이기종 네트워크에서 능동 네트워크를 이용한 실시간 영상기반 가상환경 QoS 지원

본 논문은 능동네트워크기술을 적용한 가상환경시스템에 대하여 논한다. 가상환경에서는 실시간 영상이 사용 되면 대용량 실시간 영상 데이터의 전송에 따른 네트워크부하와, 데이터 렌더링에 따른 시스템 부하가 문제점으로 지적된다. 본 시스템에서는 능동네트워크 기술을 적용하여 네트워크의 중간 라우터에서 실시간 영상 데이터의 프레임 레이트(Frame Rate)를 동적으로 변화시켜 이러한 문제점을 해결하였다. 가상환경상의 객체들 사이의 물리적인 거리를 고려한 이지모델에 따른 전송기법을 채택하고, 또한 멀티캐스트 그룹에 가입하고 있는 시스템의 네트워크대역폭의 정보를 라우터에서 관리하여 각 시스템에 적합한 형태로 실시간 영상 데이터를 전송하는 방법을 사용하여 가상환경의 몰입도를 높힘과 동시에 네트워크의 부담을 감소시켰다. 이러한 시스템을 통하여 대용량의 영상 데이터의 전송을 실시간적으로 전송해야 하는 가상환경을 매우 효과적으로 지원할 수 있다.

Kingdon의 정책흐름모형을 적용한 대학등록금 정책 분석 : 2017-2020, 문재인 정부를 중심으로

본 연구는 문재인 정부에서의 대학등록금 정책변화 과정을 분석한 연구이다. 이에 연구자는 Kingdon의 정책흐름모형을 적용해 정책문제의 흐름, 정책대안의 흐름, 정치의 흐름이라는 세 가지 흐름에 영향을 주는 요인들을 중심으로 여론의 흐름과 여론을 이끌어 가는 주체, 재난상황에서의 정책결정 과정을 분석했다. 연구결과, 첫째, 문재인 정부에서의 대학등록금과 관련한 정책결정 과정에서 참여자와 이익집단의 활동이 중요하게 작용했다. 둘째, 정책의 형성과 채택, 집행 과정에서 가장 큰 영향을 끼친 요인은 정치의 흐름이다. 셋째, 급작스러운 외적인 환경변화로 인한 정책 변화가 요구될 때 사건 발생 초기에는 객관적 정보에 근거한 정책결정이 이뤄지지만, 점차 정치적 타당성 및 합리성을 중시할 가능성이 높아진다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 토대로 연구자는 우선, 행정부가 우리사회의 요구나 목소리를 반영한 정책을 결정하더라도 참여자나 이익집단 간에 합리적인 정책이 유도 될 수 있도록 하는 협의체 구성이 필요하고, 불명확한 상황 속에서 정치적 흐름의 영향이 클수록 정책변동이 보다 유연하게 나타날 가능성이 있음을 제시했다. This study is a study analyzing the process of university tuition policy change under the Moon Jae-in administration. Therefore, the researcher applied Kingdon s policy stream model, focusing on the factors that influence the flows of policy problems, policy alternatives and political flows. As a result of the study, first, the activities of participants and interest groups played an important role in the policy-making process related to university tuition under the Moon jae-in administration. Second, the most influential factor in the formation, adoption, and implementation of policies is the flow of politics. Third, when policy changes due to sudden external environmental changes are required, policy decisions based on objective information are made at the beginning of the incident, but it is more likely that political validity and rationality will be emphasized. Based on the results of such research, it is necessary to organize a consultative body to induce rational policies between participants and interest groups. It was suggested that the greater the influence of the political flow in an uncertain situation, the more flexible policy changes are likely to appear.

