        일본 가타리모노(語り物)의 양식화(樣式化)와 판소리

        In this study I have examined the genealogy of Japanese Katarimono centering around Heikyoke and Biwahaousi and the stylization of artistic accomplishments through orientation and transformation of Zyoururi. This study aims to research the universalism and distincitiveness of the traditional artistic accomplishments of East Asia by comparing the style and performance between Zyoururi and Pansori. The practice of documentation of the verbal language was settled in Japan around A.D. 900. Heike Monogatari, which is a monumental literary work of oral tradition literature, was released 5 centuries after written literature had been developed. The story of Heike Monogatari is one about a hero, Heike out of a samurai family in the twelfth century who tried to defeat Genzi, but was brought to ruin, and this story grew to be a literary work in the thirteenth century. This Monogatari is a typical one of Japanese Monogatari and Biwahousi moved around singing that. Biwahaousi was reciting Heikyoku, accompanying Syoumyou which used Buddhist music on the Japanese lute. And some was using the Shamisen introduced in the middle of sixteenth century instead of the Japanese lute, reciting Zyoururigozen Monogatari which dealt with familiar materials with people. This new narrating music is called Zyoururi and this Monogatari was embodied with a puppet and was developed as a representative gform of Ningyou Zyoururi of the modern times. The common characteristic between Zyoururi and Pansori is the rhetoric technic of `repetition` and `enumeration`. Mnozoroe, Monozukusi, Michiyuki of Zyoururi reached the peak of depictive expressions along with a change of Katarimono. However, Byorgok, Taryoung, Nozyonggi of Pansori ware passed down, remaining unchanged just as the inserted(gathered) song when they were adopted. That`s because there were the efforts to conserve the five episodes including Chunhyan-ga, a typical work of Pansori. I think we need to appreciate an effort to create a new tradition, not merely to conserve the tradition.

        환자만족도 평가에 대한 방법론적 접근: IPA기법을 중심으로

        The measurement and management of patient satisfaction has become one of the key issues in the last two decades. Hospitals must thoroughly understand the needs of their customers and design products and health services that meet and exceed their expectations. The importance-performance analysis(IPA) is a widely used analytical technique that yields strategies for managing customer satisfaction in a variety of applications. IPA is a two-dimensional grid based on customer-perceived importance of quality attributes and attribute performance. Depending on the interplay of these two dimensions, four strategies can be derived. The aim of this study is to develop the management strategies for improving patient satisfaction in university hospitals using the I-P analysis. The attributes on inpatient service quality in 4 university hospitals was investigated using the Martilla and James(1977)`s a mean adjusted I-P grid where the axes of the grid cross at the average rating point of all items. The patient satisfaction questionnaires were completed by 600 hospital inpatients. The main statistical methods are path analysis and IPA with SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 4.0 statistical softwares. The two attributes, physician and medical service, administrative staff kindness attributes position in first quadrant(Keep Up the Good domain). The nurse and nursing service attributes position in second quadrant(Possible Overkill domain). The two attributes, convenience of check-in service, facilities and physical environment position in third quadrant(Low Priority domain). Finally the quality of inpatient service(food etc.) attributes position in fourth quadrant(Concentrate Here domain). These findings show various implications on the development of strategies in university hospitals in the future. It was determined that quality of inpatient service(food etc.) need to concentrate more on investments. These investments include a taste, price, proper provision of food service and quick response of pain management. A low priority was given to investment in streamlining the check-in process of inpatient and hospital facilities and physical environment in the long run.

