        Ti-6Al-4V 합금 기지 위에 FGM 방식으로 적층제조 된 Inconel 718의 접합 특성 분석

        In the present work, Inconel 718 alloy is additively manufactured on the Ti-6Al-4V alloy, and a functionally graded material is built between Inconel 718 and Ti-6Al-4V alloys. The vanadium interlayer is applied to prevent the formation of detrimental intermetallic compounds between Ti-6Al-4V and Inconel 718 by direct joining. The additive manufacturing of Inconel 718 alloy is performed by changing the laser power and scan speed. The microstructures of the joint interface are characterized by scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, and micro X-ray diffraction. Additive manufacturing is successfully performed by changing the energy input. The micro Vickers hardness of the additive manufactured Inconel 718 dramatically increased owing to the presence of the Cr-oxide phase, which is formed by the difference in energy input.

        중엔트로피 합금 기지 위에 적층조형된 스테인리스강과 타이타늄 합금의 접합특성 분석

        Additive manufacturing (AM) is a highly innovative method for joining dissimilar materials for industrial applications. In the present work, AM of STS630 and Ti-6Al-4V powder alloys on medium entropy alloys (MEAs) NiCrCo and NiCrCoMn is studied. The STS630 and Ti64 powders are deposited on the MEAs. Joint delamination and cracks are observed after the deposition of Ti64 on the MEAs, whereas the deposition of STS630 on the MEAs is successful, without any cracks and joint delamination. The microstructure around the fusion zone interface is characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. Intermetallic compounds are formed at the interfacial regions of MEA-Ti64 samples. In addition, Vicker's hardness value increased dramatically at the joint interface between MEAs and Ti-6Al-4V compared to that between MEAs and STS630. This result is attributed to the brittle nature of the joint, which can lead to a decrease in the joint strength.

        The effects of Ginseng saponin on respiration and $Na^+$, $K^+$ content of rat cerebral cortex slices were investigated to determine the action of Ginseng saponin on brain cortex at cellular level. There are many reports for the study of Ginseng on central stimulatory action in experimental animals. The electrical stimulation of slices of cortex causes a loss of potassium. And the respiration is needed to maintain a supply of energy for active cation transport. The reduction in $Qo_2$ is a consequence of primary cessation of active cation transport. Ginseng saponin stimulated respiration which was depressed by Morphine. But there was no significant change of electrolyte. It is suggested that the Ginseng saponin act rather on metabolic process than neural excitatory mechanism in vitro.

      • Effect of Higenamine on Pulmonary Aorta of Rabbit

        Higenamine은 부자의 활성 성분의 하나로서 아드레나린성 beta-수용체를 통하여 강심효과를 나타내는 것으로 알려졌다. 본 연구는 norepinephrine 또는 potassium에 의한 토끼 페동맥의 수축에 미치는 Higenamine의 영향을 관찰한 것이다. 1. Norepinephrine으로 수축을 이르킨 폐동맥편은 higenamine의 전처치 또는 후처치로 용량의존적으로 이완되었다. 이같은 higenamine의 효과는 propranolol 전처치로 억제되었다. Higenamine의 propranolol에 대한 $pA_2$ 값은 8.25였다. 2. Higenamine의 페동맥편에 대한 효과는 phentolamine 전처치로 억제되지 않았다. 3. Isoproterenol도 norepinephrine에 의한 페동맥편 수축을 이완시켰으며 효력은 higenamine 보다 10배 켰다. 그러나 고농도$(3.3{\times}10^{-6})$의 isoproterenol은 내인성 활성을 보였다. 4. Higenamine과 isoproterenol은 potassium으로 유도된 페동맥편 수축에 대하여 이완효과를 나타내지 않았다. 이상의 결과로 미루어 higenamine은 혈관평활근에 대하여도 아드레나린성 beta-수용체를 통하여 이완효과를 나타낼 것으로 생각된다. Higenamine, which is one of active component of Aconiti tuber, has been known to have positive inotropic effect through adrenergic beta-receptor. The effect of higenamine on norepinepharine or potassium induced contraction of pulmonary aorta in rabbit were studies. 1. The contraction of aortic strips induced by norepinephrine was suppressec by pre-or post-treatment of higenamine dose dependently and those effects of higenamine were prevented by propranolol. The $pA_2$ value of higenamine against propranolol calculated as 8.25. 2. The effect of higenamine was not affected by phentolamine. 3. Isoprotrenol has shown 10 times stronger vasodiatory effect on norepinephrine induced cntracture than that of higenamine but high concentration $(3.3{\times}10^{-6}\;M)$ of isoproterenol produce intrinsic activity. 4. Vasodilatory effect of higenamine or isoproterenol was not observed in potassium induced contacture of pulmonary aortic strips. These results strongly suggest that higenamine dilated the pulmonary vascular smooth muscle through stimulation of adrenergic beta-receptor.

      • LC-MS/MS와 GC-MS/MS를 이용한 농산물 중 잔류농약 510종 모니터링

        The remaining pesticides and their metabolites are great concern to society as they are harmful to human health. Therefore maximum residual limits (MRLs) are established and managed in many countries. In Republic of Korea, positive list system (PLS) for all of the agricultural products was also introduced for the safe management of residual pesticides and analysis methods have been developed to support it. Therefore, in this study, the residues of 510 pesticides were monitored for 77 domestically distributed agricultural products in Korea by the newly developed multi pesticide residue analysis method. Samples were extracted by the QuEchERS (Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged and Safe) method and analyzed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) and Gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS). Monitoring result showed 32.5 % of frequency of occurrence (25/77) with the total of 44 pesticides determination. The amount of each pesticides detected are as follows; carbendazim (0.01∼0.41 mg/kg), dinotefuran (0.01∼0.13 mg/kg), pyraclostrobin (0.03∼0.10 mg/kg), tebuconazole (0.01∼0.04 mg/kg). Residual pesticides were detected with considerable high frequency in apples and mandarins. The amount of pesticides detected in all samples was lower than MRLs.