신문사설에 나타난 교사에 대한 인식과 태도 연구 : 정권교체와 교육정책을 토대로

본 연구는 신문사설에서의 정권교체와 주요 교육정책에 따른 우리 사회의 교사에 대한 인식과 태도의 추이가 어떻게 변화해 왔는지를 살펴보는 것을 시작으로 우리 사회가 기대하는 교사의 정체성이나 정책의 흐름 등을 분석하는 것이다. 이에 연구자는 1990년 1월부터 2016년 12월까지의 4개 신문사 952개 사설을 분석 자료로 활용했고, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사에 대한 인식의 변화가 현재로 가까워질수록 부정적 성향을 나타낸다. 집권 정당의 교체나 수시로 변화하는 교육정책보다는 교육에 대한 우리사회의 대중적 인식이나 요구 등에 의해 교사에 대한 인식이 변화했을 가능성이 높다. 이와 같은 복합적 영향은 우리사회의 전통적인 교사의 정체성과 교사의 역할 등에 시대의 흐름에 따른 인식변화에 직·간접적인 영향을 주게 된 것이다. 둘째, 신문사설의 종단 추이에서 교사의 권리적 측면보다는 의무적 측면을 더 중시하는 사회로 변화해 갔기 때문에 앞으로 우리 사회는 교사의 권리 향상을 위한 측면에서 교육정책이 시행된다 할지라도 사회에서 수용될 수 있는 부분이 순탄치 않을 가능성이 높다. 우리사회가 교사에 대한 인식과 태도에 대해서 교사의 핵심적인 정체성을 명료화하기 보다는 혼란스럽게 하는 정책 구도를 유도할 가능성이 높은 가운데 이러한 측면이 교사의 정체성을 불명확하게 하고, 교사의 의무나 역할, 책임 등에 대한 교육 정책을 더욱 강조하는 방향으로 흘러가게 한다. 이에 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 연구자는 앞으로 우리사회에서의 교사에 대한 전반적인 정체성, 역할, 권리·의무적 측면 등의 시사점을 제시했다. This study has the following purposes to scrutinize how perceptions and attitudes toward teachers in our society have changed and the factors they have been influenced by and to analyze our society’s expectations of the image and the role of teachers. This study utilizes four newspaper editorials of both conservative and progressive tendencies from January, 1990 to December, 2016. First, the closer the change in perception of teachers to the present, the more negative the tendency is. It is highly likely that the perception of teachers has changed due to the public perception or demand of education, rather than the change of the ruling party or the educational policy that changes from time to time. Second, since the longitudinal trend of newspaper editorials has changed to a society that puts more emphasis on the obligatory side rather than the rights side of teachers, in the future, even if the educational policy is implemented in the aspect of improving the rights of teachers, the society can accept it, there is a high possibility that the part there is not smooth. While our society is highly likely to induce a policy structure that confuses teachers core identity rather than clarifying their core identity regarding teachers perceptions and attitudes, this aspect obscures the teacher s identity and makes the teacher s duties, roles, and responsibilities. It flows in the direction of more emphasizing the education policy on the back.

코로나19 상황에서의 대학 교양수업 운영에 관한 사례연구 : 담당 교수자들의 경험을 토대로

목적 본 연구의 목적은 코로나19 발생이후 대학의 교양수업이 대면수업에서 비대면수업으로 전면 전환되는 과정 속에서 교수자들의 수업유형과 평가방법 등의 사례가 어떠한 추이로 변화했는지를 분석하기 위함이다. 방법 이를 위해 연구자는 수도권 소재 A대학교의 교양교과목 담당 교⋅강사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행했다. 설문지는 수업유형, 평가방법, 코로나19이후 강의운영 방향에 관해 5점 척도 및 주관식 문항으로 개발했고, 조사기간은 2020학년도 2학기 성적공시와 정정이 모두 끝난 시점부터 25일 간 Google 포털 설문을 통해 진행했다. 결과 첫째, 대면수업에서 비대면수업으로 전환 된 이후부터 발표와 토론 수업유형은 계속해서 감소추이를 보였다. 둘째, 비대면수업의 전면적 시행은 지필중심의 평가방법을 과제중심으로 변화시켰고, 수시평가의 형태로 보충되는 모습을 보였다. 셋째, 비대면수업 이후 교수자들은 대면수업보다는 비대면수업을 선호하지만, 병행수업에 대해서는 소극적인 것으로 나타났다. 결론 팬더믹 상황과 급작스러운 비대면수업으로의 전환이라는 상황에서 진행 된 만큼 연구결과나 제언적 측면의 한계를 안고 있다. 그러나 향후 비대면수업이 새로운 교육체제로 안착될 가능성이 높은 가운데, 금번 연구를 통해 향후 교양교과목의 설계나 개발, 운영적 측면에 있어 실제적인 효과성을 높일 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends in the case of professors class types and evaluation methods in the process of completely converting university liberal arts classes from face-to-face classes to non-face-to-face classes after the outbreak of COVID-19. Methods To this end, the researcher conducted a survey targeting teachers and instructors in charge of liberal arts subjects at University A in the metropolitan area, and the results are as follows. The questionnaire was developed with 5 point Likert scale and subjective questions regarding the class type, evaluation method, and course operation direction after COVID-19. The survey period was conducted through a Google survey for 25 days at the end of the announcement and correction of grades for the 2nd semester of 2020. Results First, since the transition from face-to-face classes to non-face-to-face classes, the types of presentation and discussion classes continued to decrease. Second, the full implementation of non-face-to-face classes changed the method of essay-oriented evaluation to task-oriented evaluation and was supplemented in the form of occasional evaluation. Third, after non-face-to-face classes, professors prefer non-face-to-face classes to face-to-face classes, but are passive about parallel classes. Conclusions On the other hand, this study has limitations in terms of research results and suggestions as it was conducted in the context of a pandemic and a sudden transition to non-face-to-face classes. However, as non-face-to-face classes are highly likely to be established as a new educational system in the future, this study is expected to increase practical effectiveness in the design, development, and operation of liberal arts subjects in the future.