        위험헤지 활동을 수행하는 기업특성 및 기업가치

        본 연구의 목적은 2001년부터 2009년까지의 기간 동안 기업의 파생금융상품을 활용한 위험헤지 활동을 수행하는 기업특성요인과 위험헤지 활동이 기업가치에 미치는 영향을 실증분석하는 것이다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업은 국제적 금융위기 이후에 파생금융상품을 활용한 위험헤지 활동 수행의 필요성을 인식하고 위험헤지 거래가 크게 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업규모(SIZE), 연구개발집중도(R&D), 자산대비부채(DEBT1), 수출비중(EXPR) 등이 기업이 파생금융상품을 활용한 위험헤지 활동 수행에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업가치(T"Q)와 위험헤지 활동과의 관련성을 실증분석한 결과, 파생금융상품을 활용한 위험헤지 활동이 기업가치 제고에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서, 파생금융상품을 활용한 위험헤지 활동 수행이 기업의 위험관리에 초점이 맞추어져 있으며, 기업의 재무상태, 자본구조, 영업활동 등 기업경영 전반적으로 상호 유기적인 관계를 지속시키고 기업가치의 제고에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 글로벌 경제 환경의 급격한 변화에 따라 기업 환경의 불확실성이 증가되고 있는 상황에서 과거와는 달리 기업의 위험 헤지를 위한 적극적인 대처가 기업의 생존은 물론 기업가치를 제고하는데 필수적인 요소라는 점을 확인하였다. 또한 기업의 채권자 또는 투자자는 자금지원이나 투자의사를 결정할 때 기업을 평가하는 과정에서 기업이 위험헤지를 위해 적극적으로 대처하고 있는지 면밀히 검토해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to examine the relation between the risk hedging activities by the implementation of the derivatives products and the corporate value by the statistical analysis of the key financial data of the major companies listed on the Korea Stock Exchange Market. The study sampled manufacturing companies out of KOSPI companies during the period of 2001-2009. First, the study analyzed the fact the hedging activities were increased due to a drastic change of global monetary market caused by the subprime mortgage debacle in 2007 and has reviewed whether the global financial crisis had influenced the risk management of the companies by using derivatives products. Second, the study analyzed a hedging impact of derivatives products on corporate value under the methodology of the multiple regression analysis and realized their crucial factors to be decided to implement the derivatives products, and also the study found an economical reason and value. The study may have the following implications. First of all, active involvement of risk hedging became an essential factor for the survival of the companies because uncertainty of the business environment is rising under rapid change of global economic environment. In addition, the investors and the creditors should look into the factors if the company is involving actively the risk hedging activities when they make a decision for credit or investment.

        병원입원환자가 인지하는 의료서비스 질, 만족도, 서비스가치, 병원 재이용 의사간의 인과관계분석

        The objective of this study is to analyze the causal relationship of hospital inpatient`s perceived quality, overall satisfaction, service value, and future intention to revisit. To cany out this objective, first we analyzed the dimensions of inpatient care service quality using SERVQUAL scale. The SERVQUAL scale is based on the gap theory, that is, the difference of patients` expectations and the actually received medical care service in hospital. On the basis of this theory, we measured the inpatient`s perceived service quality and overall patient satisfaction. Data was gathered from a self-administered questionnaire at a 980 bed university hospital in Inchon City. These questionnaire measuring the service quality were distributed to 250 inpatients. The response rate was 66.4%. A total of 166 questionnaires was finally analyzed. To categorize medical service quality, the factor analysis was performed on 42 items. The reliability and vahdity of these items was evaluated. Finally to test 6 hypotheses, we analyzed the causal relationship of service quality, overall satisfaction, service value, and intention to revisit through the structural equation modeling(SEM). The major results of this study are as follows. First, the dimension of inpatient service quality was categorized into 7 dimensions, that is, personal caring, communication, access, physical environment, facilities and equipment, cleanliness, appropriateness and health status. Second, the reliability and validty of inpatient service quality items was satisfied. Third, as a result of structural equation modeling, the effect of inpatient s perceived service quality on overall satisfaction, service value, and intention to revisit was statistically significant. And total effect on intention to revisit as the core endogenous variable was perceived service quality(1.100), patient satisfaction(O.006), and service value(0.605).

