This study was carried out in order to analyzed the changes in nitrogen containing taste compounds of three different types of traditional Korean soy sauce with varing ripening period, and to investigates correlation between sensory characteristics and taste compounds contents via contents assay and sensory evaluation of soy sauce samples. Total nitrogen, ammonia type nitrogen and amino type nitrogen contents showed the highest value in Kyupjang. 17 kinds of free amino acid was detected in Chungjangs and 16 kinds of free amino acid was detected in Kyupjang. Nucleotides and their related compounds detected were hypoxanthin, xanthin, IMP, AMP, Inosine, ADP. Free amino acid and nucleotides and their related compounds contents were highest in Kyupjang. Nitrogen related compounds content of high concentration soy sauce ripened over 150 days increased similarly with Kyupjang. In the sensory evaluation of soy sauce taste, Chungjang samples acquired the highest score in the offensive taste test while Kyupjang marked highest score for sweet taste, nutty taste, taste preference. High concentration soy sauce ripend over 150 days yielded the result similar to that of Kyupjang. Sweet taste showed positive correlation with nitrogen compounds. The materials that showed positive correlation with nutty and traditional soy sauce taste and taste preference were nitrogen compound, IMP, AMP. Except for tryptophan, all free amino acid showed positive correlation with nutty and traditional soy sauce taste. Particulary, taste preference correlated to lysine, aspartic acid and glutamic acid.

This study was carried out in order to investigate effective aroma components of Korean traditional soy sauce. Volatile aroma compounds were extracted by solvent extraction, TMS esterification of methyl acetate extracts and SDE, and analyzed by GC/MSD. 140 voltile aroma compounds were detected by three different extraction methods. Most abundant volatile compounds were acids and phenols and identified aldehydes, hydrocarbons, ketones, furans, furanone, alcohols, esters, nitrogen compounds, sulfur compounds and thiazoles, too. In the analytical sensory evaluation of soy sauce aroma, there were significant differences between each soy sauce sample in all test item. To sum up, Sweet odor was high in Kyupjang. Nutty odor and traditional soy sauce odor were similarly high in Kyupjang and high concentration soy sauce. Kyupjang had high score in overall odor preference than Chungiangs. The result of multiple regression of soy sauce odor characteristics and gas chromatography pattern demonstrated that offensive and sour odor was affected by octadecanoic acid. Contributive compounds to sweet odor were 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid and 3,6-dioxa-2,7-disilacotane. Benzoic acid 4-methyl ethyl ester and nonacotane were identified as major compounds of nutty odor. Contribu live variables of traditional soy sauce odor were benzoic acid 4-methyl ethyl ester and 9,12-octadecadienoic acid. The main factors of odor preference were 3-methyl pentanoic acid, acetic acid, 2,6-dimethyl heptadecane and 3,6-dioxa-2,7-disilacotane.
Henoch-Sch$\"{o}$nlein 자반증 환아에서 동반된 공장-공장형 장중첩증 1례

저자들은 복부 통증 및 구토를 주소로 내원한 HSP를 진단받은 5세의 남아에서, 복부 초음파 검사를 통해 공장-공장형 장중첩증을 진단하였으며 그 후 자연감압으로 증세가 호전되었고, 복부 전산화 단층 촬영 검사로 자연정복되었음을 확인한 환아 1례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. Gastrointestinal involvement occurs in two thirds of children with Henoch-Sch$\"{o}$nlein purpura (HSP) and intussusception is by far the most common abdominal complication. Intussusception in HSP almost originates in the small bowel, which is in contrast with idiopathic intussusception. Earlier diagnosis and prompt treatment of intra-abdominal complications can reduce the mortality and ultrasound is the imaging modality of choice in evaluation the bowel manifestations of HSP. We report a case of jejuno-jejunal intussusception associated with HSP in a 5-year-old boy who presented with diffuse abdominal pain and vomiting after a few days of HSP onset. Abdominal ultrasound demonstrated intussusception in the jejunum with well defined target appearance because of the thickened intussusceptum, which disappeared on the computerized tomographic examination checked approximately 24 hours later. A brief review of literature was made.

