        갑판침수를 고려한 화학제품운반선 건현 검토에 관한 연구

        This paper deals with the problem of developing a new decision procedure for the freeboard of a coastal chemical tanker going on the coast. The decision procedure is mainly constructed with the algorithm of estimating statistically the time period that deck wetness will last on the deck of the ship. Deck wetness is one of the most important safety factors for sailing of a coaster. It generally means the situation in which the amplitude of the relative motion between the deck and the surface of the wave exceeds the freeboard. Therefore, in this paper, we proposed that the time during which the amplitude remains above the level of the freeboard should be appraised on the basis of statistical theory. A series of numerical calculations u£re executed for four different coastal chemical tankers (199G/T Type Ⅱ, Ⅲ & 4990G/T Type Ⅱ, Ⅲ). It was demonstrated that the present decision procedure of freeboard is practical for planning the type of coaster sailing in the sea.

        기존 열차제어 시스템은 궤도회로와 RFID, 트랜스폰더 등을 통하여 열차의 위치를 검지하고 있다. 그러나 센서 자체의 위치검지 정밀도가 낮아 열차위치 검지 오차가 커서 정밀한 위치제어에 제약이 있다. 본 논문에서는 RF 비콘과 레이저 센서, 높은 분해능의 타코미터 센서 융합을 통하여 열차의 절대위치를 cm 단위로 정밀하게 검지할 수 있는 열차 위치검지센서시스템을 제안하였다. 제안된 위치검지 센서는 RF 비콘에서 송신하는 ID 를 수신하여 구간을 인지하고, 레이저 센서를 이용하여 절대위치 기준점을 정밀하게 검지한다. 차축회전각도에 비례하여 발생하는 타코미터 펄스 수를 계수함으로써 절대위치 기준점으로부터 이동한 거리를 계산하여 열차의 위치를 계산한다. 본 센서를 이용할 경우보다 정밀한 열차 위치제어가 가능하며, 이를 통해 열차의 이용편리성과 운영효율을 높일 수 있다. Current train control system detects the train location using Track circuit, RFID, or Transfonder. However, the sensor precision is too low and it limits the precise train position control. In this paper, a train location sensor fusion system, consisting of the RF beacon, laser sensor, and high resolution tachometer with cm level accuracy, is proposed. The proposed system recognizes the section by RFID from RF beacon and senses the absolute reference position by laser sensor. By counting the tachometer pulses which are proportional to the axle rotation angle, the relative distance from the reference location is calculated. With the proposed sensor system, it is possible to control the train location more precisely and it will help to make train operation system more effective and efficient.

        세일링요트 개발을 위한 20세기초 전통 어선의 선형연구

        A Study of the traditional Korean fishing boat is based on a report on an investigation of the Korean fishing boats, conducted in 1921. The report was completed in 1927 with the conclusion of the Southern Sea region and West Sea region studies, which included the investigation of the entire region. It was a very thorough and scientific investigation of Korean fishing boats, which has been published in three volumes. Based on this report, this paper surveys the characteristics and the hull form of the traditional Korean fishing boats. As a result, we find out that the hull form of the traditional Korean fishing boat is very similar to that of modern sailing boat. Thus, it is a good candidate for the development of the modern sailing boats for the Korean Sea.

