        빅데이터 분석을 활용한 대구지역 관광다변화전략에 관한 연구: 중구와 달성군을 중심으로

        코로나 19 발생 이후 사람들은 코로나바이러스 감염을 예방하기 위하여 대면접촉을 통한 활동을 최대한 삼가게 됨에 따라 여행의 트랜드는 변화하였다. 코로나 19 감염을 피하면서 안전한 여행을 하기 위하여 사람들은 언택트 여행인 ‘캠핑’ 또는 ‘해외여행’보다는 안전한 ‘국내여행’으로 눈을 돌렸으며, 특히 달서구, 달성군, 동구 등 자연환경이 좋은 지역으로 안전한 비대면 여행을 하기 시작하였다. 대구지역에 대한 관광관련 빅데이터 분석을 통한 결과로부터 코로나 19 이후 달성군은 ‘옥연지 송해공원’이 새롭게 부상한 인기 관광지임을 알 수 있었으며, 중구의 경우 ‘동성로’, ‘근대골목투어’, ‘서문시장’이 꾸준한 인기가 있는 관광지임을 확인할 수 있었다. 하지만 대구의 인기 관광지인 ‘김광석거리’의 경우 코로나 19 이전에 비하여 많은 관심도가 떨어진 것을 확인하였다. 한국관광 데이터랩을 통한 분석결과, 코로나 19로 인하여 대구광역시 대부분의 지역들은 외부 방문객들이 줄어들었으나 달성군의 경우 2019년에 비하여 계속 우상향으로 외부방문자가 늘어남을 알 수 있었다. 하지만 외국인 방문자수가 높은 중구(2019년 311,266명)의 경우에는 2019년 대비 외국인 방문자의 수(2022년 21,921명)는 늘어나지 않고 있음을 확인하였다. 달성군의 방문자 수 대비 카드사용량(1,418원)은 중구(3,974원)에 비하여 매우 낮은 편(27%)이라 관광매출을 높일 수 있는 방안이 필요함을 확인하였다. After the outbreak of COVID-19, travel trends have changed as people refrain from face-to-face contact activities as much as possible to prevent coronavirus infection. In order to travel safely while avoiding COVID-19 infection, people have turned to safe 'domestic travel' or 'camping' rather than 'overseas travel', which are non-contact travel, especially to areas with good natural environments such as Dalseo-Gu, Dalseong-Gun, and Dong-Gu in Daegu. Safe non-face-to-face travel has begun. Through big data analysis related to tourism in the Daegu area, it was observed that following the COVID-19 pandemic, Okyeonji Songhae Park in Dalseong-gun emerged as a popular tourist destination. In Jung-Gu, places such as Dongseong-ro, Modern Alleyway Hostory Tour, and Seomun Market maintained steady popularity as tourist attractions. However, it was noted that the popularity of Kim Kwang-seok Street, a famous tourist spot in Daegu, declined compared to before COVID-19. From analysis through the Korea Tourism Data Lab, it was observed that due to COVID-19, Most areas in Daegu Metropolitan City experienced a decrease in external visitors. However, in the case of Dalseong-gun, it was noted that the number of external visitors continued to increase consistently compared to 2019. On the other hand, in Jung-Gu where there is a high number of foreign visitors (311,266 in 2019), it was confirmed that the number of foreign visitors has decreased compared to 2019 (21,921 in 2022). However, it was confirmed that the card usage per visitor in Dalseong-gun (1,418 won) is very low compared to that in Jung-Gu (3,974 won), accounting for only 27%. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the way to increase tourism revenue.

        델파이 분석을 활용한 대구 MEDI-FESTA 기본 프로그램 도출에 관한 연구

        Thousands of festivals are held all around the country each year but most of them do not show any distinctive characteristics as they are all alike. It is the aim of this study to select a core element of each festival that suit the need of its characteristics which will lead to the continuity and success. This endeavor will also play an important role in setting up a brand identity. Delphi technique will be adopted to suggest a core program element of MEDI FESTA to be the representing festival of Daegu.

