Period calculation standards for internally checking specific fire-fighting targets are categorized into the following: a fire-fighting target, a multipurpose building, an apartment, and a tunnel. The Framework Act on Fire-Fighting Services specifies that the period is calculated by converting the total area, households, and tunnel length of each specific fire-fighting target into the area accordingly. To estimate the standards on an apartment, the internal checking period is calculated by considering the number of households instead of the structure and scale of the apartment. A new stair access-type apartment is constructed. Its parking lot was enlarged to connect the complex to the underground. Additionally, multiple conveniences for residents are organized in the complex. However, period calculation for internally checking the targets considering only the number of households only doesn't reflect the reality. Therefore, to estimate the period calculation standards for internally checking an apartment, the systematic supplementation of period calculation is urgently required to enable actual checking by including the number households, the area of the annex buildings, such as the parking lot, and other facilities for residents, and by considering the check rate depending on the installation and deterioration of the fire-fighting facility installed in the apartment. The check rate of the number of households of the apartment is specified for re-establishing the standards on the check area and the standards on the household check, and to propose the advanced standards on calculating the internal check period. 특정소방대상물의 자체점검에 대한 기간산정 기준은 주용도 구분에 의해 소방대상물, 주상복합건축물, 공동주택, 터널로 구분되어 있으며, 이를 기준으로 각각 특정소방대상물의 연면적, 세대수, 터널의 길이 등을 면적으로 환산하여 기간산정을 하도록 소방법에 명시되어 있다. 이중 공동주택에 대한 기간산정 기준은 공동주택의 구조 및 규모를 고려하지 않은 오직 세대수에만 국한하여 자체점검 기간산정을 하고 있다. 최근의 공동주택은 복도식보다는 계단식 구조로 건설되고 있고, 주차장은 지하로 단지를 연결하도록 대형화되고 주민편의시설 등이 복합적으로 단지내에 구성되고 있는 상황에서 세대수에만 제한된 자체점검 기간산정은 현실을 반영하지 않은 제도라 판단된다. 따라서 공동주택의 자체점검 기간산정 기준을 세대수뿐만 아니라 주차장 및 주민편의시설 등 부속건축물의 면적을 포함하고, 공동주택에 설치된 소방시설물의 설치유무 및 노후화 등급에 따라 점검비율을 반영하여 실질적인 점검이 가능하도록 기간산정의 제도적 보완이 절실히 요구된다. 이에 공동주택의 세대수 점검비율을 구체화하여 점검면적 기준 및 세대 점검에 대한 기준을 재정립하고 고도화된 자체점검 기간산정 기준에 대해 제안하였다.

The possibility of the host thymus-dependent functions in the development of insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus was investigated in athymic nude (nu/nu) mice and euthymic heterozygous (+/nu) littermates of CD-1 origin, injecting either the multiple subdiabetogenic doses of streptozotocin (STZ) or the D-variant of encephalomyocarditis (EMC-D) virus. A single high dose of STZ caused a rapid hyperglycemia in both +/nu and nu/nu male mice. However, multiple low doses of STZ (30 or 35 ㎎/㎏ b.w./d, for 5 days) induced delayed hyperglycemia only in +/nu male mice ($gt;85%), and not in nu/nu male mice ($lt;17%). It clearly shows inhibitory effect of the nude gene in induction of diabetes in CD-1 mice by multiple low doses of STZ. The EMC-D virus produced hyperglycemia and insulitis in both +/nu and nu/nu male mice (76% diabetic and 73% diabetic, respectively). This shows that the immunological competence of the host may have no effect on diabetogenesis by EMC-D virus. Independent of their thymic function, female mice were quite resistant to the diabetogenic effect of the EMC-D virus. In EMC-D virus infected diabetic mice, the gross necrosis and insulitis were correlated only with the degree of hyperglycemia, regardless of the presence or absence of thymus. These results indicate that diabetes induction by EMC-D virus is not mediated by thymus (T-cell)-dependent processes.
