The legal dispute in household cannot be treated only by judgements in court because household dispute usually means to terminate the relationships among family members closely connected by blood. Therefore, the dispute (e.g. the case of divorce) has often raised the other intricate troubles (e.g. who has the warship of their bleedings) in family. For this, we have household inspectors and mediation committee in Family Court, but there have been lots of problems in management of those household cases because of the shortage of experts and improper management of organizations. The purpose of this analytic paper is to investigate the administrative problems raised by inadequate managements and procedures in dealing with dispute of household affairs in order to meet the contemporary needs that the court should take an active hand in public welfare. In this paper, I present 5 ways for improving the condition of Family Court in charge of household cases. (1) to consider the mediation counsel as a compulsory process (2) to make a separate Government building for Family Court for its specialization and long service of the judiciary in Family Court for the unity of judgment. (3) to make a legal ground for household inspectors - increasing the number of inspectors, completing the system of personnel management, expanding interchange of personnel between relevant authorities to fill up the shortage of specialized inspectors and making details about perusal of reports by inspectors, the time limit of mediation and judgement, the procedures of mediation. (4) to activate the mediation committee in Family Court - specializing the fields in committee and allowing civil expert advisors to have the authority to council (5) to have the strong relationship with civil expert advisors for judicial participation of the public

Objective: The purpose of this study was to validate the effectiveness of the newly designed (new) ultrasound device by comparing it with conventional (old) device through electromyography (EMG) signals, grip force and task time. Background: The prevalence rate of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) among sonographers is approximately four times higher that that of normal people. The awkward posture and over-exertion of upper extremities are the main risk factors for WMSDs. To reduce these risk factors, ergonomic designs such as adjustable control panels and transducer stations have been introduced for new ultrasound device. Method: A total of 10 obstetricians were participated in this study. To compare the scan stress between two devices (old and new), two types of experiments were performed: (1) Scanning task was carried out to measure muscle activity and grip force during scanning operations. (2) Positioning task was performed to quantify the load while obstetricians were moving the devices. Results: The new device showed significantly less muscle activities and grip forces than old device in scanning task. The task time of the new device was significantly shorter than that of the old one. Conclusion: Overall, the performance of the new device was evaluated more positive than that of old device. Application: Methods and findings of this study could be used to evaluate existing and newly developed ultrasound devices.
