) was 1,050.

        The Lead Zirconate-Titanate (PZT) ceramic elements are used for piedzoelectric material. In this paper, I studied the dependence of frequency and temperature on the relative dielectic constant, electromechanical coupling coefficient, mechanical quality factor of PZT ceramic which is maded by hot-pressing method and investigated the electron micrographs of the etched surface of PZT ceramics prepard by various sintering condition.

      • 산화조건에 따른 Cu-Zn페라이트 분말의 자기적 특성

        In this paper, the optimum oxidation conditions in preparing the Cu-Zn ferrite wore investigated. The Cu-Zn ferrite powders which were synthesized by the coprecipitation method using FeCl( ) 6H( )O, CuCl( ) 2H( )O, ZnCl( ) and NaOH. These powders dependent on various heat treatments and oxidation conditions were prepared. The properties of Cu-Zn ferrite powders were examined by SEM, XRD, and VSM. The shape of powders obtained at 70(℃) were more spherical and fine-grained particles than that of powders prepared at 25, 50 and 60(℃), respectively. The saturation magnetization of the powders was not influenced by adding H( )O( ), but was influenced significantly by air oxidation. We have found that the saturation magnetization of Cu-Zn powders was dependent on the reaction time of air oxidation and was saturated in 6 hours.

      • Actuator용 PNN-PZN-PZT계 세라믹의 유전 및 전기적 특성

        In the fields of the optics, precise machine, semiconductors, the micro-positioning actuators are required ofr the control of position in the submicron range. In this study, 0.5Pb(Ni??Nb??)O₃-(0.5-x)Pb(Zn??Nb??)O₃-xPb(Zr??Ti??)O₃ceramics were fabricated by columbite precursor method. The structual, dielectric and electric properties were investigated for sintering condition. The specimen sintered at 1,150(℃) for 1hr, had the highest density and dielectric constant. The resistivity, dielectric constant and density were increased with increasing PZT contents.

      • 공침법에 의해 제조된 압전 세라믹(PZT)의 유전 및 압전특성

        In this paper, the dielectric and piezoelectric properties of piezocermics(PZT) made by coprecipitation method and metal oxide method were investigated. At and over pH 8 coprecipitates were obtained. The particle size of PZT powders obtained by coprecipitation method was about 0.1(μm). It's shape was spherical and fine grain. The sintering temperature was lowered about 150(℃) than that of conventional metal oxide mettled since fine grained particle was obtained. By preparing piezoceramics PZT by the coprecipitation method, the dielectric and piezoelectric properties were improved in comparision with that of conventional metal oxide method. In particular, the best results obtained by both methods were shown at Zr/Ti composition ratio 52/48.

      • 이단하소에 의해 제조된 PNN-PZ-PN 세라믹의 압전 및 유전특성

        In the fields of the optics, precise machine, semiconductors, the micro-positioning actuators are required for the control of position in submicron range. PNN-PZN-PZT cermics were fabricated with various mole ratio of the PZT[Pb(Zr½ Ti½)O₃] PNN[Pb(Ni⅓Nb⅔)O₃]and PZN[Pb(Zn⅓Nb⅔)O₃]powders prepared by double calcination and PZT powders prepared by molten-salt synthesis method. The formation rate of perovskite phase in PNN-PZN-PZT ceramics could be obtained about 92% at PZT 0.3 mole ratio. The relative permittivity of specimen with PZT 0.3 mole ratio was shown 5,320 and appeared the relaxor ferroelectric feature. The maximum piezoelectric coefficient d₃₁to be used for evaluation the displacement of piezoceramics in PNN-PZN-PZT ceramics was 324×10¹²(C/V) at the vicinity of morphotropic phase boundary and was larger than that of solid PZT ceramics(120×10-¹²C/V).

      • 2종의 Ferrite가 혼합된 페라이트/ 고무 복합형 전파흡수체의 전파흡수특성

        In this study, the ferrite/rubber composite microwave absorbers mixed Ni-Zn ferrite and Ni₂Y ferroxplanna were prepared in order to control matching condition. The variation of the material constants(ε*, μ*) and microwave absorbing characteristics were investigated with various ferrite mixing ratio. The material constants of ferrite/rubber composite microwave absorber could be controlled by variation ferrite mixing ratio.