        HTAi의 INTEGRATE-Health Technology Assessment 프로젝트와 국내 시사점

        Objectives: As complex technologies are becoming increasingly important alongside changing disease structures, it is necessary to consider the complex features of technologies in health technology assessments (HTAs) to prevent the assessment from drawing a wrong conclusion. In this context, the present study intends to review the methodology applicable to complex technologies from the HTAi’s latest INTEGRATE-HTA project and to identify implications for Korean healthcare. The object of the present study is to examine the methodology of health technology assessment for evaluating complex interventions (technologies) using the HTAi’s INTEGRATE-HTA project and to find the implications that a apply to Korea. Methods: The present study summarizes and introduces six guidelines in the INTEGRATE-HTA project from the HTAi’s website(https://htai.org) and describes the implications for Korea healthcare. Results: The following are the five steps of the INTEGRATE-HTA Model for complex health technologies: Step 1 defines an HTA objective and technology. Step 2 may use a logic model to determine the required evidence. Step 3 reports and summarizes the evidence for each aspect of assessment and patient preferences. Step 4 may expand the logic model to synthesize and summarize evidence. Step 5 recommends decision-making for the HTA, which is not a requisite. Conclusion: The INTEGRATE-HTA method may be applicable in Korea as an integrated assessment to evaluate the interactions between different contexts and implementation factors of various interventions when assessing the effect of a disease program or the public health system including the service delivery framework. Using these experiences, applying the INTEGRATE-HTA project in the Korean context to public health and medical fields would contribute significantly to evidence-based public health policies.

      • 콘크리트 지하철 구조물의 비선형 지진응답해석

        1995년 Hyogoken-Nanbu 지진은 RC 지중 지하철 구조물에 지난 과거 전혀 경험치 못했던 심각한 피해를 일으켰다. 이같은 지진피해의 정확한 평가를 위하여, 주파수영역상에서의 지반-구조물 상호작용효과를 고려한 지하 구조물에 대한 선형지진응답해석이 수행되어왔으나, 보다 정확한 지진피해를 예측하기 위해서는 시간영역상에서 지반과 구조물의 이력감쇠와 강성변화를 고려한 비선형지진응답해석을 수행하는 것이 반드시 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 지반-구조물 상호작용을 고려한 비선형 지진응답해석을 시간영역상에서 수행하기 위하여 주파수영역상에서 지반-구조물 상호작용효과를 고려하기위해 개발된 KIESSI-2D와 유한요소 범용해석프로그램 ANSYS를 연계한 복합법을 사용하여 Hyogoken-Nanbu 지진시 피해가 많았던 고베의 가미사와 지하철역을 대상으로 비선형 지진응답해석을 수행하고 실제 발생한 피해상황과 비교 ·분석하였다. 해석시 등가 선형화기법에 근거한 대표적인 자유장 해석프로그램인 SHAKE를 사용하여 지반의 비선형성을 고려하였고, 콘크리트의 비선형성을 고려하기위해서 Hognestad 모델을 사용하였다. 해석결과 실제 발생한 중간기둥의 전단파괴를 매우 유사하게 예측할 수 있음을 보여주었다. During the 1995 Hyogoken-Nanbu earthquake, underground RC structures experienced significant damages which had never been experienced before. To evaluate these damages, a linear earthquake response analysis in frequency domain has often been used. For more accurate evaluation of the damages, however, a nonlinear earthquake response analysis in time domain must be employed by incorporating she continuous change of stiffness and hysteresis damping of soil-structure interaction systems. In this study, a hybrid method which combines a soil-structure interaction program, KIESSI-2D with a general purpose FEM package, ANSYS is developed to perform nonlinear earthquake response analysis of soil-structure interaction in time domain. As a verification of the hybrid method, nonlinear earthquake response analyses are performed on the Kamisawa subway station which was damaged severely during the Kobe earthquake and analytical results are compared with the real damages. In order to consider the nonlinearity of soil, SHAKE program is used, whereas Hognestad model is used to consider the nonlinearity of concrete. It is shown that the analytical prediction agrees fairly well with the actual damages which were caused by the shear failure of the center column of the station.

