애그리게이터 형(形) O2O 서비스 앱, `배달의 민족`의 사용자 경험 연구

본 연구의 목적은 `배달의 민족`의 사용자 경험 평가를 통해 서비스 개선 방향을 제안하는 것이다. `배달의 민족`은 총 12가지 주요기능과 45개의 세부기능을 제공한다. 피터 모빌의 허니콤 모델에 근거, 사용자 106명을 대상으로 설문을 시행하였다. 설문결과는 우선 사용자 경험을 포괄적으로 분석하고, 세부적으로 기능별 만족도를 비교분석하는 방식을 통해 개선방향이 도출되었다. 1차 분석 결과, 사용자의 만족도는 `유용성`, `접근성`, `사용성`, `검색성`, `가치성`, `신뢰성`, `매력성` 순으로 나타났다. 2차 분석결과에서도 `배달의 민족`이 전반적으로 유용한 서비스 기능을 제공하고있으나, 매력성과 신뢰도는 상대적으로 미흡한 것으로 나타났는데, 신뢰도에 있어서, GPS 등 자동기술에 의존하는 경우, 정확도가 중요하고, 업체에 의한 정보가 관리되는 기능은 사용자가 신뢰할 수 있는 검증시스템을 도입하는 것이 필요하며, 주요 서비스와 관련성이 떨어지는 기능은 사용자가 거절할 수 있도록 개선하는 것이 필요하고, 마지막으로 포인트 제도는 자동 계산되는 방식으로 개선할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this research is to analyze, the user experience of `Baemin`. A prominent O2O service in Korea, `Baemin`, consists of 12 major functions and 45 sub functions. These were categorized by `Honeycom Model` and 106 users were statistically analyzed. The outcome was studied in two phases. In phase 1, the category of `Useful`, `Accessible`, `Usable`, `Findable`, `Valuable`, `Credible`, `Desirable` came out in order of user`s satisfaction. Phase 2 focuses on analysing detailed functions. In conclusion, facts suggest as follow. Services were well performed overall; however, `Desirable` was a downside. When considering SNS user`s traits, `Baemin` needs improvement on technological accuracy on automated service function such as GPS location detection. Information provided by the franchisee should be systematically checked in a way that users can feel reliable. Users should be able to reject irrelevant functions. Finally, point system should be automatic so that users could avoid cumbersome processes.

This case study reports the effects of complex Korean medicine treatment, including Nangan-jeon, on Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome (LEMS) accompanied by chronic constipation and abdominal pain as the main symptoms. A 39-year-old woman diagnosed with LEMS with major symptoms, including chronic constipation and acute abdominal pain, received Western treatment. The treatment efficacy was weak and symptoms recurred, so the patient received outpatient treatment and 13 days of hospitalization for active Korean medicine treatment, including Nangan-jeon. During outpatient treatment and hospitalization, defecation frequency and the numeric rating scale (NRS) for abdominal pain and abdominal cold feeling were measured. The NRS for abdominal pain and cold decreased from 8 at admission to 3 and 0, respectively, at discharge. Defecation frequency increased significantly from once or twice a month to once every 2-3 days during hospitalization. This study results that complex Korean medicine treatment, including Nangan-jeon may be useful for treating patients who mainly complain of autonomic neurological symptoms, among patients diagnosed with LEMS. In addition, it is believed that it could be basic data applicable to more LEMS patient treatment cases.

운동 행태 조사를 통한 유-웰-니스 서비스 UX 요구 분석에 관한 연구

최근 신체적, 정신적 건강은 물론 사회적으로 건강한 상태를 의미하는 웰-니스의 개념이 이슈화 되고 있다. 웰-니스 산업은 IT 산업의 발전과 함께 유-웰-니스 서비스로 발전하고 있으나 구체적인 산업의 정의나 전략은 미흡한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 운동을 통해 웰-니스를 추구하는 사용자들을 대상으로 범위를 설정한 뒤, 사용자 조사를 통해 6 가지 운동행태요소를 도출하여 유-웰-니스 서비스 디자인의 방향성을 제안하였다. Wellness, a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, has become a rising issue lately. As healthcare industry, wellness which is related to Information Technology industry develops into u-wellness service, however, the related research is still insufficient. this study set up at arget group that seek the wellness through exercise and drew the 6 user action factors through observation and analysis, and suggests the direction of digital wellness service design developing with IT industry.