        한국채택국제회계기준 도입 전후의 도산예측과 회계이익의 질과의 관계 :코스닥시장을 중심으로

        [연구목적] 본 연구에서는 선행연구의 도산예측모형을 바탕으로 기업도산확률과 재무건정성지수(P, Z-Score, K-Score)를 이용하여 K-IFRS의 도입 전·후에 회계정보의 유용성이 어떠한 변화가 있는지를 진단하고자 한다. [연구방법] 코스닥 기업을 대상으로 선행연구의 도산예측모형을 바탕으로 기업도산확률과 재무건정성지수(P, Z-Score, K-Score)를 이용하여 2002년부터 2010년까지의 IFRS 도입전과 2011년부터 2019년까지의 IFRS 도입 후로 구분하여 그 차이를 비교하였다. [연구결과] 도산확률이 높을수록 재량적 발생액은 증가하고, 재무건전성지수 K-Score가 증가하면 재량적 발생액은 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 IFRS 도입 전후의 차이는 없었다. 도산확률이 증가하면 보수주의액은 증가하고, 재무건전성지수 K-Score가 증가하면, 보수주의액은 감소하는 것으로 검증되었다. K-Score에서만 보수주의액으로 한 회계이익의 질의 평가에 있어서 K-IFRS 도입 전에는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으나, K-IFRS 도입 후에는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점] 2002년부터 2019년까지의 코스닥 기업의 자료를 활용하여 K-IFRS의 도입 전·후의 회계이익의 질을 평가하는데 있어 실증적 연구결과를 제시함에 따라 선행연구와는 차별성을 가진다 하겠다. [Purpose] This study diagnoses changes in the usefulness of accounting information before and after the introduction of the K-IFRS using the probability of corporate insolvency and financial stability indicator (P, Z-Score, K-Score) based on the bankruptcy prediction model used in previous studies. [Methodology] Prior to the introduction of the IFRS from 2002 to 2010 and from 2011 to 2019, using the corporate insolvency probability and financial stability indicator (P, Z-Score, K-Score) based on the bankruptcy prediction model used in previous studies for KOSDAQ companies. The differences are compared after the introduction of the IFRS up to 1 year. [Findings] Discretionary accruals increase as the probability of bankruptcy increases, and discretionary accruals decrease as the K-Score of the financial stability indicator increases. However, there is no difference before and after the introduction of the IFRS. As the probability of bankruptcy increases, the amount of conservatism increases, and as the KScore of the financial stability indicator increases, the amount of conservatism is verified to decrease. In the evaluation of the quality of accounting profits based on conservatism only in K-Score, there is no significant difference before the introduction of the K-IFRS, but there is a difference after the introduction of the K-IFRS. [Implications] In evaluating the quality of accounting profits before and after the introduction of the K-IFRS, using data from KOSDAQ companies from 2002 to 2019, there is differentiation from previous studies according to empirical study results.

        편측성 모반에서 발생한 기저세포암 1예

        Nevus unius lateris (NUL) is a variant of an epidermal nevus that involves a widespread body surface, especially half of the body, and its onset usually occurs at birth or early life. An increased risk of basal cell carcinoma (BCC) in epidermal nevus has also been reported. However, the exact incidence remains unknown. A 67-year-old female patient visited our dermatology clinic with black nodules protruding over multiple verrucous brownish patches and plaques on the right side of the trunk. The patient had congenital NUL. Black nodules were observed to develop several months previously and gradually enlarged. The skin biopsy of one black nodule was consistent with BCC. Subsequently, Mohs micrographic surgery was performed for the BCC. To date, there have been few reports of BCC arising within the nevus unius lateri. Herein, we report a rare case of BCC considered to originate from a congenital NUL. (Korean J Dermatol 2024;62(1):50∼52)

        파랑 통계자료의 특성과 신뢰성 검토

        This paper discusses the influence on long-term predictions of the ship response in ocean by using the Global Wave Statistics data, GWS, and wave information from the remote sensing satellites. GWS's standard scatter diagrams of significant wave height and zero-crossing wave period are suggested to be corrected to a round number of 0.01/1000 fitted with a statistical analytic model of the conditional lognormal distribution for zero-crossing wave period. The GEOSAT satellite data are utilized which presented by I. R. Young and G. J. Holland (1996, named as GEOSAT data). At first, qualities of this data are investigated, and statistical characteristic trends are studied by means of applying known probability distribution functions. The wave height data of GEOSAT are compared to the data observed onboard merchant ships, the data observed by measure instrument installed on the ocean-going container ship and so on. To execute a long-term prediction of ship response, joint probability functions between wave height and wave period are introduced, therefore long-term statistical predictions are executed by using the functions.