        보건의료 분야 빅데이터 활용 실태 및 결합데이터 요구도 조사

        . Objectives: To investigate the status of secondary data and big data platform utilization and the demand for integrated data in the health care sector. Methods: An online survey was conducted using a structured questionnaire targeting members of six academic societies in the healthcare field. A total of 220 researchers responded to the survey. Results: 88.2% of respondents said they had experience using secondary data sources in the healthcare field, and 19.0% responded that they had experience linking data using the healthcare big data platform. Among the data in the health and medical field, the most used dataset was health insurance claims data, and if linking between dataset, the most desired linked data type is ‘National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey-Health Insurance Claims Data–National Health Examination-Death Information’. The advantages of linked data on big data platforms were ‘large volume of big data or representative’, ‘diversity of data’, and ‘long-term follow-up’. The major items requiring improvement were ‘delay in time to provide data’, ‘limitation of data provision range’, and ‘low linkage rate between dataset’. Conclusions: To promote the use of linked data in the health care field, comprehensive efforts are needed, including rapid data provision, improvement of the combination rate, standardization of data, and establishment of ethical guidelines.

        HIV병 사망자 중 결핵 사망 분율과 관련 요인

        본 연구는 HIV병 사망자 중 HIV병과 결핵이 동반사망한 분율을 조사하고 그 관련 요인을 분석하였다. 2002년부터 2010년까지 사이에 HIV병 사망자는 모두 774명으로 결핵이 동반사망한 분율은 10.1%로 나타났다. 그런데 이러한 분율은 2005년부터 2007년 사이에 16.3%까지 치솟았지만 2008년부터 2010년 사이에는 4%까지 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 또한 HIV-결핵 동반사망 분율은 젊은 계층에서 더 높았고 배우자가 있는 그룹과 교육을 잘 받은 그룹에서는 유의하게 낮은 경향을 보였다. 이처럼 활동성이 높은 젊은층에서 HIV-결핵 동반사망 분율이 높고 사회경제적 안정계층에서 HIV-결핵 동반사망 분율이 낮은 것은 비슷한 해외 연구에서도 유사하게 나타나고 있어 HIV-결핵 동반사망의 예방 가능성을 시사한다. 한국은 다행히 점차 HIV-결핵 동반사망 분율이 낮아지고 있어 HIV감염자에 대한 결핵 예방사업의 효과가 나타나고 있음을 시사하고 이후 이러한 지표의 지속적인 모니터링이 필요함을 보여주고 있다. Objectives: To identify the importance of preventing tuberculosis for HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) infectees and to monitor their management of health, we investigated the proportion of HIV-TB (Tuberculosis) deaths among the HIV deaths and its related factors. Methods: Data for HIV deaths from 2002 to 2010 was acquired from Statistics Korea, after which the HIV deaths were reclassified into HIV-TB deaths or other deaths according to the KCD (Korean Classification of Diseases). We analyzed the proportion of HIV-TB deaths among HIV disease deaths and the relationship between HIV-TB deaths and related variables such as sex, age, educational level, marital status, etc. Results: There were 774 HIV deaths in South Korea between 2002 and 2010. TB was the main cause of death in 10.1% of all HIV deaths. The total proportion of HIV-TB deaths was 10.1% but its proportion reached 16.3% between 2005-2007 and then decreased to 4% in 2010. Also, the proportion of HIV-TB deaths was significantly high in the young age groups, but its proportion was significantly low in married groups and well educated groups (p<0.05). Conclusions: The result implies that the policy that takes care of HIV infectee regarding TB prevention has been getting systemized on a national scale. Also, HIV-TB deaths have been affected by social factors such as education and marriage status.
