고정도 직선 이송을 위한 캠-슬라이더와 조정-캠을 이용한 테이프 피더 개발

In recent years, a study of tape feeder which can feed the chips to chip-mounter very quickly is important issue. For that reason, the precision tape feeder of linear feeding type is developed using linear cam-slider mechanism. In this paper, for improvement of existing tape feeder, various analysis of tape feeder operation such as motion, position, velocity and acceleration, are executed using COSMOS Motion of SolidWorks COSMOS Application. Besides, experiment for obtaining real motion image is executed using high-speed camera. Control-cam and cam-slider which have improved in stability and precision is developed by comparing analytic and experiment result. For superior tape feeder, those are applied to the new tape feeder.

This paper is proposed web-based mold manufacturing process management system for the effective manufacturing processing management. Developed system is G-code analysis to include manufacturing information and organize according to cutting level, tool species, and tool path, etc. It is able to insert OMM(On Machine Measurement)-code in the organized G-code. And this system is developed to control remote-place manufacturing process management system by web-based Sever / Client system. So this is able to control remote-place system monitoring and mold manufacturing process management.
소집단 커뮤니케이션이 구성원의 집단 응집력, 집단 만족도, 노력회피성향에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 소집단의 상호작용에서 커뮤니케이션 과정이 집단의 응집력, 집단의 만족도, 구성원의 노력회피성향에 미치는 영향관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 171명의 30개 소집단으로 이루어진 대학생에게 그들 집단의 팀 프로젝트가 끝난 시점에서 설문조사를 실시하고 구조방정식 모형을 통하여 가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과, 효율적인 커뮤니케이션 과정의 하부 요인 중 동등참여는 과업적 응집력과 사회적 응집력, 집단의 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 나타냈다. 또한 효율적인 커뮤니케이션 과정의 하부 요인 중 존중은 사회적 응집력과 노력회피성향에 부정적인 영향을 주었다. 응집력의 경우, 과업적 응집력은 노력회피성향을 낮추었으며 집단의 만족도를 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 구성원의 위계질서가 상대적으로 덜 강조되는 과업중심의 단기프로젝트 팀에서 집단 성원의 응집력을 높이고 만족도를 증가시키며 사회적 태만을 줄이기 위해서는 상황에 맞는 효과적인 커뮤니케이션 전략이 필요하다는 것을 보여준다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of communication processes in small group interactions on group cohesiveness, group satisfaction, and members` withdrawing efforts. In addition, this study examined how group cohesiveness affected group satisfaction and withdrawing efforts. To achieve this goals, this study collected survey data from 171 college students in Korea assigned into 30 teams which conducted the final group projects at the end of semester. The results of data analyses of Structural Equation Modeling showed that first, among two factors (equal participation and respect) of communication process, equal participation positively affected group cohesiveness (task-cohesiveness and social-cohesiveness), group satisfaction. Second, among two factors of the independent variable of communication process, ``respect`` negatively affected social cohesiveness and withdrawing efforts. Third, among two factors (task and social-cohesiveness) of group cohesiveness, task-cohesiveness predicted the lower level of withdrawing efforts and the higher level of group satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to develop a Web-based mould identification system. A web-based mould identification system matches specific feature information obtained from vision and OMM system with CAD database. The system is exchange message between a server and a client by making of ActiveX control, and the result of mould identification is shown web-browser at remote site. Proposed mould identification process performs a 2D matching process which compares feature extracted from 2D vision image with CAD database before the information of the volume, specific surface of 3D object using reverse engineering is used to differentiate each mould with composite surface. The results are simulated and analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
