The object of this study is to survey present conditions, to analyze the development of bio-industry in northern area of Kyonggi province by the decision making method of the SWOT model, to suggest a plan for the prospect of continued development field and the location of industry, and to extract fundamental data for establishment of annual action and investment plan which can develop bio-industry. For the purpose of making a policy decision in national operation policy, business administration policy, and new product design, the research for extracting more objective and standard approach method should be continuously conducted.

The main components of the KSTAR helium refrigeration system (HRS) can be classified into the warm compression system (WCS) and the cryogenic devices according to the operating temperature levels. The WCS itself consists of the compressor station (C/S) and the oil removal system (ORS). The process helium is compressed from 1 bar to 22 bar maximum in the C/S and downstream, the ORS removes the oil mixed in the helium to less than 10 ppbw as per the operation criteria of the cryogenic devices of the KSTAR HRS. After the installation, the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities were started on July, 2007. Before the start-up of the C/S, vibration measurement and the skid reinforcement jobs were performed for stable operation of the C/S. The results of the WCS performance tests met the requirements of the KSTAR HRS but satisfied the vibration level criteria only at the compressors’ full load condition.

N/A To keep enterprise`s competitiveness on condition of the automatic manufacturing system such as 1`A, FMS and CIM, all the maintenance problems should be considered seriously in not only production and maintenance but also related industrial safety. As we analyze for in the surveys about the maintenance management of domestic enterprises and the causes of industrial accident, there will be necessity of drawing up countermeasures for prevention of industrial accidents and for ensuring expertise maintenance technologies. Based on these analyses, the safety information system, maintenance management information system, and the machinery condition diagnosis technique are studied by using of the knowledge-based system under the real time computer operating environment. This computer based knowledge-based diagnosis system can easily provide the knowledge of expert system about deterioration phenomenon of industrial robot and the knowledge information of relating safety and facility on everywhere, everytime. Therefore, when we use this system, it is expected to improve the efficiency of business processes in the production and safely.

The previous research has been mainly focused on individual technology of voice recognition, voice synthesis, translation, and bone transmission technical. Recently, commercial models have been produced using aforementioned technologies. In this research, a new automated translation support system concept has been proposed by combining established technology of bone transmission and wireless system. The proposed system has following three major components. First, the hybrid system consist of headset, bone transmission and other technologies will recognize user's voice. Second, computer recognized voice (using small server attached to the user) of the user will be converted into digital signal. Then it will be translated into other user's language by translation algorithm. Third, the translated language will be wirelessly transmitted to the other party. The transmitted signal will be converted into voice in the other party's computer using the hybrid system. This hybrid system will transmit the clear message regardless of the noise level in the environment or user's hearing ability. By using the network technology, communication between users can also be clearly transmitted despite the distance.
