숏폼 비디오 제작을 활용한 실습 활동이 작업치료전공자의 학습만족도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to find out the satisfaction with learning after applying short-form video production activities to clinical practice subjects targeting rehabilitation majors in the health department. The study was conducted during the first semester of 2023 and was conducted with 37 second-year students majoring in rehabilitation of health department (occupational therapy department). In each class, theory and practice classes were combined and from the 2nd to 7th weeks (period A), the traditional practice method with question and answer and supervision was used and from the 9th to 14th week (period B), Q&A and short-form video production were used. As a result, female students accounted for 76.7% of the gender and the average age was 21.43±.90 years. Students answered that the professor's handout was the most useful as a learning material and their preferred learning type was taking notes while listening to offline lectures. When asked if extra activities were needed after practice, 93.3% of students answered “yes”. Also, when participating in practice using short-form video production, satisfaction with the amount of class, Q&A with the instructor, communication with classmates, satisfaction with the learning plan and confidence in independent learning were higher in satisfaction. Therefore, it is more effective to provide learners with tasks similar to short-form video production after hands-on activities.

클라이언트 중심적 인지자극치료가 치매노인의 인지, 의사소통, 삶의 질, 작업수행도와 만족도에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 기존의 인지자극치료에 클라이언트 중심적 접근방법을 적용함으로써 경도에서 중등도의 치매노인에게 효과적인 인지자극치료를 제공하고, 나아가 인지, 의사소통, 삶의 질, 작업 수행도와 만족도를 향상시키고자 함이다. 연구대상자는 치매노인 60명으로 실험군, 대조군에 각각 30명씩 무작위배정 하였다. 실험군은 기존의 인지자극치료 9개의 테마 중 클라이언트가 직접 선택한 3개의 테마로 치료 받도록하였고, 대조군은 치료사가 임의로 선택한 3개의 테마로 치료 받게 하였다. 중재 전, 후 두 집단의 인지(LOTCA-G), 의사소통(HCS), 삶의 질(Qol-AD), 작업 수행도와 만족도(COPM)를 평가한 후 결과를 비교분석 하였다. 분석결과 실험군과 대조군 모두 인지, 의사소통, 삶의 질, 작업 수행도와 만족도에서 유의한 치료효 과를 확인할 수 있었으며, 결과는 실험군에서 더 유의하였다. 연구의 결론은 클라이언트 중심적 인지자극치료는 기존의 인지자극치료보다 효과적이며, 경도에서 중등도에 해당하는 치매노인의 인지, 의사소통, 삶의 질, 작업 수행도와 만족도 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것이다. 추후 연구에서는 보다 많은 대상자로 효과를 입증할 수 있는 연구가 이루어 질 필요가 있다. This study was added to the Client-Centered Approach to Traditional Cognitive Stimulation. We want to apply a more effective Cognitive Stimulation Therapy for mild to moderate in Dementia. We are also trying to improve Cognition, Communication skills, Quality of Life, Occupation Performance and Satisfaction of Dementia. This study was conducted February- April 2015. Dementia admitted to the rehabilitation silver hospital located in Jeonlanamdo was the subject of the study patients. The subjects were a total of 60 people (experimental group(N=30), control group(N=30)). The control group was provided a Traditional Cognitive Stimulation Therapy, which randomly selects a therapist theme. In contrast, The experimental group was provided a Client-Centered Cognitive Stimulation Therapy, this selects the theme of the treatment the patient is desired. After the intervention, th two groups were compared by analysis. We were compared before and after the intervention of Cognitive Stimulation Therapy. As a result, the therapeutic effect was confirmed in both groups. However, the treatment effect was higher in the experimental group. If you are a Client-Centered Cognitive Stimulation Therapy targeting mild to moderate in dementia, It is more effective than Traditional Cognitive Stimulation Therapy. It may also enhance the functionality of dementia. in future research it will prove to be more effective as a person.

The purpose of the study was to identify the depression and psychological well-being of the menopausal women through a consecutive aroma massage program(hand massage and scalp massage). A total 43menopausal women were randomly assigned in the aroma massage group(n=21) and control group(n=22). Subjects selected in this study participation in aroma massage in 4 time/week for 8 week. depression and psychological well-being data were collected three pre-assessment(base line), middle-assessment(4 week)and post-assessment(8 week) with same assessment questionnaire. We used of experimental design, which consists of aroma massage group and control group and 2×3 factorial design with repeated-measures which is composed of time in measuring point. The analyzed data were obtained through comparative analysis of preceding studies that are similar to this study and the result was as follows : The result indicated that the participation in the consecutive aroma massage remarkably decreased the depression level of a menopausal women. In addition, consecutive participation in menopausal women' aroma massage program is helpful for improvement of psychological well-being such as positive relation, purpose in life, personal growth, autonomy, environmental mastery.