        사도행전 12장에 나타난 아그립바1세의 박해와 죽음에 관한 연구

        This article deals with social-historical and theological aspects of Acts 12. The text maintains the flow and continuity of the entire book of Acts, and the structure of Acts 12 is also carefully organized. Regarding Agrippa I’s life, what position did he place in the context of the first-century Roman Empire and Jewish society, and how his persecution of the Church of Jerusalem could be explained in the social history at that time. His activity has to be seen along with the status quo policy of the Roman Empire. The following is divided into persecution of the Church (Acts 12:1-5), Peter’s rescue and refuge (Acts 12:6-19), and the section of Agrippa I’s death (Acts 12:20-25). Luke seems to have reconstructed the traditions related to Agrippa I from a critical point of view. The use of the name Herod instead of Agrippa is also believed to reflect the critical position. Despite the persecution of Agrippa I, Peter was miraculously rescued through God, and he was punished by God for death. This theme reveals a critical position on the Roman Empire. Through strong attack on human deification attempts, Luke criticizes state power. In other words, it is clearly shown that God and state power are ultimately incompatible.

        중국 통합교육 발전을 위한 교사들의 요구와 인식

        [목적] 이 연구의 목적은 중국의 특수교사 및 일반교사의 통합교육 관련 지원에 대한 요구와 인식을 분석함으로써 중국 통합교육의 발전 방안을 제시하는데 있다. [방법] 연구의 목적을 성취하기 위해 중국에 소재한 통합교육 교사, 일반교사, 특수교사를 연구대상으로 선정하여 전자메일을 통해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사된 자료는 SPSS Win 21.0 버전을 사용하여 연구목적에 따라 평균 및 표준편차, t검증을 실시하였다. [결과] 첫째, 인적 요인에서, 교사들은 중국의 통합교육에서 일반학교 차원의 교사자질 향상을 위한 통합교육 연구를 실시하는 것에 높은 요구를 보였고, 둘째, 환경적 요인에서, 교사들은 통합교육과 관련하여 장애인용 각종 교구, 각종 학습보조기기 지원에 대한 계획 및 운영에 가장 높은 요구를 보였고, 셋째, 행·재정적 요인에서, 교사들은 교육청 차원에서의 가족지원의 계획 및 운영이 가장 필요하고, 일반학교 차원의 통합교육 장학 계획 및 운영, 교육청 차원의 통합교육 지원 사이트 구축 순으로 인식하고 있었고, 넷째, 사회·문화적 요인에서, 교사들은 일반학교 차원에서 일반학생 부모 대상의 통합교육 관련 부모교육 실시해야 한다는 것과 통합교육에 대한 교사의 실천의지의 필요성, 일반학교 차원에서 장애학생 부모를 대상으로 한 통합교육 관련 부모교육 실시가 필요하다는 순으로 인식하고 있다. [결론] 중국의 통합교육을 위해 보다 많은 장려정책을 통해 특수교육 교사의 양성에 노력을 기울여야 하고 통합교육과 관련한 정책이나 법률적인 보장제도와 교사의 연수 등을 마련해야 할 것이다. 또한 통합교육에 대한 본질적인 이해도를 높여야 할 것으로 여겨진다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study is to present a plan for the development of inclusive education in China by analyzing the needs and perceptions of support for inclusive education in China. [Method] To achieve the purpose of the study, inclusive education teachers, general teachers, and special teachers located in China were selected as subjects for the study, and a survey was conducted via e-mail. [Results] First, in terms of human factors, teachers had a strong desire for research on inclusive education to be conducted in order to improve the quality of teaching at the general school level. Second, in terms of environmental factors, teachers were intent on planning and using various educational tools when teaching the disabled. Third, in terms of administrative and financial factors, teachers understood the need for planning and family support at the education office level. Fourth, in terms of social and cultural factors, teachers were highly regarded as regular students at the general school level. It is highly recognized that parental education related to inclusive education for parents should be conducted. [Conclusion] The findings support efforts to train special education teachers through incentive policies and the preparation of policies relating to inclusive education, a system of legal guarantees, and teacher training. In addition, it is thought that a deeper understanding of inclusive education should be encouraged.

        한국 식물신품종보호제도의 발전 방향에 대한 고찰

        Eighteen years have passed since Korea introduced plant variety protection (PVP) system. Korea is being considered as one of the countries which introduced PVP system successfully. However, there have been lots of changes in circumstances surrounding PVP system during this period. Regarding future direction of PVP system in Korea, firstly the function and role of three organizations which now independently operate PVP system need to be reorganized to improve efficiency in PVP operation dealing with global issues. Secondly, authorities need to devise more user-oriented application form and process. This is because breeders feel some difficulties in preparing application documents. Thirdly, Korea has to create sound environments which guarantee effective enforcement of breeders’ rights and secure reliability of the system against infringement. Regarding decision of infringement, a reasonable threshold should be set up to decide whether certain varieties are different from protected varieties or not using both growing test and DNA test. For essentially derived varieties (EDV), authorities need to establish a reasonable threshold to decide whether there is an essential derivation or not. In addition, to prevent dispute between PVP holders and farmers regarding the use of farm saved seeds in the future, clarification of farm saved seed article in legislation is necessary. Lastly, there might be some contradiction between PVP and Nagoya protocol in disclosure of origin, prior informed consent, benefit sharing, etc. In advance of enactment of domestic ABS law, authority needs to study impact of Nagoya protocol on PVP system to minimize confusion and damage on breeders.