In this study, disease surveillance was performed to monitor the prevalence of viral haemorrhagic septicaemia virus (VHSV) and red seabream iridovirus (RSIV) in olive flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus in 2015. The fish samples were collected in March (60 farms), May (55 farms) and July (52 farms) from different farms in Jeju. Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) (VHSV) or PCR (RSIV) results showed that VHSV detected in 2 farms, but RSIV has not been detected in any farms. The sequences of the nucleocapsid protein (N) and gly-coprotein (G) gene of the 2 VHSV isolates were successfully sequenced. Phylogenetic analysis was included VHSV isolates reported here together with a representative VHSV isolates available in GenBank. Phylogenetic analysis in-dicated that most of Korea VHSV isolates were closely related to the Japan and China genotype Ⅳa which is clearly distinct from the North American genotype Ⅳb.

The purpose of this study was to analysis a differences of the health-related physical fitness by obesity and aging in the adult male. The subjects consisted of 4569 males referred to the Health Promotion Center at S district. All subjects were aged 20 to 69 years and divided into 5 groups; 20s(n=243), 30s(n=1243), 40s(n=1757), 50s(n=1043) and 60s(n=283). All participants were assessed strength(Grip strength), endurance strength(Push-up, Sit-up), flexibility(Sit-and-reach), Agility(Sidestep) and Sargent(Sargent jump). The data were analysed by independent t-test to investigate statistical differences in physical fitness by obesity and aging. The results were obtained as follows: 1. Push-up were significantly high through 20s to 40s in normal group compare to obesity group. In normal group, 20s(2.978 ,p<.05), 30s(6.030, p<.01) and 40s(5.681, p<.001) were higher than obesity. but 50s and 60s were not significant differences. 2. Sit up were not significant difference in all aged group 3. Grip strength were significantly high 20s(-4.901, p<.01), 30s(-5.017, p<.01), 40s(-4.375, p<.01) and 50s(-4.473, p<.01) in obesity group compare to normal group but were not significant difference in 60s. 4. Sit-and-reach were not significant difference in all of aged group except 30s(3.903, p<.01). 5. Sargent jump were significantly high by 3.207(p<.05) in 20s and 1.122(p<.01) in 30s in normal group but 30s, 40s and 50s were not significant difference. 6. Sidestep were showed high tendency in normal group compare to obesity group in 20s, 30s, 40s and 60s but were not showed significant difference in all aged.

최근에 안전기준과 환경규제 강화의 증대로 인해, 차체의 경량화에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 고강도강의 응용은 가장 보편화 된 차체 경량화의 효과적인 방법 중에 하나이다. TWB(Tailor Welded Blank)는 다양한 두께와 용접을 사용하여 부분적인 강도와 경량화를 만족시키는 주요한 공법으로 활용되고 있다. 그러나 추가적인 용접공정으로 인해 판재간의 용접성이 중요하고 용접부에 대한 품질관리가 중요하다. 이점을 개선하기 위해, TRB(Tailor Rollded Blank)공법이 제안되었다. TRB는 롤러 압력을 조절하여 판재의 두께를 다르게 하고, 용접을 사용하는 TWB 공법보다 추가적인 용접공정이 없기 때문에 생산 비용적인 측면에서 훨씬 더 효율적이다. 본 연구에서는 Blank의 압연 영향을 조사하기 위해 스탬핑용 고강도강 TRB 판재의 성형성을 분석하였다. 성형성을 분석하기 위해, TRB 판재에서 0.8 mm, 1 mm의 두께를 갖는 부분을 채취 하여 시험하였다. 시편에 새겨진 그리드마킹의 변형도를 분석하여 변형률을 조사하였고, 0.8 mm와 1.0 mm의 두께를 갖는 TRB 시편으로 Erichsen 시험을 한 후에 FE분석을 활용하여 성형성과 고유진동수를 비교하였다. Recently, research on lightweight automobiles is increasing continuously to respond to the high safety standards and environmental regulations. The application of high strength steel is one of the effective methods for developing lightweight car bodies. A TWB (Tailor Welded Blank) is major method that allows partial high strength with light weighting using a multi-thickness and multi-material welded blank. On the other hand, additional welding process is required to prepare the blank and quality control for the welding process also required. To secure this point, the TRB (Tailor Rolled Blank) method was suggested. In the TRB method, the thickness of sheet is controlled by the rolling presses and the production efficiency is much higher than welding in TWB methods. In this study, the formability of high strength TRB steel plate was analyzed to examine the rolling effect of the blank. The formability of the specimen was tested using 0.8 and 1 mm thick steel sheets for the TRB plate. The strain was analyzed by the digital image sensing of grid markings on the specimen and the forming limit diagram was calculated. An Erichsen test for the 0.8 and 1 mm thick TRB specimens was carried out and the formability was investigated by comparing with FE analysis.
