        창의적 문제해결 수업에서의 액션러닝 운영효과

        본 연구는 간호 대학생을 대상으로 액션러닝을 적용한 창의적 문제해결 교과에서 창의적 문제해결성향, 대인관계의 이해, 문제해결의 적극성에 미치는 효과를 확인하고 수업운영 도입의 필요성을 제시하기 위한 비동등성 대조군 전후 설계의 유사 실험 연구이다. 연구대상은 G시 소재한 S대학교 간호학과 2학년 중 실험군, 38명, 대조군 42명으로 총 80명이었다. 2014년 1학기에 ‘창의적 사고와 문제해결’ 교과명으로 액션 러닝기반 창의적 문제해결과정을 적용하여 2학점, 주2시간으로 15주간 수업을 실시하였으며, 2014년 3월 3~5일 수업실시 전과 15주 수업 완료 후인 6월 11~13일에 창의적 문제해결성향, 대인관계의 이해와 문제해결의 적극성을 측정하였다. 자료 분석은 일반적 특성과 종속변수의 사전 동질성 검증은 χ2-test와 Fisher s exact test, t-test를 실시하였으며, 창의적 문제해결 수업운영의 효과검증은 paired t-test, t-test를 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과에서 액션러닝을 적용한 창의적 문제해결 교과 운영 후 학생들의 창의적 문제해결성향(t=4.56, p<.001), 대인관계의 이해(t=6.65, p<.001)와 문제해결의 적극성(t=3.13, p<.001)이 통계적으로 유의한 결과가 나왔다. 따라서 본 연구는 창의적 문제해결 교과에서 액션러닝 교수방법 적용이 간호학과 학생들의 창의적 문제해결 역량을 개발하고 향상시키는데 효과적이며 학습 주도적 중심의 교수법의 도입에 근거자료를 제시한 점에서 의의를 지닌다. 추후연구에서는 액션러닝 수업운영에서 팀 학습의 효과, 질적 사례연구와 종단적 연구가 필요하리라 생각된다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of creative problem-solving subject on creative problem solving propensity, understanding of interpersonal relationship and positiveness in problem solving for nursing students. The quasi-experimental study is applied for a non-equivalent control group pre-post design. The number of subjects were 80 among sophomore nursing students (38 in experimental group and 42 in control group), located in G city, South Korea from March to June 2014. The data was analyzed by χ2-test, Fisher s exact test, t-test and paired t-test. The results showed that creative problem solving propensity (t=4.56, p<.001), understanding of interpersonal relationship (t=6.65, p<.001), and positiveness in problem solving ((t=3.13, p<.001) in experimental group were found to be statistically significant after the course of creative problem solving based on action learning. In conclusion, this study has significance in that the application of action learning is effective in developing and improving the creative problem solving ability of nursing students in the creative problem solving curriculum, and providing data based on the introduction of the learner-directed learning method. In Future research, it seems that team efficiency with project outcome, qualitative case study, and longitudinal study are needed in the course of action learning class.

        간호사를 위한 코칭 프로그램 개발 및 효과성 검증

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to develop a coaching program for nurses and verify its effects on emotional intelligence, coaching skills, selfefficacy and job satisfaction. Methods: A quasi-experimental study applying a non-equivalent control group pre-post test design was used. Sixty staff nurses with three years to ten years career were recruited, 30 nurses for the experimental group and 30 nurses for the control group. The coaching program was composed of coaching education step and coaching application step with lecture, practice used role-playing and fishbowls discussions with team-based learning, and it was implemented with the experimental group over 8 weeks. Data were collected from February 1st to March 31th, 2010, and were analysed using frequency, ratio, chi-square test, Fisher’s exact probability, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, t-test and ANCOVA with the SPSS program. Results: The experimental group who had the coaching program showed significant higher scores in emotional intelligence (p=0.001), coaching skills (p<0.001), self-efficacy (p<0.001), and job satisfaction (p<0.001) compared with the control group, it was supported for all hypothesis. Conclusions: The results of this study is considered to be the foundation assuming the systematic introduction of nursing education and coaching program development.

        실천학습 적용에 따른 간호관리자의 공통 기본역량 변화와 반응 분석

        Purpose: This study is analyzing nurse managers's common fundamental competencies changes and responses to the application of the action learning, and promoting introduction and revitalization of action learning. Method: The research design is one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects are 40 nurse managers. The program was performed for 5 weeks. Data were collected before the program and after 5 weeks program and were analyzed with paired t-test. Result: Action learning was an effective way to develop an individual and team and to solve the problem of organization. There were more significant increases after the program than before the program on common fundamental competencies(p<.05). Conclusion: This study has us confirm that action learning is an effective education method for organization members on the spot to recognize their problem and study by themselves and solve the practical problems with various solution process.
