온라인 뉴스의 효과적인 공감표현을 위한 이모지 시퀀스 시각화 연구

CMC 환경에서 공감을 표현하는 이모지는 언어의 직접적인 의미와 단서 등 감정표출 형성에 도움이 된다. 온라인 뉴스의 장르별 문장 구조와 의미 가 특징이 있으며 독자들의 의견이나 공감표현 역시 다르게 표출되지만, 현 재 포털사이트의 온라인 뉴스는 장르별로 획일적인 공감표현 이모지를 제 공하고 있다. 또한 최근 일부 포털사이트는 사회적인 부작용을 막고자 부정 적인 공감표현 이모지를 없애거나 축소하여 수용자가 표현하고자 하는 적 절한 감정표현에 어려움을 주고 있다. 본 연구는 수용자의 감정표현이 인지 와 정서에 들어맞는 온라인 뉴스 장르별 이모지 체계를 시각화하는 데 그 목적을 둔다. 하여 감정분석과 정교한 복합 감정표현이 가능한 이모지 시퀀 스를 살펴보고, 기존 공감표현 ‘단일 이모지 체계’와 새롭게 제안한 ‘시퀀스 이모지 체계’ 두 그룹의 ‘지각적 유용성’과 ‘지각적 흥미성’ 비교검증 및 분 석하였다. 결과로, 그룹 간 (.001수준)에서 ‘지각적 유용성-공감표현 이모지 입력’에서는 유의미한 영향(t=-3.64, p=.001)을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으 나 ‘지각적 유용성-공감표현 이모지 현황’은 유의미한 차이가 없음 (t=-1.67, p=.100)으로 확인되었다. 이와 달리, ‘지각적 유희성-공감표현 이모지 입력’(t=-4.84, p=.000)과 지각적 유희성-공감표현 이모지 현 황’(t=-4.84, p=.000) 모두 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. Emojis that express the empathy in a CMC environment are helpful to form emotional expression such as direct meanings of language and clues. While the sentence structure and meaning of online news by genre have features and opinions or empathy expression of readers is also differently expressed, online news in current portal sites provides the standardized emotion expression emoji. In addition, some of the recent portal sites have trouble with the appropriate emotion expression of recipients by eliminating and minimizing the negative empathy expression to prevent the social side effect. This study aims to visualize the emoji system by online news genre so that emotion expression of recipients suits recognition and emotion. So, I examine the emoji sequence that is possible for emotion analysis and exquisitely complex emotion expression, and compare, verify and analyze ‘perceptual usefulness’ and ‘perceptual interestingness’ in two groups of ‘standardized emoji system’ that is existing empathy expression and and newly suggested ‘sequence emoji system.’ As a result, it was identified that it has significant effect on ‘perceptual usefulness-empathy expression emoji input’(t=-3.64, p=.001) in two groups(.001 level), while there is no significant difference in ‘perceptual usefulness-the present condition of empathy expression emoji’(t=-1.67, p=.100). Unlike this, it appeared that there is a significant difference in both ‘perceptual enjoyment-empathy expression emoji input’(t=-4.84, p=.000) and ‘perceptual enjoyment- the present condition of empathy expression emoji.’(t=-4.84, p=.000)

온라인 뉴스의 첫 댓글 작성 유도를 위한 UI유형별 넛지요인이 사용자 행동의도에 미치는 영향

User’s comments on online news boards are used as a means of discussion and knowledge sharing among online users, they have become as influential as news in creating public opinion. However, most of the researches on online comments are those of user’s behavioral changes that occur after online comments and the research on UI factors to induce online comments in advance has not been conducted yet. The purpose of this study is to clarify the extent of influence between UI type with nudge factors for first comment creation that induces comment participation in public and user’s intentions. First, through previous studies, factors to encourage non-mandatory participation were researched. Second, through case studies, an experiment was produced by classifying the UI types that induce the first comment in major domestic and foreign portal sites into five types. Third, the established research model and hypothesis were verified and analyzed. As a result, there was a difference in behavioral intention according to the five UI types that induce the first comment writing on online news board, and the UI types of emoticons and texts showed the largest change in intention to write the first comment. In addition, it was confirmed that the induction, interest, and positivity of nudge factors by UI type had a significantly strong positive effect on the first comment writing. 온라인 뉴스의 댓글은 인터넷 사용자에게 토론과 지식의 공유 수단으로 사 용되고 있으며, 사회적 여론 조성에 있어 뉴스 못지않은 영향력을 가지게 되었다. 하지만, 온라인 댓글에 관한 연구는 댓글 작성 후 발생 되는 행동 변화에 관한 연구가 대부분이며, 사전에 댓글 작성 행동을 유도하는 UX 요 인에관한연구는시도되지않았다.본연구는온라인상의사회적의견참 여를 돕는 첫 댓글 작성 독려 UI유형에 따른 넛지요인과 사용자 행동의도 사이의 영향 관계를 밝혀내는 것을 목적으로 한다. 첫째, 선행연구에 나타 난 강압적인 수단을 이용하지 않고 참여를 유도하는 넛지요인들을 고찰하 고, 둘째, 사례분석을 통해 주요 국내/외 포털사이트 온라인 뉴스 페이지의 첫 댓글 유도 UI유형을 5가지로 분류하여 실험물 제작을 위한 기초 자료로 활용하였다. 셋째, 정립된 연구모형과 가설을 주요 사용자를 대상으로 검증 하고 분석하였다. 결과로, 첫 댓글 작성을 유도하는 5가지 UI유형에 따라 행동의도 변화에 차이가 있었으며, 기쁨 이모티콘과 텍스트의 UI유형이 첫 댓글 작성 행동의도 변화가 가장 크게 나타났다. 또한, UI유형별 넛지요인 의 유도성, 흥미성, 긍정성은 첫 댓글 작성 행동의도 변화에 유의미한 강한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.

