        교육훈련 참가자 특성, 조직지원 특성 및 교육훈련 성과 간의 관계

        본 논문은 교육훈련 참가자 특성과 조직지원특성이 교육훈련 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구로서 교육훈련 참가자의 태도와 조직지원에 따른 교육훈련 성과인 직무 만족과 직무 몰입에 대해 실증 분석하여 객관적인 자료의 도출을 목적으로 연구되었다. 본 연구결과는 교육훈련 참가자 특성이 직무 만족과 직무 몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 구성원 개개인의 자기유능감과 학습성취동기가 높을수록 교육성과가 높다는 것을 알 수 있으며, 조직지원 특성이 교육훈련 참가자 특성과 교육훈련 성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 조절효과에 대해서는 부분적으로 채택되었으며, 회사의 교육훈련 성과는 조직 지원특성에 의해 부분적으로 조절된다는 것을 의미한다. 결론적으로 교육훈련에 대한 투자는 기업과 조직구성원에게 성과가 높다는 것을 인식하여 교육개발과 교육훈련에 관심을 기울여야 한다. 또한 한정된 표본으로 조사결과에 대한 신뢰성을 부여하기에는 미흡하여 조직지원특성을 다른 조직 환경에 관한 제요소들의 관계를 파악하는 연구가 필요하다. This thesis concerns about how the characteristics of trainee and organizational supporting unit affect the training performance, its purpose is to reveal the objective data by analyzing job satisfaction and job involvement which are the end result of trainee's attitude and organizational support unit. The result of this research shows that the trainee's characteristics appears to have an influence on the job satisfaction and job involvement, and that the degree of training achievement gets higher as the degree of the motivation of learning and achievement and the self-efficacy. Therefore, the characteristics of organizational support unit has effect on the control effect that influences the trainee's characteristics and training performance. To conclude, with the re-assessment that the investment into the training gives the better achievement to the enterprises and the members of the organization, the efforts should be focused on the training development. Moreover, due to difficulty in providing sufficient credibility to the research result with the limited data, it is impeccable to conduct a study to figure out the relationship between the trainee's characteristics unit and the factors of other organizational environments.

        억새 바이오매스 전처리에서 압출 처리가 액상 암모니아 침지 처리에 미치는 영향

        Pretreatment of cellulosic biomass is necessary before enzymatic saccharification and fermentation. Extrusion is a well established process in food industries and it can be used as a physicochemical treatment method for cellulosic biomass. Aqueous ammonia soaking treatment at mild temperatures ranging from 60 to 80?C for longer reaction times has been used to preserve most of the cellulose and hemicellulose in the biomass. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of extrusion treatment on aqueous ammonia soaking method. Extrusion was performed with miscanthus sample conditioned to 2mm of particle size and 20% of moisture content at 200?C of barrel temperature and 175rpm of screw speed. And then aqueous ammonia soaking was performed with 15%(w/w) ammonia solution at 60?C for 1, 2, 4, 8, 12 hours on the extruded and raw miscanthus samples respectively. In the combined extrusion-soaking treatment, most compositions removal occurred within 1~2 hours and on a basis of 1 hour soaking treatment values, cellulose was recovered about 85% and other compositions, including hemicellulose, are removed about 50% from extruded miscanthus sample. The combined extrusion-soaking treated and soaking only treated samples were subjected to enzymatic hydrolysis using cellulase and {beta}-glucosidase. The enzymatic digestibility value of combined extrusion-2 hours soaking treated sample was comparable to 12 hours soaking only treated sample. It means that extrusion treatment can shorten the conventional long reaction time of aqueous ammonia soaking. The findings suggest that the combination of extrusion and soaking is a promising pretreatment method to solve both problems for no lignin removal of extrusion and long reaction time of aqueous ammonia soaking.

        The purpose of this study is to understand how the role conflict and job satisfaction of Carer``s working for senior citizen Group Home influence on the quality of service.To support this,a survey was conducted targeting a sample of 153 carer``s working for senior citizen Group Home and 148 respondents have been finally targeted after 5 insufficient and inadequate answers excluded. The data collected was analyzed by statistic program and the result shows below; First, in terms of gender, age, educational background, working motive, working period and monthly average income based on the population-sociological characteristics, there``s no statistical relevance to influences of Carer``s role-conflict on the quality of service by these factors.On the other hand, only monthly average income has relevance to influences of job satisfaction on the quality of service by population-sociological characteristic point of view while there``s no statistical meaning about influences of Carer``s job satisfaction on the quality of service with regards to gender, age, educational background, working motive and working period based on population-sociological characteristics. Second, when itcomes to the main factors causing a role conflict among Carer``s the quality of service is influenced by relational and political conflict and vocational stability and working environment affect the quality of service in regards to the primary factors of the job satisfaction.

      • 노인여가복지시설 이용 노인의 정신건강에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to examine the mental health of elderly users of senior welfare facilities in consideration of the type of welfare facilities. The subjects in this study were elderly people who used senior welfare centers or Hall for the Elderly in the city of Daegu. The major findings of the study were as follows: First, as to the level of depression by the type of elderly welfare leisure facilities, the elderly users of Hall for the Elderly were more depressed than the ones of senior welfare center. Second, concerning psychological wellbeing by the type of senior welfare facilities, the score of psychological wellbeing of the users of the senior Welfare center was higher than the ones of the hall for the elderly. Third, in relation to overall life satisfaction by the type of elderly welfare leisure facilities, those who used the senior Welfare center were more gratified with their lives than the others.

      • 팔로워십 특성이 직무태도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 다변화 환경변화 속에서 인적자원을 어떻게 관리하고 조직을 운영하느냐에 따라 성공과 실패의 길로 나뉘게 되므로 이에 대한 조직유효성 차원에서의 효과적인 관리방안에 대한 연구이다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 D시와 G도에 소재한 노인복지시설의 종사자들을 202명이 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 통계분석은 SPSSWIN 12.0 프로그램을 활용하였다. 연구결과, 팔로워들이 상사와의 관계에서 목표의 일치성, 능동적 참여, 팀 정신의 인식정도가 높을수록 상사와의 관계형성이 높게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 조직구성원들의 상호관계에서 조직의 효율성을 높이는데 영향을 미치고 있음을 의미하며, 또한 상사부하간의 관계에 대한 인식이 직무태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 상사부하간의 관계형성이 높을수록 직무만족도가 높아지고 이직의도가 낮아진다는 것을 의미하며 이는 상사부하간의 관계가 직무의 효율성에 영향을 미치고 있다는 것을 제시하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 기초로 사회복지 실천현장의 인적자원관리에 실천적 함의와 후속연구에 대한 방안을 제시하였다. Because the success and failure depend on the way of management and operation of human resources in various environmental exchange, the purpose of this study is on effective managing methods on system effectivity level for it. To accomplish the purpose of this study, data for 202 care workers who were working for welfare centers for the aged were collected in D City and G Province, and the analysis was done with SPSSWIN 12.0 program. The results showed that the higher recognition level for team spirit, active involvement and congruency of the goal the followers have in the relation with their superiors, the higher effect was found to the formation with their superiors. It means that it gives effect to increase the effectivity of the system in the members correlation. And it means that the recognition on the relation between the superiors and followers gives effect on their job attitude, thus the higher the relation formation between the superiors and followers, it shows the higher job satisfaction and the lower job leaving intention. It suggests that the relation between them gives effect on their job effectivity. On the basis of the result of this study, it suggested active implication and methods for following studies on the management of human resources at the field of social welfare activity.
