In the 21st century, global environmental pollution has become one of the society's top issues. Throughout the world economy, many industrial sectors are beginning to recognize the impacts of their activities on the environment and to make significant changes to mitigate their environmental impact. The construction sector is also starting to acknowledge their responsibilities for the environment. In the last ten years, the construction sector has seen the development of a number of methods for evaluating or labeling the environmental performance for building all over the World. But the general data about the environmental performance concept for building have not been expelled, so the approaching method to develop the environmental performance of building in actual design stage could not be able to be organized. Therefore in this study, the building environmental performance and design application direction is presented based on the analized the contents of the building environmental performance evaluation tools that used in environmental performance certification system.

Recently, super high-rise apartments having more than 30 floors have been constructing 10 town. This study investigated residents' preferences and satisfactions focusing on architectural design factors of super high-rise apartment Statistical methods, anova, correspondence analysis and Pearson correspondence analysis were used to find the factors that affect the preference As a result, the following findings were obtained 1) Generally, the residents are satisfied with the living environment of high-rise apartment housing 2) The result shows that the residents prefer in order of "transportation and location", "maintenance", "environmentally friendly plan", "automated equipment", "new concept design", and "economics" 3) Satisfaction level for "daylighting" and "View" is highly influenced by the floor level 4) The "circulation" affects more on the preference of site planning than any other elements 5) The "prevention of noise" affects more on the preference of interior planning than any other elements 6) The "Air-conditioning" affects more on the preference of interior environmental planning than any other elements

The construction and property sector has seen the development of a number of methods for evaluating environmental performance and building environmental assessment schemes for existing buildings and new designs. But these Environmental evaluation methods have decision making design adaptation limitations in the evaluation process such as: 1. The lack of economic consideration of buildings. 2. The absence of a weight system among buildings' environmental performance criteria. 3. The insufficient adaptation to a vernacular construction environment. This study is aware of the aforementioned issues and will take action in the following steps: ① Laying weights on the building's environmental performance criteria, ② A presentation of Cost-Effectiveness Analysis for the economic consideration of buildings, ③ Establishing integrated environmental performance evaluation methods of alternative design considering multi-criteria and choosing an alternative design. And finally, this study presents an integrated environmental evaluation method as a decision making tool for a multi-criteria design alternative.
브랜드아파트의 차별화 계획요소에 대한 거주자의 선호도 조사연구

Since the middle of the 1990's, the domestic apartment market is not focused on the differential architectural design factors or the preference of consumer's needs but on which company builds the apartment housings. This structure is needed for a new change by the reasons of the decontrolling price of domestic apartment housings and the IMF (International Monetary Fund), which caused the stagnation of housing. In this processing, brand strategy is added and simultaneously differentiation of design factors are added as a part of brand strategies. This study investigated residents’ preferences focusing on architectural design factors used in the marketing strategy of brand apartment housings. And based on such results of survey the further directions of architectural design factors are suggested in the 4th. In conclusion, it is found that the brand apartment housing residents evaluate standards on apartment housing differently than standards in the past. That is, moving away from the basis of orientation and the floor to focusing of living space design can be interpreted. In order to develop the differentiation of architectural design factors we have to subdivide different design factors into detail areas and then studies of design factors should be continuously conducted.
정보 중심의 설계관리를 위한 설계 업무 프로세스 모델 개발

This study aims to propose a standard process model that will set the foundation for design management system improvement. The following are the studies conducted. First, a basic modeling methodology was proposed for design process composition. Second, information flow-oriented design process was composed. Third, information flows between unit processes were identified using template. Fourth, design collaboration and review needs were examined for various types of information flows and unit processes. Fifth, an effective information flow-oriented design management system model was proposed.The conclusions and implications of the study are as follows. First, although design process model cannot be applied to all projects, it is still valid and meaningful that this study was able to visualize and externalize the intangible scope of design process. Second, information-oriented decision making flow can be used to identify the sources of change orders or design errors. Third, information-oriented design process model can set the foundation for developing computerized design management systems in the future.

As management is becoming a focus of a construction industry, comprehensive construction management is needed. Thus a plan of improving a design work process for developing design work capacity is proposed. The plan of improving a design work process based on a information flow for decision makings is expected to be a good ground material of not only smooth communication among stakeholders and information tracing, but also effective management of whole process. 최근 건설산업에서 관리에 대한 중요성이 증대됨에 따라 포괄적 건설관리에 대한 필요성이 요구되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 건축 설계업무능력 향상을 위한 설계업무 프로세스 개선방안을 제시하는 것을 주목적으로 하였다 제시되는 의사결정 정보 흐름을 중심으로 한 설계업무 프로세스 개선방안은 건축 설계 시 각 참여팀 간의 원활한 의사소통과 정보의 추적 뿐 아니라 전체 프로세스에 대한 관리를 원활하게 하기 위한 기초 자료가 될 것으로 기대된다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과로 제시한 개선방향은 다음의 세 가지 요소로 된다. (1) 세분화되고 명확한 업무 정의, (2) 정보흐름 중심의 업무 정의, (3) 설계관리에 대한 업무 강화. As management is becoming a focus of a construction industry, conprehensive construction management is needed.