        경인지역 대학병원 행정직원이 인지하는 임파워먼트 정도가 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

        Empowerment is a multifaceted concept which can be described somewhat differently. In general, it is defined as the motivational concept of autonomy and self-efficacy. Recently, this concept of empowerment is applied to improve organizational staff`s job satisfaction and organizational commitment in many organizations. Empowerment in service organizations has certainly generated more publicity than any other organizations. The objective of this study is to measure the degree of hospital administrative staff`s empowerment using Spreitzer(l995)`s empowerment theory, and also to analyze the relationship of empowerment and job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Spreitzer argues that the work empowerment is composed of 4 dimensions(meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact) and each dimension influences employee`s job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational performance in the end. In order to cany out this study, data were collected by self-administered questionnaires from 181 hospital adrmnistrative staff at 3 university hospitals in Inchon and Kyunggi-Do. The response rate is 86%. The Collected data were analyzed with SPSS statistical package V10.0. The major findmgs of this study are as follows: First, the degree of hospital admini-strative staff`s empowerment is a high level point at the 7 Likert Scale. Second, the reliability of 3 variables, empowerment, job satisfaction and organizational commitment, was statistically satisfied(Cr0nbach`s alpha>0.80). Thrd, as a result of correlation analysis, four components of empowerment, job satisfaction and organizational commitment showed a positive relationship. Finally, multiple regression analysis was conducted to find the impact of empowerment on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In the case of job satisfaction, the meaning and competence factors have a positive effect(P(0.05). And the case of organizational commitment, the meaning and impact components have a positive relation(p<0.05). These results showed that the workplace empowerment is significantly related to employee`s job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

        혼합분포 문항반응모형 적용을 위한 잠재집단의 이질성 수준 탐색

        본 연구는 혼합분포 문항반응모형 적용 시 집단의 이질성에 따른 잠재집단 추정의 정확성을 확인하여, 모형 활용을 위해 요구되는 이질성 수준을 제안하는 데 목적이 있다. 특히 기존 혼합분포 문항반응모형 연구에서 다루지 않은 하위집단 간 거리로 집단의 이질성을 측정하였다. 2-모수 혼합분포 문항반응모형을 사용하였으며, 모의실험을 통해 다양한 검사 조건(잠재집단의 수, 피험자 수, 잠재집단의 비율, 모수분포 평균의 차이)에서 잠재집단 간 마할라노비스 거리에 따른 잠재집단 수 결정의 정확성과 피험자 분류 정확성을 확인하였다. 연구결과, 잠재집단 간 마할라노비스 거리가 3 이상인 조건에서 잠재집단 수 결정 정확도와 피험자 분류 정확도가 눈에 띄게 높아졌다. 본 연구는 추후 혼합분포 문항반응모형을 활용하고자 하는 연구자들에게 잠재집단 추정의 정확성을 예측하기 위한 정보와 이를 바탕으로 모형 활용을 위해 요구되는 집단의 이질성 수준에 대한 정보를 제공하는 데 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to suggest a degree of heterogeneity between classes in order to utilize a model, after confirming the accuracy of latent class estimation, based on distance, when utilizing mixture IRT. The heterogeneity between the classes was measured by the distance between latent classes, which is not a factor being dealt within the existing mixture IRT research. In order to confirm this, a simulation study was used that allowed for the assumptions of the following varying conditions; numbers of classes (2class, 3class), sample sizes (1,000, 2,500), mixing proportions (equal, unequal) the difference of mean parameter distributions (0, 0.5, 1, 1.5), and the distance between the latent classes (2, 3, 4, 5). The accuracy of correct model selections based on the heterogeneity of latent classes and the accuracy of examinee classification, were confirmed by the simulation study. In conclusion The results show that there is a consistent tendency that if the Mahalanobis distance between latent classes is 3 or more, then the higher the accuracy of examinee classifications and correct model selections. This study provided information to researchers who intend to utilize mixture IRT; the information to predict the accuracy of latent class estimation and based on this, information about the degree of heterogeneity between classes required to utilize a model.

        조직문화 유형이 직무만족과 이직의사에 미치는 영향 -국립병원 조직구성원을 대상으로-

        Organizational culture has been very important in the field of organizational behavior research for the past decade. Although there has been a growing interest in the organizational culture and organizational performance, there was few research in healthcare organizations. The objective of this study is to identify the relationship of organizational culture based on the Quinn`s competing values approach, with job satisfaction and intention of turnover perceived by national hospital employees. The study setting was the national hospital. Data were collected by self-administered questionnaires. The study sample consisted of 555 hospital employees. Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) analysis was conducted to find the causal relationship of organizational culture, job satisfaction and intention of turnover. The major results of this study are as follows: the consensual culture, rational culture, and developmental culture in national hospital showed a strong relationship with job satisfaction and intention of turnover in contrast to other previous studies. This finding showed that task oriented and human related climate is more effective on job satisfaction than hierarchical culture in national hospital settings.