Pentazocine의 가토혈당(家兎血糖), 혈청(血淸) Transaminase 및 Alkaline Phosphatase 활성도(活性度)에 대(對)한 작용(作用)

A benzomorphan derivative, pentazocine has both opioid agonistic actions and weak narcotic antagonistic activity. In this paper, authors attempted to study the dose response of pentazocine on the blood sugar level, serum transaminase and alkaline phosphatase activity in rabbits. Eighteen rabbits were devided into 3 groups, and each group were injected with pentazocine 5mg, 15mg, and 30mg/kg respectively. And metabolic effects were investigated measuring the change of blood sugar contents, serum transaminase (S-GOT, S-GPT) activities and alkaline phosphatase activities in rabbits. The results were obtained as follows; 1. Pentazocine significantly increased the blood sugar content in rabbits. 2. Pentazocine significantly increased the serum GOT activity but in the serum GPT activity, it significantly increased in large dose. 3. Pentazocine significantly increased serum alkaline phosphatase activity.

한국과 미국의 전문간호사제도와 간호대학원 교육과정 비교 : DNP와 PhD 프로그램

본 연구는 최근 비용 효과적인 의료서비스에 대한 사회적 요구의 증가와 함께 그 역할이 부각되고 있는 전문간호사제도를 중심으로 이미 제도가 잘 정착된 미국의 전문간호사제도와 교육과정을 한국의 현황과 비교･검토하면서 한국 전문간호사 제도의 새로운 방향을 제시하기 위해 시도된 연구이다. 연구 방법은 미국 전문간호사 제도와 DNP(Doctorical Nursing Practitioner)와 PhD 중심으로 박사 교육과정, 한국의 전문간호사 제도의 최근 동향을 관련 문헌들을 검토하고 비교한 후 한국의 전문간호사 제도와 교육에 대한 발전전략을 제시하였다. 첫째, 전문간호사 활동으로 인한 영향력을 다양하게 입증하기 위한 근거 기반 연구의 수행이 필요하다. 둘째, 분야별 전문간호사의 업무 범위와 한계, 법적책임과 의무가 법적으로 명확하게 명시되어야 한다. 셋째, 장기적인 안목으로 소비자에게 질 높은 서비스를 제공하며 전문간호사의 지위, 자율성과 제도적 위상을 높일 수 있도록 임상 간호 박사 DNP 학위과정의 도입을 제안한다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 한국의 전문간호사 교육이 연구를 포함하여 활성화가 되며, 혁신적인 교육과정 개선이 이루어지길 바란다. This study was performed to compares and reviews United States advanced practice registered nurses (APRN) curriculum which has already been well established, with the current situation in Korea, centering on the advanced practice registered nurses (APRN), which is emerging as a role with the increasing social demand for cost-effective medical services and was attempted to suggest a new direction for the Korea advanced practice nurses system. We reviewed the literature on the DNP and PhD programs in both countries, compared the current trends, and proposed educational strategies for the future of advanced practice registered nurses (APRN) in South Korea. First, more research is needed to provide scientific evidence for the effectiveness of APRNs at the point of care. Second, the role, scope of practice, and the regulatory definition for APRNs need to be specified. Third, the DNP program should be introduced to South Korea to provide advanced practice nursing for quality care delivery and better patient outcomes. According to these results, in the future, APRN in Korea should be more actively involved in research and in a graduating program revolution.

Nursing Management Minimum Data Sets (NMMDS) 연구의 최신 동향

The purpose of this study was to review articles on Nursing Management Minimum Data Sets (NMMDS) and to suggest strategies to improve practical use of NMMDS in nursing management. Methods: A systematic search for articles published until 2013 was undertaken using the following biomedical databases: CINAHL, PubMed, and Google scholar. Seventeen articles were fully reviewed. Results: The results showed that studies were related to updating NMMDS reflecting current EHR use, mapping NMMDS to standardized national databases, and validating, translating and evaluating NMMDS for international uses. NMMDS has three dimensions and was developed reflecting the needs of nurse managers. Conclusion: The study findings provide a summary of recent trends in NMMDS. These results can serve as basic information to promote practical use of NMMDS in the healthcare organization to provide nursing management data for nurse managers.
