        오토캠핑장 선호유형 결정요인

        Recently, the numbers of families who participate in outdoor recreation activities have dramatically increased. This study aims to identify the determinants of preference on auto camping site. On-site survey was conducted for 491 campers in the auto camping sites with self-administered questionnaires. The preference on auto camping site was categorized into three main types: agricultural experience, relaxation, and convenience facility. The estimation of a multinominal logistic regression model determines the characteristics of campers who are most likely to opt for each type of preference for location of auto campiing site. Results indicated that the most important determinants on preference on auto camping site were 'gender', ‘accompany’, 'selection attribute', ‘motivation’, ‘number of tent’, and ‘size of camp site’. The results implied that agricultural experience type should be focus pick your own farms or fruits collection program, and relaxation type should be focus engage in healing or forest therapy. Convenience facility type should be concentrates on providing facilities like cabin or cafes. It is expected that this study will be contributed to expand the scope of outdoor recreation tourism. 최근, 가족단위로 야외 레크레이션 활동을 하는 관광객들이 크게 증가하였다. 본 연구는 오토캠핑장 선호유형 결정요인을 분석하고자 한다. 491명의 오토캠핑 이용객을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 오토캠핑 선호유형은 크게 농업체험형, 휴양형, 편의시설형으로 구분되었다. 다중로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 오토캠핑장 선호유형 결정요인을 분석하였다. 분석결과 성별, 동반자수, 선택속성, 이용동기, 텐트수, 캠핑장 규모가 오토캠핑장 선호유형 결정요인에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변수로 나타났다. 농업체험형은 농산물 수확과 관련한 체험 프로그램을 중요하게 고려해야 하며, 휴양형은 치유나 숲체험 등에 중점을 두어야 한다. 편의시설형은 오두막집이나 카페 등 편의시설을 제공할 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.

        Determinants Influencing Residents' Perceived Tourism Impact in Rural Communities

        This study uses social exchange theory to investigate the determinants influencing impacts of tourism, as perceived by the residents of rural communities, South Korea. Data were collected via a nationwide survey in rural tourism communities. A self-administered survey was obtained from 348 community residents in the study area. A factor-clustering method identified three distinct segments; positive economic impacts(28.0%), positive social impacts(27.7%), overall negative impacts(44.2%). The estimation of a Multinomial logistic regression model determines the characteristics of community residents who are more length of living, and who engaged in rice farming as a main crops. It was found that residents' perceptions of personal benefits from tourism were not closely associated with their attitudes toward tourism in a positive direction.

        농촌관광사업 경영주의 사업시작동기 영향요인

        본 연구는 농촌관광사업 경영주의 사업동기 영향요인을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 농촌관광사업 경영주 293명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 요인-군집분석을 통해 농촌관광사업 경영주의 사업시작동기는 낮은동기형(92.9%), 사회적동기 & 자원활용동기형(27.7%), 소득증대추구형(39.4%)의 세 개의 군집으로 구분되었다. 다중로지스틱회귀분석을 통해 어떤 유형이 어떤 동기집단에 속할 확률이 높은지를 분석하였다. 분석결과 농촌관광 사업참여 동기에 영향을 미치는 요인들은 경지면적, 주작목, 농촌관광사업 참여형태였다. 농촌관광개발에서 사업참여 동기의 측면이 중요하게 고려되어야 할 것이다. The study aims to identify the factors influencing rural tourism operators' motivation as a entrepreneurship. On-site survey was conducted for entrepreneurs in the rural tourism communities with self-administered questionnaires. The survey was obtained from 293 questionnaires in the study area. A factor-clustering method identified three distinct segments; low motivated (32.9%), lifestyle and utilize resource (27.7%), and increase income (39.4%). The estimation of a Multinominal logistic regression model determines the characteristics of rural tourism entrepreneurs who are most likely to opt for each type of motivation of participating for rural tourism business. Results indicated that The most important determinants on motivation of participating for rural tourism business were 'farm size', ‘main crop’, 'type of tourism business.' The motivational aspect of entrepreneurs should be considered for rural tourism development.

        커뮤니티 비즈니스로서 농촌관광마을 공동사업 운영자의 경영역량 특성 분석

        커뮤니티 비즈니스 형태로 이루어지는 농촌관광 사업에서 운영자의 경영역량은 성공적인 농촌관광을 위해 중요하다. 이 연구의 목적은 농촌관광마을 운영자의 경영역량을 유형화하고, 그 유형에 따른 경영주의 특성을 분석하는 것이다. 마을공동사업 운영자 132명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 경영역량을 요인 분석한 결과 인적자원관리, 마케팅/재무관리, 상품개발, 리더십 요인이 도출되었다. 이를 다시 군집 분석한 결과 운영자의 경영역량은 경영역량이 높은 집단(33.3%)과 경영역량이 낮은 집단(66.7%)으로 단순하게 나타났다. 남자이고 소득이 높을수록 높은 경영역량집단에 속하였으며, 이들은 사업의 추진위원장이거나 가공사업을 하는 운영자로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 농촌관광이나 커뮤니티 비즈니스의 현장 실무자들에게 유용하게 사용될 것이다. Managerial capacity of operators in rural tourism as a community business is important to successful tourism development in Korea. The study examined the typology of managerial capacity among rural tourism operators as a community business and identified the characteristics of operators according to those typologies. A self-administered survey was obtained from 132 operators in one village. As for the managerial capacities of tourism operators, four factors (human resource management, marketing/financial management, product development, leadership) were extracted. Two distinct segments were identified based on managerial capacities: A high level of managerial capacities(33.3%), and a low level of managerial capacities(66.7%). Results showed that high income male operators were more likely to have a high level of managerial capacity throughout the group. Those individuals were more likely to be heads of the organization and operators of agricultural processing businesses. The findings should be of interest to rural tourism and community business practitioners.

        제주 농촌관광 방문객의 관광동기에 따른 시장세분화

        This study aimed to segment rural tourism visitors of Jeju Island by their motivations. Data were collected from 308 rural tourism visitors at five rural tourism communities in 2009. Results from a cluster analysis identified three different segmentations of Jeju rural tourism visitors: the multiple benefits seekers (50.4%), nature and relaxation seekers (26.9%), and family togetherness seeker(22.3%). Socio- economic characteristics and preference to on-hand activities of each segmentation were also analyzed. Results of the analyses showed that Jeju tourism visitors seek exotic nature experience and prefer walking tour of Olle regardless of the segmentations. Based on finding of this study, several practical implications for a better Jeju rural tourism were suggested.

        컨조인트 분석을 활용한 농촌 체재형 가족농원 관광상품개발

        Using conjoint analysis method, this paper aims to develop new recreation- oriented farm products, an application to allotment garden with log cabin. The data were obtained from a sample of latent users of allotment garden during the year of 2007. Conjoint method has been used to estimate the relative importance of those attributes and to determine the existence of users segments with similar preference profiles. Results show that level of facilities is the most important attributes for the choice of allotment garden with bungalow, followed by management types, size of area and structure of bungalow. Three groups of latent users were identified through cluster analysis, according to preferences for allotment garden with bungalow.