노인 환자들의 휠체어 사용 실태와 만족도 조사 연구

본 연구의 목적은 노인환자들을 대상으로 기본 정보, 휠체어 사용 시 문제점, 휠체어 사용 만족도와 관련된 사용실태 및 요구사항을 조사하여 노인 환자의 휠체어 사용 시 문제점과 어려움을 파악하고, 결과를 토대로 노인 환자의 올바른 휠체어 사용을 위한 대안을 제시하고자 함이었다. 설문지를 통해 조사를 실시하였으며, 설문지는 구현모 등(2005)이 개발한 장애인 휠체어 사용에 대한 설문지와 Quebec User Evaluation of Satisfaction with assistive Technology 2.0을 수정, 보완하여 구성하였다. 150부의 설문지 중 120부를 회수하였으며, 이 중 1부를 제외한 119부에 대한 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 신체적 손상에서 관절통증을 호소하는 경우가 가장 많았고 휠체어 사용 시 불편함을 느끼는 부위는 허리, 골반 부위가 경우가 많았으며, 휠체어 사용 시 불편함을 느끼는 상황은 경사 이동 시 불편함을 느끼는 경우가 가장 많았다. 대상자의 휠체어 사용 만족도는 다양한 면에서 사용자들이 ‘보통’으로 응답했다. 휠체어 조작 능력에서는 수동휠체어의 경우 공통적으로 휠리, 층 오르고 내리기, 턱 통과하기에서 어려움을 느끼고 있었으며, 전통휠체어의 경우 틸트와 디클라인 사용, 모터 분리와 조립, 배터리와 충전기 사용에 어려움을 느끼고 있었다. 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 노인환자의 관절 통증을 줄이고 허리와 골반 부위의 불편함을 줄일 수 있고 경사 이동 시 수월한 휠체어의 디자인 및 외형을 갖출 필요가 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 추후 휠체어 사용 시 노인 환자들이 느끼는 불편함을 줄이고 만족도를 높일 수 있도록 정기적인 실태조사가 필요할 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to survey the elderly patients through Basic information, Problems Wheelchair, Wheelchair Satisfaction, Usage and Requirements. The meaning of purpose is identify the problems and difficulties of wheelchair use in geriatric patients and an alternative for the correct use of wheelchairs elderly patients. The study investigated through questionnaires. That used questionnaires to modified to Gu Hyeon-Mo questionnaire (2005) and Quebec User Evaluation of Satisfaction with assistive Technology 2.0. 120 of 150 questionnaires were collected and one of them is excluded. Analysis results suggest the following. It was often feel joint pain results from physical damage. In addition when you use a wheelchair it was often feel discomfort in lower back and pelvis. And it feels uncomfortable when moving the tilt. Wheelchair satisfaction of the participants responded to the most "Normal". Results of the wheelchair operation ability is as follows. In the case of manual wheelchairs was feeling the difficulty to cross the threshold, Wheel lying, Stairs usage. Also In the case of an electric wheelchair was feeling the difficulty to use Tilt and Decline, Separate from the motor, and Replacement battery. In conclusion, To reduce of back pain and hip joints of elderly patients need to modify design and appearance of the wheelchair. In a later study will find to reduce discomfort and to improve satisfaction of the elderly who use wheelchairs. It will have to periodically examine the usage and satisfaction with them.

한국형 노인 안전운전행동 측정도구(K-SDBM)의 수정 및 보완의 필요성에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 K-SDBM의 평가 방법 전환과 문항 수정 및 보완의 필요성을 제시하고자 함이다. 연구대상자는 만 65세 이상의 면허증 소지자 40명과 보호자로 하였다. 대상자의 일반적 특성은 빈도분석을, K-SDBM 결과는 대응표본 t검정을 통해 비교분석 하였다. K-SDBM의 문항 요인을 분석한 결과 4개 문항 요인 모두 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 결과를 통해 K-SDBM의 평가 방법을 전환해야 할 필요성이 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 추후 적절한 평가 방법을 선정하기 위한 방안을 모색해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to suggest that the necessity of changing the evaluation method of K-SDBM and revising and supplementing the items. A total of 40 subjects were studied. They were a driver's license holder 65 years or older and their guardians were included. The general characteristics of the subjects were analyzed by frequency analysis, and the K-SDBM results were compared by the corresponding sample t-test. Analysis of question factors were significantly different in all 4 factors. The results show that there is a need to change the evaluation method of K-SDBM. There is a need to find ways to select appropriate evaluation methods in the future.

우리나라 뷰티 자격증의 교육과정에 대한 연구

In this study, the beauty experts were composed of 262 persons related hair, skin, make-up and nail art, which is central sector of beauty industry. They were analyzed the problems of educational course related beauty certificate deeply by qualitative and quantitative data. In analysis of frequency about problems of educational course, the most items showed reponses over middle except field application of educational course and Suitability of educational expenses. In analysis of difference on problems of educational course owing to type of certificate, all items of a state certificate showed more good response than a personal certificate and showd significance statistically. In results of inductive analysis of beauty certificates, educational course of beauty exhibited 39.6% and it was indicated as very important problems of educational course. Next, the necessary expense to require certificate (33.2%), education of beauty expert (14.1%) and reeducational program (13.1%) exhibited successively. Furthermore, in the frequency of response and results of response ratio in field about the problem of educational course owing to type of certificate (a state certificate/a personal certificate), all items of a state certificate exhibited excellent response than a personal certificate.
