Periampullary diverticulum is commonly found during endoscopy and can occur at any age although its prevalence increases with age. Periampullary diverticular bleeding is a rare and difficult to diagnose during clinical practice because of its unique appearance and location. This often can lead to massive bleeding and interfere with adequate bleeding control. Endoscopic management on duodenal diverticular bleeding is limited compared to colonic diverticular bleeding due to lack of experience. Herein, we report a case of active bleeding from a periampullary diverticulum during bile duct stone extraction diagnosed by side-viewing endoscope and successfully controlled using hemoclips without any complications. The experimental researches on the heat transfer and friction factors in the ribbed divergent rectangular channel with the inlet hydraulic diameter inlet to exit hydraulic diameter ratio of 1.16 at test section were performed. The main experimental parameter is the ratio of rib pitch (p) to height(e), at which the ratios (p/e) of 6, 10, and 14 are considered. The straight ribbed square channel is includes as a comparison. The major findings are that the ratio of p/e=6 shows the highest values in the least heat transfer index and the ratio of p/e=10 indicates.
금속유기골격체 MIL-100(Fe)를 적용한 제습로터의 제습성능 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

In this study, a novel desiccant rotor with a metal organic framework named MIL-100(Fe) as an adsorbent surface-treated was proposed. The metal organic framework has excellent adsorption capacity due to its large surface area and porosity compared with existing adsorbents. And it has the feature of easy regeneration even at low temperatures. The desiccant rotor was applied to the existing air conditioning system to maximize the dehumidification capacity while maintaining an appropriate indoor temperature to improve thermal comport. The dehumidification characteristics were investigated according to the change of the regeneration temperature an the air flow rate. Compared with the normal cooling mode, the dehumidification capacity and efficiency were improved by 139.6% and 139.7%, respectively.
