We studied on possibility of the application of photolithography technique to patterning the organic active layer poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT). In the case of selective etching method, we made thin oxide film on P3HT thin film using $O_2$ treatment. We achieved the field-effect mobilities in the saturation regime ${\sim}1.2{\times}10^{-3}\;cm^2/V{\cdot}s$, $I_{on/off}$ ratios ${\sim}10^5$ in the selective etching method, ${\sim}7.4{\times}10^{-4}cm^2/V{\cdot}s$, $I_{on/off}$ ratios ${\sim}5{\times}10^3$ in the lift-off one. These values are higher than ones of the unpatterned P3HT-based OTFTs. On the basis of the above results, we demonstrate the photolithographic patterning for P3HT active layer is successfully carried out without degradation of P3HT.

Corrosion and lassitude are very important in the metal construction Currently, the shot peening is used much for removing the defect on the surface, improving the fatigue strength on surface. In this study. the influence of shot peening to the corrosion property were investigated in 3.5% NaCl, 10% HNO3 + 3% HF. 6% FeC13. The immersion test was performed on two kind of specimen(Removed corrosion product. RCP and Continuous immersed specimen: CIS). The immersion periods was 3600hours. Corrosion potential. weight loss, and fatigue crack growth characteristics were investigated. The result, shot peening in corrosion potential showed stable potential. Also, shot peening displayed small Weight loss than un peening. And Fatigue crack resistivity of shot peening in corrosion solution's fatigue crack appeared greatly than un peening.

The quality of the supply water which is supplied to consumer is not the thing of water after filtrating but the thing of water from faucet through pipe. As a result, heavy metals and microorganism, that is the major materials, which cause the distrust of the supply water is generated by supply process. Especially, the heavy metal is generated by the corrosion of waterworks. Besides, rupture by corrosion of pipe becomes the factor of supply water's pollution in waterworks and the factor of pollution of the soil and environment in drain pipe. Therefore, this research examined the weight reduction electric potential measure to measure the corrosion degree of piping materials after testing the corrosion of piping materials(Copper Pipe, Galvanized Steel Pipe, Stainless Steel Pipe) which is generally used at the moment in various corrosion environments(subterranean water, supply water, 3.5% NaCl, 3.5% HNO³). And let me show basic design data about problem occurrence such as leakage water, rust water, inside and outside corrosion from this.

Antifatigue failure technology take an important the part of current industries. Currently, the shot peening is used for removing the defect from the surface of steel and improving the fatigue strength on surface. In this study, the influence of shot peening and corrosive condition for corrosion property was investigated on immersed in supply water, 1% NaCl, 1% H₂SO₄. The immersion test was performed on two kind of specimen. The immersion periods was performed 90days. Corrosion potential, weight loss were investigated from experimental results.

In case of waterworks piping material, it supplies the drinking water and warm water inside pipe. Therefore corrosion resistance of the pipe has to be superior and above all, the sanitation against a human body has to be of distinction. However, those problems is still occurring because of badness of welding, a problem of a water leakage in connection part, and a increment of construction expenses. Therefore, this research has examined the laying period according to each piping thickness and a corrosion shape according to each laying depth after laying in various soils(sandy loam, loamy, clay loam, clay) using galvanized steel pipe, copper pipe, and stainless steel pipe. That is, we has studied the data which is necessary for a rational method of preserving the quality of water by examining the corrosion properties of piping materials in the soil environment which waterworks piping materials is being used.

The development of new materials that are light-weight, yet high in strength has become vital to the machinery, aircraft and auto industries. However, there are a lot of problems with developing such materials that require expensive tools, and a great deal of time and effort. Therefore, the improvement of fatigue strength and fatigue life are mainly focused on by adopting residual stress. The fatigue crack growth rate of the Shot-peened material was lower than that of the Un-peened material. And in stage I, threshold stress intensity factor of the shot-peen processed material is high in critical parts unlike the Un-peened material. Also, fatigue crack growth exponent and number of cycle of the Shot-peened material was higher than that of the Un-peened material. That is concluded from effect of da/dN. And Fatigue life shows more improvement in the Shot-peened material than in the Un-peened material. And compressive residual stress of surface on the Shot-peen processed operate resistance force of fatigue crack propagation.