生體 試料中 Phosphamidom의 分析 및 毒性에 關한 硏究

phosphamidon의 純品과 製品을 흰쥐에 分離하여 各各 經口投與한 다음 肝中 microsome內의 Cytochrome P-450 및 단백질의 含量, plasma ChE 活性度 및 人體의 各 臟器 組織內의 phosphamidon 濃度分布를 試驗하였다. Cytochrome P-450의 함량은 순품과 제품의 phosphamidon이 各各 16.81% 및 13.4%로 감소되었고, 단백질의 농도는 순품과 제품의 phosphamidon이 各各 11.12% 및 14.36%로 감소되었다. 다음으로 plasma ChE 活性度는 순품과 제품의 phosphamidon에서 各各 42.78% 및 42.95%로 감소되어 순품과 제품 사이에서 plasma ChE 저해도에는 큰 差異가 없었으며, 各 臟器 組織中에서 phosphamidon의 量은 脾臟 > 肝 > 心臟 > 肺 의 순서로 檢出되었다. The pure and technical grade of phosphamidon was orally administered separately to the white rat. It was examined to the activities of plasma ChE and the contents of cytochrome P-450 and protein in white rat liver. The distribution of phosphamidon in human organs is presented. The content of cytochrome P-450 is decreased 16.81%, 13.45% in the pure and technical grade phosphamidon, respectively and the concentration of protein is decreased 11.12%, 14.36% in the pure and technical grade phosphamidon, respectively. There is no difference in plasma ChE inhibition ability between the pure and technical grade, and the plasma ChE activities are decreased 42.78%, 42.95% in the pure and technical grade phosphamidon, respectively and phosphamidon amounts in each organs is detected in order of spleen> liver> heart> lung.

This study was carried out to investigate the changes of essential oils in flue-cured leaf tobacco during aging for 21 months. The threshed leaf tobacco(BlO) produced in 2002 crop year was aged for 21 months in the warehouse of Oc-Cheon Leaf Tobacco Processing Factory. The leaf tobacco were sampled at three month intervals for analysis of volatile compounds. Volatile compounds were identified by GC/MS and comparison of gas chromatographic retention time with those of the authentic standard. The total of 75 compounds from the steam volatile concentrate of the flue-cured leaf tobacco were identified; they were 15 hydrocarbons, 12 alcohols, 3 aldehydes, 18 ketones, 7 esters, 10 acids, 3 phenols, 4 furans, 2 pyrrols and 1 pyridine. The major components of essential oil were neophytadiene, solanone, megastigmatrienone and phytol. After a aging period of 21 months, most of volatile compounds showed a gradual increasing tendency.

This study was carried out to investigate the changes of free sugars, non-volatile organic and fatty acids in flue-cured leaf tobacco during aging. The threshed leaf tobacco(B1O and C1L) produced in 2002 crop year was aged for 21 month in warehouse of Oc-Cheon Leaf Tobacco Processing Factory. The leaf tobacco were sampled at three month intervals for analysis of free sugars, non-volatile organic and fatty acids. The major free sugars of flue-cured were glucose and fructose regardless of tobacco grades. After aging period of 21 months, the contents of glucose and fructose showed a tendency to slightly decrease, and there was no appreciable change in the contents of sucrose in B1O and C1L grades. The major compound of non-volatile organic acid and fatty acid were malic, oxalic and citric, linolenic, linoleic and palmitic acid regardless of tobacco grade. After aging period of 21 months, the contents of malic, malonic, oxalic and fumaric acid showed a tendency to slightly decrease, whereas succinic acid was slightly increased, and maleic acid was not changed in B1O and C1L grades. The decreases in fatty acid contents in B1O and C1L grade tobacco loaves after 21 month aging were 16.5% and 9.8%, respectively. The decreases in linolenic acid contents in two grades were the highest, showing 22.1% and 12.0% reduction after 21 month aging.
