According to sailing condition, an exciting force for luminairie of naval vessels was measured and analyzed. A naval combat service support boat and P${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$(patrol killer guided missile) were selected as a target naval vessel. Due to their small size and fast speed, they received excessive vibration than other bigger naval vessels like destroyer. The vibration of luminairie was measured on their cruising and maximum speed. This could analyze exciting force for luminairie of naval vessels. Using this analyzed data, the validity of military standard for naval vessel was verified.

The ship working environment of combat service support boat is very inferior to the ground working environment. For this reason, the crew of a combat service support boat suffer from an occupational disease such as hardness of hearing. Owing to its small size and low status, the improvement of its working and residential environment is occasionally ignored and its indoor noise was not fully investigated. In this study, for improving its residential environment indoor, the indoor noise of its shipboard compartments was analysed.
극한값으로부터의 최적화를 이용한 그루브를 통한 표변형상변형 동특성 변경법 검증

구조물 동특성 변경법이란 부가 구조물의 첨가나 삭제, 재료 물성치의 변경, 구조물의 형상변경 등을 이용해 구조물의 동특성을 향상시킬 수 있는 매우 효과적인 방법이다. 하지만 이러한 구조물 동특성 변경법 중 구조물의 형상 변경을 통해 그 구조물의 동특성을 향상시키는 방법은 지금까지는 주로 엔지니어의 경험이나 많은 시간을 요하는 시행착오법에 의존해 왔다. 따라서, 앞선 연구를 통해 이러한 구조물의 형상 변경을 통한 동특성변경법에 있어서 기존의 경험이나 시행착오법에 의존하는 방법이 아닌, 체계화된 방법론을 제안하게 되었으며 하드디스크 드라이브(HDD)에 성공적으로 적용하였다. 제안된 그루브를 통한 표면형상변형 동특성변경법을 검증해 보기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 모든 요소가 엠보싱 되어 있는 극한의 경우로부터 최적화를 수행하고 앞선 연구에서 얻어진 최적화 결과와 비교함으로써 제안된 방법론의 효과를 검토해 볼 수 있었으며, 1차 고유진동수를 높이기 위한 최적화 결과 그루브의 형상은 앞선 연구결과와 같음을 알 수 있었다. Structural Dynamics Modification (SDM) is a very effective technique to improve structure’s dynamic characteristics by adding or removing auxiliary structures, changing material properties and shape of structure. Among those of SDM technique, the method to change shape of structure has been mostly relied on engineer’s experience and trial-and-error process which are very time consuming. In order to develop a systematic method to change structure shape, surface grooving technique is studied and successfully applied to HDD cover model. To verify Surface Grooving Technique, fully embossed HDD cover model was optimized. And comparing with previous optimization result, the effectiveness of this surface grooving technique was checked. The shape of groove and 1st natural frequency were converged to the same result of previous optimization.

The shipboard working environment of navy vessel is very inferior to the ground working environment. For this reason, the crew of a navy vessel suffer from an occupational disease such as lumbar pain, hearing loss, etc. Although standard for navy vessels environmental vibration is applied, the criterion of the environmental vibration is too high. So it doesnt help to improve habitability of crew. In this study, for improving its habitability of crew, the current vibration level of navy vessel was examined and the standard of navy vessels environmental vibration was investigated.

Main source of URN(underwater radiated noise) which is related to the ship's survivability is divided into two groups. Cavitation is the main source of URN when the speed of ship is upper than CIS(cavitation inception speed). But when the speed of ship is lower than CIS, the main source of URN is the structure-borne noise on the hull which is originated from propulsion system, pump system and trnasmitted vibration of the pipe system. In this paper, to reduce the vibration of discharge pipe and valve system, back flow prevent globe valve and new rubber mount are applied to the ship. As the result of applying new valve and mount, the vibration is reduced drastically.