        일제강점기 조선어 나니와부시(浪花節)에 대한 고찰

        나니와부시(浪花節)는 일본 제국주의가 국민국가를 성립시키는 단계에서 떠올랐다. 일본 전통예능을 석권하고 근대를 대표하는 대중의 소리문화로 활약했으며, 1945년 일본이 패전할 때까지 서민들에게 가장 인기 있는 오락이며 예능이었다. 그렇지만 그 이면에는 천황제 국가의 이념 형성을 위한 일제의 선동이 작용하고 있었다. 그런데 이러한 일본의 나니와부시는 조선어 나니와부시라는 새로운 장르로 이식되었다. 일제 강점기에 제1기 지원병으로 중일전쟁에 참전 하여 최초로 전사한 이인석(李仁錫) 상등병을 영웅화 한 유성기음반 <장렬 이인석 상등병>이 제작되고, 새롭게 등장한 라디오 방송을 통해 `내선일체`와 `황국신민화`의 프로파간다로 이용 되었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 조선어 나니와부시의 실상에 대한 연구는 아직까지 이루어지지 않았고, 그 흔적은 점차 지워지고 있는 중이다. 따라서 본 소론에서는 일제 강점기에 조선어 나니와부시 <장렬 이인석 상등병>을 각색한 이서구(李瑞求)와 독보적인 로쿄쿠시(浪曲師)였던 최팔근(崔八根)에 대해 심도 있게 검토하고, 그 실체를 확인했다. 그 결과 최팔근은 이서구가 중책에 있던 조선연예협회와 조선연극문 화협회 하에서 방송출현과 위문 ㆍ 순회공연 등을 하며 활동한 흔적을 채집할 수 있었다. 그리 고 또 한명의 실체라고 할 수 있는 흥행사 최영창(崔永昌)의 존재와 활약에 대해 검토했다. 또한 이인석을 주인공으로 한 하타겐스케(秦賢助)의 소설 『조국의 깃발 아래에: 이인석 상등 병』에 나타난 조선어 나니와부시의 실상과 관련된 인물들의 상관관계를 이끌어내고, 부역자의 폐단을 지적했다. 이 소론은 조선어 나니와부시에 대한 지속적인 연구를 위해 기틀을 마련한 글이다. Naniwa-bushi(浪花節) was formed when the Japanese imperialism was establishing a nation state. It dominated traditional Japanese arts and played an active role in the popular sound culture of modern times. And until 1945 when Japan was defeated, it was also the most popular arts and entertainment for the common people. But behind that, there was the propaganda to form the ideology of the emperor`s state. However, Naniwa-bushi was transplanted into a new genre called `Korean Naniwa-bushi`. During the Japanese colonial rule, they made in the SP recorder 「Heroic soldier, Lee In-seok」, who are died the first joined the Sino-Japanese War. In addition, it has been used as a propaganda of `Oneness of Korea and Japan` and `Japanese colonial policy` through the newly appeared radio broadcasting. Therefore, in this paper, I examined in detail the Lee Seo-gu(李瑞求) adapted Korean Naniwa-bushi 「Heroic soldier, Lee In-seok」and Rokyokushi(浪曲師) Choi Pal-Geun(崔八根). As a result, I was able to collect traces of activity of Lee Seo- Gu and Choi Pal-Geun. Lee Seo-gu played an important role in the Chosun Celebrity Association and the Chosun Drama Culture Association, and Choi Pal-Geun performed broadcasting, Army concert and touring with him. I reviewed the existence and the activity of the producer Choi Young-Chang(崔永昌) who can be called another reality. Also I analyzed 「Under the flag of my country: Soldier, Lee In-seok」 written by Hata Gensuke(秦賢助), that is the novel whose main character is Lee In-seok. As a result, I led to the correlation of the characters related to the realities of Korean Naniwa-bushi. By doing so, I prepared the groundwork for continued research.
